Claims (10)
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine (1) mit einer Folienbahn (2), einer Vorratsrolle (3), Umlenkrollen (4) zur Zuführung der ebenen Folienbahn (2) zu einer Formschulter (5), einem Folienabzug (6) zum Transport der Folienbahn (2), einem Füllrohr (7) zur Aufnahme der zu einem Folienschlauch (8) umgeformten Folienbahn (2), wobei die Folienränder (17) der Folienbahn (2) aufeinanderliegen, Backen (9) einer Querschweißeinrichtung (10) zur Erzeugung von Quernähten (11), einer Trenneinrichtung (12) zur Durchtrennung des Folienschlauches (8) und mit dem Füllrohr (7) verbundenen, vom Füllrohr (7) weg weisenden flachen Spreizelementen (14), wobei in Folientransportrichtung den Spreizelementen (14) nachgeordnet jeweils eine Kantenschweißeinrichtung (15) pro Spreizelement (14) vorgesehen ist, die gegen den von jeweils einem Spreizelement (14) ausgelenkten Schlauchrand (16) gerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Formschulter (5) eine asymmetrische Formschulter (5) mit verschieden langen Kragen-Brustteilen (34, 35) vorgesehen ist, dass eine separate Längsschweißeinrichtung (18) für eine Verschweißung des dem Schlauchrand (16) benachbarten Bereichs (19) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Längsschweißeinrichtung (18) gegenüber der ihr benachbarten Kantenschweißeinrichtung (15) zu den Folienrändern (17) hin versetzt ist, die Folienränder (17) in Form einer Flosse (22) vom Folienschlauch (8) weg weisen oder am Folienschlauch (8) anliegen, und die Längsschweißeinrichtung (18) einen Abstand zu den Folienrändern (17) aufweist, so dass die Folienränder (17) unverschweißt bleiben.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienabzug (6) ein kontinuierlich betriebener Folienabzug (6) ist, und dass sowohl die Längsschweißeinrichtung (18) als auch die Kantenschweißeinrichtungen (15) kontinuierlich angetriebene Schweißeinrichtungen, insbesondere umlaufende Siegelbänder sind.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienabzug ein getaktet betriebener Folienabzug ist, und sowohl die Längsschweißeinrichtung als auch die Kantenschweißeinrichtungen getaktet angetriebene Schweißeinrichtungen, insbesondere Heißsiegelbacken sind.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Querschweißeinrichtung (10) zwei Paar (24, 25) Seitenfaltenerzeuger (26) vorgesehen sind, dass die beiden Seitenfaltenerzeuger (26) eines Paars (24, 25) gegeneinander und in den zwischen ihnen befindlichen Folienschlauch (8) bewegbar sind, und dass ein Paar (24) in Folientransportrichtung vor und ein Paar (25) nach der Querschweißeinrichtung (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Abstand (27) des einen Paars (24) von der Querschweißeinrichtung (10), in Folientransportrichtung gesehen, gleich dem Abstand (27) des anderen Paars (25) von der Querschweißeinrichtung (10) ist.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschulter (5) einen seitlichen Schlitz (28) aufweist, durch den der Folienrand (17) herausgeführt wird.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Formschulter (5) zwei Folienrückhalter (29) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils zwischen zwei Folienspreizern (30) angeordnet sind, um den Folienschlauch (8) für eine Verschweißung der Kanten (21) vorzuformen.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienspreizer (30) am Füllrohr (7) angebracht sind.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der ebenen Folienbahn (2) eine Einrichtung (31) zum Anbringen einer Beutelöffnungshilfe (32) oder einer Wiederverschließhilfe angebracht ist, und diese Hilfe zum Einlauf in die Längsnaht (20) und/oder die zu verschweißenden Kanten (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Schlauchbeutelmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Hilfe eine streifenförmige Peelschicht, ein doppelseitig klebender Klebestreifen oder ein Zipp-Wiederverschlussstreifen vorgesehen ist.
