Claims (6)
- Garnwicklungsmaschine (1), die umfasst:eine Garnwicklungseinheit (3), die einen Garnzubringer (12) beinhaltet, der dazu konfiguriert ist, Garn (Y) zuzuführen, und eine Wicklungseinrichtung (14), die dazu konfiguriert ist, das Garn (Y), das von dem Garnzubringer (12) zugeführt wird, zu wickeln und eine Packung (P) zu bilden;eine Empfangseinheit (5a), die dazu konfiguriert ist, eine Zielqualitätseinstellung des Garnes (Y), das von der Wicklungseinrichtung (14) gewickelt werden soll, zu empfangen; undeine Steuervorrichtung (5), die dazu konfiguriert ist, den Betrieb der Garnwicklungseinheit (3) zu steuern, wobeidie Steuervorrichtung (5) den Betrieb der Garnwicklungseinheit (3) derart steuert, dass die Garn- (Y) Qualität des Garnes (Y), das von der Wicklungseinrichtung (14) gewickelt werden soll, in der Zielqualität, die die Empfangseinheit (5a) empfangen hat, resultiert,wobei die Garnwicklungseinheit (3) weiter eine Garnüberwachungsvorrichtung (28) umfasst, die dazu konfiguriert ist, einen Zustand des Garnes (Y), das von der Wicklungseinrichtung (14) gewickelt werden soll, zu erfassen,die Steuervorrichtung (5) Informationen, die den Zustand des Garnes (Y) betreffen, der von der Garnüberwachungsvorrichtung (28) erfasst wird, von der Garnüberwachungsvorrichtung (28) erlangt und den Betrieb der Garnwicklungseinheit (3) derart steuert, dass die Garn- (Y) Qualität basierend auf den Informationen, die den Zustand des Garnes (Y) betreffen, der von der Garnüberwachungsvorrichtung (28) erfasst wird, in der Zielqualität resultiert,die Steuervorrichtung (5) mindestens eine von einer Wickelgeschwindigkeit, mit der die Wicklungseinrichtung (14) das Garn (Y) wickelt, und einer Spannung des Garnes (Y), das von der Wicklungseinrichtung (14) gewickelt werden soll, derart steuert, dass die Garn- (Y) Qualität die Zielqualität erfüllt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Garn- (Y) Qualität mindestens eines von einem Garn- (Y) Defekt des Garnes (Y), einer Haarigkeit des Garnes (Y) und Unausgewogenheit der Stärke des Garnes (Y) ist, undwenn mindestens eines von einer Anzahl der Garn- (Y) Defekte, einer Menge der Haarigkeit und einem Grad der Unausgewogenheit der Stärke als die Zielqualität eingestellt sind, die Steuervorrichtung (5) den Betrieb der Garnwicklungseinheit (3) steuert, um die eingestellte Zielqualität zu erfüllen.
- Garnwicklungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei
die Garnüberwachungsvorrichtung (28) einen Garn- (Y) Defekt des Garnes (Y), das von der Wicklungseinrichtung (14) gewickelt werden soll, erfasst, und
die Steuervorrichtung (5) einen Schwellenwert beim Bestimmen von Garn- (Y) Defekterfassung durch die Garnüberwachungsvorrichtung (28) derart ändert, dass die Garn- (Y) Qualität die Zielqualität erfüllt. - Garnwicklungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei
die Garnwicklungseinheit (3) eine Vielzahl von Arten von Betriebsmodi aufweist, und
die Zielqualität in jedem der Betriebsmodi eingestellt wird. - Garnwicklungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei
die Betriebsmodi mindestens einen Qualitätshervorhebungsmodus, der die Garn- (Y) Qualität hervorhebt, und einen Produktivitätshervorhebungsmodus, der die Produktivität hervorhebt, beinhalten, und
die Zielqualität, die in dem Qualitätshervorhebungsmodus eingestellt ist, höher ist als die Zielqualität, die in dem Produktivitätshervorhebungsmodus eingestellt ist. - Garnwicklungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei
in jedem von dem Qualitätshervorhebungsmodus und dem Produktivitätshervorhebungsmodus eine Wickelgeschwindigkeit, mit der die Wicklungseinrichtung (14) das Garn (Y) wickelt, eingestellt ist, und
die Wickelgeschwindigkeit, die in dem Produktivitätshervorhebungsmodus eingestellt ist, schneller ist als die Wickelgeschwindigkeit, die in dem Qualitätshervorhebungsmodus eingestellt ist. - Garnwicklungsmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Empfangseinheit (5a) als eine Einstellung der Zielqualität eine Eingabe eines Zahlenwertes, eines Buchstabens oder eines Symbols empfängt.
