Claims (10)
- Greifer (3) für Restbunde (1), die am Walzende aus aus Bandanlagen laufendem Restband (2) wickelbar sind, wobei der Greifer über einer Bandanlage schwenkbar oder verfahrbar angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifer (3) neben seiner Funktion als Austragvorrichtung (3a) zusätzlich als Wickelvorrichtung (3b) ausgebildet ist. - Greifer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der um eine parallel zur Haspeldornachse (4) verlaufenden Schwenk-achse (5) ein Paar Greifarme (6;7) gegeneinander schwenkbar gelagert sind, und an deren Endbereichen (6a;7a) jeweils innen liegend eine Tragrolle (8) und an einem Greifarm-Ende (7b) eine angetriebene Rolle (9) und am gegenüberliegenden, anderen Greifarm-Ende (6b) eine Gegenrolle (10) drehbar gelagert sind. - Greifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragrollen (8) leerlaufend drehgelagert sind. - Greifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenrolle (10) mit kleinerem Durchmesser als die zugeordnete angetriebene Rolle (9) ausgebildet ist. - Greifer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkgelenk (11) für die schwenkbaren Greifarme (6;7) in Betriebsstellung (13) eine Ebene (12) mit der Haspeldomachse (4) bildet. - Greifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angetriebene Rolle (9) um einen Winkelbetrag von 5° bis 10° vor der Ebene (12), in der die Haspeldomachse (4) und die Schwenkachse (5) des Greifarmpaars (6;7) in Betriebsstellung (13) verlaufen, angeordnet ist. - Greifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenrolle (10) mit ihrer Drehachse (10a) zur angetriebenen Rolle (9) mit einem Abstand (14) zum momentanen Umfang (15) des aufzuwickelnden Restbandes (2) angeordnet ist. - Greifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragrollen (8) mit ihrer Drehachse (8a) etwa jeweils am inneren Umfang (6c; 7c) eines Greifarms (6;7) drehgelagert sind. - Greifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenrolle (10) und die angetriebene Rolle (9) mit ihren Drehachsen (10a, 9a) jeweils etwa in der Mitte der Greifarm-Dicke (16) drehgelagert sind. - Greifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenrolle (10) und die angetriebene Rolle (9) mit ihren Drehachsen (10a; 9a) jeweils am Ende (6b; 7b) des jeweiligen Greifarms (6; 7) in einem Enden-Zentrum (17) drehgelagert sind.
