Abstract
Description
- Umlenkung von Schüttgut,
- Verschluß des einen Behälters während der Beschickung des anderen Behälters und umgekehrt.
In diesem Fall sollen diese vorzugsweise seitlich und nach oben von den Behältereinlassöffnungen bei Freigabe derselben wegbewegbar sein, um eine Kollision bei hoher Befüllung der Behälter mit den Verschlussklappen zu vermeiden.

Claims (11)
- Einrichtung zur Verteilung von Schüttgut in wenigstens zwei Behälter, insbesondere zwei oberhalb der Gicht eines Hochofens angeordnete Bunker,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
den Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) der wenigstens zwei Behälter (12', 12") eine Schüttgut-Umlenkklappe (33) zugeordnet ist, mittels der wechselweise die beiden Behälter-Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) öffen- oder schließbar sind, derart, dass bei Öffnung der einen Einlassöffnung (32) die andere Einlassöffnung (31) durch die Umlenkklappe (33) verschlossen ist und umgekehrt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Behälter-Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) in einem vorbestimmten Winkel, insbesondere von etwa 90° zueinander gerichtet sind, und dass die Umlenkklappe (33) oberhalb dieser beiden Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) hin- und herverschwenkbar gelagert ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Umlenkklappe (33) an ihrem beim Verschwenken vor- und nachlaufenden Ende längs sich parallel zu den Behälter-Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) erstreckenden Bahnen (38, 39) zwangsgeführt ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Umlenkklappe (33) über einen Schwenkhebel (42) mit einem Schwenkantrieb (43) gekoppelt ist, wobei dieser Schwenkhebel (42) an der den Behälter-Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) zugekehrten (Unter-)Seite der Umlenkklappe (33) einerseits und im Eckbereich zwischen den beiden Behälter-Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) andererseits verschwenkbar gelagert ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Zwangsführung der Umlenkklappe (33) durch am vor- und nachlaufenden Ende bzw. an den beiden äußeren Enden der vor- und nachlaufenden Kante angeordnete Führungsrollen (40, 41) einerseits und diesen zugeordnete, sich etwa parallel zu den Querschnittsebenen der Behälter-Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) erstreckende Führungsbahnen bzw. -nuten (38, 39) andererseits definiert ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führungsbahnen (38, 39) an der den Behälter-Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) zugekehrten (Unter-)Seite der Umlenkklappe (33) angeordnet und durch diese vor Schüttgut geschützt sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Umlenkklappe (33) aus einem durch Profilschienen, insbesondere U-Profilschienen gebildeten Rahmen, insbesondere Rechteckrahmen, besteht, dessen Flachseiten durch Stahlplatten definiert sind, wobei die von Schüttgut beaufschlagte (Ober-)Seite vorzugsweise "aufgepanzert" ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an der Umlenkklappe (33) und/oder an den Führungsbahnen (38, 39) Anschläge für eine maximale Annäherung bzw. einen minimalen Abstand zwischen Umlenkklappe (33) und jeweiliger Behälter-Einlassöffnung (31, 32) bei Verschluß derselben vorgesehen sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
den Behälter-Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) noch jeweils gesondert Verschlussklappen (34, 35), insbesondere behälterinnenseitig, zugeordnet sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Umlenkklappe (33) unterhalb einer zentralen Öffnung (36) eines Fülltrichters (37) oberhalb der wenigstens zwei Behälter-Einlassöffnungen (31, 32) angeordnet und wirksam ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die gesonderten Verschlussklappen (34, 35) seitlich und nach oben von den Behältereinlassöffnungen (31, 32) bei Freigabe derselben wegbewegbar sind.
