Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于具有一对轧辊的水平二辊式轧机的轧件导向件,这对轧辊可以以其轴承座安放在承载小车上地移入和移出轧机,在这里,在穿过轧机的整根轧件的运动平面之上或之下设有用于轧件的导向件,所述导向件分别铰接在导板梁上,其两端与设置在轧辊端侧和轧辊轴承座的面向所述轧辊端侧的侧面之间的板状导板梁架相连。
背景技术
这种轧件导向件在EP 857522中公开了,该轧件导向件的缺点是,在导板梁端及其支架之间使用垫板的情况下,大多要求有相应经验的安装人员很费事地拆装导板梁支架,以便改变导板梁所装载的导向件的间距来适应于当时穿行的整根轧件的厚度即轧件压下量。
发明内容
本发明的任务是避免这种复杂性并且允许使导向件的间距自动适应于穿行的整根轧件的厚度。
为了完成该任务,本发明提供一种用于具有一对轧辊的水平二辊式轧机的轧件导向件,这对轧辊能以其轴承座(LS)安放在一承载小车上地移入和移出该轧机,其中,在穿过轧机的整根轧件的运动平面之上或之下设有用于所述轧件的导向件,这些导向件分别铰接在导板梁上,该导板梁的两端与设置在轧辊端侧和轧辊轴承座的面对所述轧辊端侧的侧面之间的板状导板梁架相连,其特征在于,该板状导板梁架在其相互面向的侧壁中具有笔直延伸的且用于容纳和滑动引导该导板梁端部的导槽。
为改变轧件导向件的间距,如此构成的轧件导向件不需要附加的特殊的导板梁架移动安装和调节安装,因为在导板梁架的导槽中滑动导向的并装载导向件的导板梁自动跟随着轴承座的压下运动,而为此不需要特殊的调节工作。
如本发明进一步规定的那样,在轧辊以其轴承座位于轧机内的轧辊装入位置时,在板状导板梁架的外表面和轧制机架内表面之间设有沿压下方向延伸的滑板,并且所述的板状导板梁架可以同时被分别设计成轴承座的与轧辊端侧相邻的轴承的轧制侧轴承盖。此外,当轧件导向件布置在一个具有两个可相互连接的机架的牌坊轧机中时,其操作侧机架的中央部分能横向于轧制方向地离开传动侧机架和回移向传动侧机架,独立的中央部分能侧夹持住轧辊轴承座并与其余机架分开并通过可松开的侧夹紧装置如拉杆与其余机架拉紧在一起,所述部分是如此设计的,即它可以与轧辊、轧辊轴承座和轧件导向件一起安放在承载小车上地从剩下的轧制机架中移出来和移进去。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,轧辊WZ安放在一个可通过滚轮RL在一对导轨SP上移动的承载小车TW上,该轧辊以其轴承座在两个轧制机架的机架窗口中导向移动,所述轧制机架就是在此所示的操作侧轧制机架WSB和如图2所示的传动侧轧制机架WSA。操作侧轧制机架WSB包括三个机架部分即一个上部分WO、一个下部分WU和一个位于两者之间的部分WM。上部分WO和下部分WU通过在此未示出的方式与传动侧轧制机架WSA连接并且和它一起构成真正的轧制机架。中央部分WM可以与轧辊WZ及其轴承座LS一起在承载小车TW上从由传动侧轧制机架WSA和两个操作侧轧制机架部分WO、WU构成的分机架中移出来。操作侧轧制机架部分WO、WU、WM在外侧具有纵槽LN(也见图2),铰接于下轧制机架部分WU中的拉杆ZS可以沿双箭头DP方向摆入和摆出这些纵槽。这些拉杆ZS在其自由端上与牵引马达ZM连接,这些牵引马达本身在拉杆ZS的摆入位置上支承在轧制机架部分WO的上表面上并且允许轧制机架上部分WO和轧制机架下部分WU与轧制机架中央部分WM拉紧在一起。
如图2所示,在轧辊WZ的两端侧和轴承座LS的配属于这两端侧的侧面之间设有板状导板梁架WT,这些导板梁架突出于轧辊和传动侧轧制机架WSA和操作侧轧制机架WSB的侧边界并且在其自由端上在垂直的导槽FN中容纳着导板梁WB的端部(也见图1)。此外,导板梁架WT的面向轴承座LS侧面的那部分在轴承座LS中构成与轧辊WZ相邻的未示出的轴承的轴承盖。在导板梁架WB的突出端的外表面和轧制机架内表面之间设有沿轧辊压下方向延伸的滑板GL。
用于轧件的上导向件OFE和下导向件UFE通过中间支架ZWT与导板梁WB螺纹连接并且可以通过调整件SE而按照轧件尺寸进行调节。
如图1所示,如此与上、下轴承座相连的上、下导向件OFE和UFE自动跟随支承在这些轴承座LS里的轧辊的压下运动。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于具有一对轧辊的水平二辊式轧机的轧件导向件,这对轧辊能以其轴承座(LS)安放在一承载小车(TW)上地移入和移出该轧机,其中,在穿过轧机的整根轧件的运动平面之上或之下设有用于所述轧件的导向件(OFE;UFE),这些导向件分别铰接在导板梁(WB)上,该导板梁的两端与设置在轧辊端侧和轧辊轴承座的面对所述轧辊端侧的侧面之间的板状导板梁架(WT)相连,其特征在于,该板状导板梁架(WT)在其相互面向的侧壁中具有笔直延伸的且用于容纳和滑动引导该导板梁(WB)端部的导槽(FN)。
2.如权利要求1所述的轧件导向件,其特征在于,在以其轴承座(LS)位于轧机内的轧辊(WZ)装入位置中,在该板状导板梁架(WT)的外表面和该轧制机架的内壁面之间设有沿压下方向延伸的滑板(GL)。
3.如权利要求1所述的轧件导向件,其特征在于,该板状导板梁架(WT)被构造成该轴承座(LS)的与该轧辊(WZ)端侧相邻的轴承的轧制侧轴承盖。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的轧件导向件,所述轧件导向件被安置在一个具有两个能相互连接的机架的牌坊轧机中,该轧机的操作侧机架的中央部分(WM)能横向于轧制方向地离开传动侧机架和回移向传动侧机架,其特征在于,该操作侧机架的独立的中央部分(WM)能侧夹持住轧辊(WZ)轴承座(LS)并与其余机架分开并通过可松开的拉杆与所述其余机架拉紧在一起的,该中央部分是如此设计的,即它可与轧辊(WZ)及其轴承座(LS)以及轧件导向件(OFE,UFE)一起安放在该承载小车(TW)上地从剩下的轧制机架(WO,WU)中移出来和移进去。
