Abstract
Description
- la partie d'accrochage de la lisse sur une traverse comprend deux branches définissant entre elles un volume de réception de la barrette de la traverse. L'une au moins de ces branches est avantageusement pourvue d'au moins deux dents définissant chacune une des sections d'appui précitées. En variante, chaque branche est pourvue d'au moins une dent orientée vers l'autre branche et définissant une section d'appui. Dans ce cas, certaines au moins des dents prévues sur chacune de ces branches peuvent être disposées en regard les unes des autres ou en quinconce.
- les sections d'appui prévue sur les lisses peuvent être prévues globalement perpendiculaires ou, pour l'une d'entre elles au moins, obliques par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la lisse.
- la partie d'accrochage de la lisse a globalement une forme de C ou de boucle fermée, avec une section apte à coiffer une partie correspondante de la traverse et au moins une dent intermédiaire faisant saillie en direction du centre de cette partie d'accrochage et formant une section d'appui.
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématique de principe de métier à tisser conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une coupe partielle de principe selon la ligne II-II à la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une coupe analogue à la figure 1 mais à plus petite échelle, pour un cadre et une lisse conformes à un second mode de réalisation de l'invention ;

- la figure 6 est une coupe analogue à la figure 3 pour un cadre et une lisse conformes à un cinquième mode de réalisation de l'invention.
Claims (16)
- Lisse pour métier à tisser (M) équipé d'au moins un cadre de lisses (2) comportant deux traverses (22, 22') à chacune desquelles est destinée à être accrochée ladite lisse, caractérisée en ce que ladite lisse (3) est pourvue, à chaque extrémité (33), d'au moins deux sections (33g-33j, 33m, 33n) d'appui simultané sur au moins deux des surfaces correspondantes (23g-23j, 23m, 23n) ménagées sur une barrette de traction (23) solidaire de l'une (22) desdites traverses (22-23), lesdites sections étant aptes à transmettre un effort de traction (T) exercé par l'une desdites traverses (22, 22') sur ladite lisse (3) et décalées selon une direction globalement parallèle à un axe longitudinal (X3) de ladite lisse.
- Lisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'accrochage (33) de ladite lisse (3) sur une traverse (22-23) comprend deux branches (331, 332) définissant entre elles un volume (V33) de réception de ladite barrette (23).
- Lisse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque branche (331, 332) est pourvue d'au moins une dent (33a, 33b, 33c, 33d) orientée vers l'autre branche (332, 331) et définissant une desdites sections d'appui (33g, 33h, 33i, 33j).
- Lisse selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que l'une au moins desdites branches (331, 332) est pourvue d'au moins deux dents (33a, 33b, 33c, 33d) orientées vers l'autre branche (332, 331) et définissant chacune une desdites sections d'appui (33g, 33h, 33i, 33j).
- Lisse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdites dents (33a-33d) prévues sur certaines au moins desdites branches (331, 332) sont disposées en regard les unes des autres.
- Lisse selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que certaines au moins desdites dents (33a, 33c, 33d) prévues sur lesdites branches (331, 332) sont en quinconce.
- Lisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'accrochage (33) de ladite lisse a globalement une forme de C ou de boucle fermée avec une section (33k) apte à coiffer une partie correspondante (23k) de la traverse (22, 23) et au moins une dent intermédiaire (33l) faisant saillie en direction du centre de ladite partie et formant une section d'appui (33n).
- Lisse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites sections d'appui (33g-33j, 33m, 33n) sont globalement perpendiculaires audit axe (X3).
- Lisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'une au moins desdites sections (33g-33j) est oblique par rapport audit axe (X3).
- Cadre de lisses pour métier à tisser, ledit cadre comprenant deux montants (21, 21') et deux traverses (22, 22') équipées de barrettes (23) sur lesquelles peuvent être accrochées des lisses (3), caractérisé en ce que chaque barrette est pourvue d'au moins deux surfaces (23g-23j, 23m, 23n) d'appui simultané pour des sections correspondantes (33g-33j, 33m, 33n) des lisses, lesdites surfaces étant aptes à transmettre un effort de traction (T) exercé par ladite barrette (23) sur une lisse (3) et décalées selon une direction globalement parallèle à un axe longitudinal (X21, X21') de l'un desdits montants (21, 21').
- Cadre selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdites surfaces d'appui (23g-23j) sont régulièrement réparties de part et d'autre d'un plan médian (P23) de ladite barrette (23).
- Cadre selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que lesdites surfaces d'appui (23g, 23i ; 23m, 23n) ne sont pas symétriques par rapport à un plan médian (P23) de ladite barrette (23).
- Cadre selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que lesdites surfaces d'appui (23g-23j, 23m, 23n) sont globalement perpendiculaires audit axe (X21, X21') de l'un desdits montants (21, 21').
- Cadre selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'une au moins desdites surfaces d'appui (23g-23j, 23m, 23n) est oblique par rapport audit axe (X21, X21') de l'un desdits montants (21, 21').
- Cadre (2) selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13 équipé de lisses (3) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
- Métier à tisser (M) équipé d'au moins un cadre de lisses selon l'une des revendications 10 à 15.
