Claims (17)
- Einschalung mit
einem äußeren Einschalungselement (12), an dem mindestens ein erstes Verbindungselement (16) vorgesehen ist, und
einem inneren Einschalungselement (14), an dem mindestens ein zweites Verbindungselement (18) vorgesehen ist, so dass das äußere Einschalungselement (12) mit dem inneren Einschalungselement (14) verbindbar ist,
wobei das innere Einschalungselement (14) in mindestens einem Bereich eine geringere Höhe als das äußere Einschalungselement (12) aufweist. - Einschalung mit einem äußeren Einschalungselement (12), an dem mindestens ein erstes Verbindungselement (16) vorgesehen ist, und einem inneren Einschalungselement (14), an dem mindestens ein zweites Verbindungselement (18) vorgesehen ist, so dass das äußere Einschalungselement (12) mit dem inneren Einschalungselement (14) lösbar verbindbar ist.
- Einschalung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Einschalungselement (12) und das innere Einschalungselement (14) über einen Abstandshalter (20), an dem an einer äußeren und einer inneren Seite mindestens ein Verbindungselement (40) vorgesehen ist, verbindbar ist, wobei das innere Einschalungselement (14) insbesondere hängend angeordnet ist.
- Einschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die relative Höhe und/oder der Abstand und/oder der Versatz des äußeren und inneren Einschalungselementes (12,14), insbesondere durch eine Stellschraubenanordnung (32) zueinander einstellbar ist.
- Einschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl das äußere Einschalungselement (12) als auch das innere Einschalungselement (14) das gleiche Verbindungselement (16,18) aufweist.
- Einschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 3-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem äußeren Einschalungselement (12) und dem Abstandshalter (20) und/oder zwischen dem inneren Einschalungselement (14) und dem Abstandshalter (20) erfolgt, indem ein Bolzen, insbesondere ein Haken, mit mindestens einer insbesondere mit einem Anschlag (38,42) versehenen Hülse zusammenwirkt.
- Einschalung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken bzw. der Bolzen einen Anschlag (44) aufweist und/oder zur Hakenspitze (46) bzw. der Bolzenspitze hin verjüngend, insbesondere angefast, ausgestaltet ist.
- Einschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (16,18) des äußeren und/oder inneren Einschalungselements (12,14) mit einer Schalenbewehrung (48) verbunden ist.
- Einschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 3-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem äußeren Einschalungselement (12) und dem Abstandshalter (20) und/oder zwischen dem inneren Einschalungselement (14) und dem Abstandshalter (20) erfolgt, indem durch eine Durchgangsöffnung durch das äußere bzw. innere Einschalungselement (12,14) eine Schraube in ein Gewinde in dem Abstandshalter (20) eingeschraubt ist.
- Einschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 3-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandshalter (20) mindestens eine Halterung (50), insbesondere einen Haken, aufweist zur Aufnahme eines Festigkeitselements, insbesondere einer Baustahlmatte.
- Einschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Einschalungselemente (12,14) über Positionierungselemente (52,54) ausrichtbar sind, wobei die Positionierungselemente (52,54) insbesondere als eine Labyrinth-Dichtung gegen ein zwischen dem äußeren und inneren Einschalungselement (12,14) eingefülltes Fluid ausgestaltet sind.
- Einschalung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungselemente (52,54) formschlüssig, insbesondere als Schwalbenschwanz-Verbindung, verbindbar sind.
- Einschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche der der Verbindung abgewandten Seite des äußeren und/oder inneren Einschalungselementes (12,14) vorbehandelt ist, insbesondere durch Befliesen oder Anstreichen.
- Wannenähnliches Gebilde, insbesondere Schwimmbecken oder Keller, mit
einem äußeren Einschalungselement (12),
einem inneren Einschalungselement (14),
einer Verfüllung, bestehend zumindest aus einem verfestigten Fluid, insbesondere Beton, das zwischen dem äußeren Einschalungselement (12) und dem inneren Einschalungselement (14) angeordnet ist, und
einem Boden, der zumindest aus einem verfestigten Fluid, insbesondere Beton und/oder Estrich, besteht,
wobei
der Übergang zwischen der Verfüllung und dem Boden fugenlos erfolgt. - Wannenähnliches Gebilde nach Anspruch 14, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere Einschalungen (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-13.
- Verfahren zum Bauen von wannenähnlichen Gebilden, insbesondere Schwimmbecken oder Kellern, unter Verwendung einer Einschalung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-13.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass insbesondere nach dem Abbinden eines zwischen dem inneren Einschalungselement (14) und dem äußeren Einschalungselement (12) eingefüllten Betons eine Behandlung des inneren Einschalungselementes (14), insbesondere durch Befliesen oder Anstreichen, erfolgt.
