Claims (4)
- Walzgutführungseinrichtung für horizontale Duowalzgerüste mit einem Walzenpaar, das mit seinen Lagereinbaustücken (LS) auf einem Tragwagen (TW) aufflegend in das Walzgerüst ein- und aus diesem herausfahrbar ist, wobei oberhalb bzw. unterhalb der Bewegungsebene des, das Walzgerüst durchlaufenden Walzgutstrangs Führungselemente (OFE, UFE) für diesen angeordnet sind, die jeweils an Walzbalken (WB) angelenkt, deren beide Enden mit, zwischen den Walzenstirnseiten und den diesen zugewandten Seiterrflächen von deren Lagereinbaustücken angeordneten plattenförmigen Walzbalkenträgern (WT) verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die plattenförmigen Walzbalkenträger (WT) in ihren, einander zugewandten Seitenwänden geradlinig verlaufende Führungsnuten (FN) zur Aufnahme und Gleitführung der Enden der Walzbalken (WB) aufweisen. - Walzgutführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Einbauposition der Walzen (WZ) mit ihren Lagereinbaustücken (LS) im Walzgerüst zwischen den Außenflächen der plattenförmigen Walzbalkenträger (WT) und den Innenwandflächen der Ständer des Walzgerüstes in Anstellrichtung verlaufende Gleitleisten (GL) angeordnet sind. - Walzgutführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die plattenförmigen Walzbalkenträger (WT) als walzseitige Lagerdeckel des, der Stirnseite der Walze (WZ) benachbarten Lagers des Lagereinbaustücks (LS) ausgebildet sind. - Walzgutfürungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 in Anordnung in einem Ständerwalzgerüst mit zwei miteinander kuppelbaren Walzenständem, von denen der bedienungsseitige vom antriebsseitigen quer zur Walzrichtung weg und zurück verfahrbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bedienungsseitige Ständer die Lagereinbaustücke (LS) der Walzen (WZ) seitlich einfassend, von dem ührigen Ständer trennbare, mit diesem durch lösbare, seitliche Spannvorrichtungen (ZS) verspannbare selbstständige Abschnitte (WM) aufweist, die zusammen mit den Walzen (WZ) und ihren Lagereinbaustücken (LS) und den Walzgutführungseinrichtungen (OFE, UFE) auf dem Tragwagen (TW) aufflegend, aus dem verbleibenden Walzgerüst (WO, WU) heraus- und in dieses einfahrbar ausgebildet sind.
