Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Spulautomaten, bestehend aus mehreren Spulstellen (1), von denen jede einen Faden einer Lieferspule (B) in eine Auflaufspule (P) spult, und einer Spulunterbrechungs-Verarbeitungseinrichtung (75) zum Erfassen und Speichern einer Funktionsinformation zum Wiederanlaufen des Spulvorgangs unter Verwendung der erfassten und gespeicherten Information,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    wenn in wenigstens einer Spulstelle die Notwendigkeit auftritt, dringend einen Auflaufspulentyp zu produzieren, der von dem derzeit gespulten verschieden ist,
    - die Funktionsinformation der wenigstens einen Spulstelle unmittelbar bevor der Spulvorgang der wenigstens einen Spulstelle absichtlich unterbrochen wird, erfasst und gespeichert wird,
    - die Lieferspule und Auflaufspule, die noch nicht vollständig abgespult bzw. gespult sind, ersetzt werden,
    - eine neue Funktionsinformation des neuen Auflaufspulentyps in die Spulunterbrechungs-Verarbeitungseinrichtung eingegeben und die wenigstens eine Spulstelle wieder gestartet wird, und
    - der unterbrochene Spulvorgang in einer Spulstelle wieder gestartet wird, die zum Fortsetzen des unterbrochenen Spulvorgangs durch Verwendung der erfassten und gespeicherten Funktionsinformation der unterbrochenen wenigstens einen Spulstelle vorbereitet ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Funktionsinformation eine Information über die Menge des in die Auflaufspule unmittelbar vor der Unterbrechung des Spulvorgangs gespulten Fadens ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die wenigstens eine Spulstelle eine Spannungsbeaufschlagungsvorrichtung (3) aufweist, die einen Spinnfaden, der gerade gespult wird, mit Spannung beaufschlagt, und die Funktionsinformation eine Information über die Steuerung ist, die die Spannungsbeaufschlagungsvorrichtung unmittelbar vor der Unterbrechung des Spulvorgangs erhält.
