Claims (6)
- Walzgerüst zum Walzen von unterschiedlichem Walzgut, das unterschiedliche Walzkräfte erfordert, mit einer unteren und einer oberen Arbeitswalze, den Arbeitswalzen zugeordneten Stützwalzen, ggfs. einer Walzenbiege-Einrichtung für die Arbeitswalzen, sowie ggfs. Einrichtungen zum Anstellen und Ausbalancieren der Stützwalze und mit Paaren von Anstellzylindern (3) zwischen den Walzenständem (1) und den Einbaustücken (2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anstellzylinder (3) jeweils aus einem Teleskopzylinder (4) bestehen, in dem ein erster, konzentrischer Zylinder (5) mit großem Durchmesser für hohe Walzkräfte und ein zweiter konzentrischer Zylinder (15) mit kleinerem Durchmesser für kleine Walzkräfte vorgesehen sind, wobei der Druckmittelanschluss (11) für den ringförmigen Druckraum (5a) des großen Kolbens (5d) eine Verbindung (20) zur Unterseite (15b) des kleinen Kolbens (15a) bildet. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste, große Zylinder (5) mit großem Durchmesser einen äußeren, ringförmigen Druckraum (5a) bildet, dessen Druckmittel einen großen Kolbenring (5b) gegen den Zylinderboden (5c) drückt. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kleinere Kolben (15a) des zweiten Zylinders (15) mit kleinerem Durchmesser im Inneren (21) des großen Kolbens (5) eine Druckkammer (13) zur Betätigung des kleineren Kolbens (15a) bildet. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckmittelanschluss (14) für den kleineren Kolben (15a) durch die Zylinderwandung (5e) und durch den Zylinderboden (5c) des größeren Zylinders (5) geführt ist. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste, große Zylinder (5) einen im Bereich des Zylinderbodens (5c) mündenden Druckmittelanschluss (12) aufweist. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste, große Zylinder (5) mittels eines den großen Kolben (5d) abdichtenden Abschlussrings (8) verschließbar ist, an den der Druckmittelanschluss (11) für den äußeren, ringförmigen Druckraum (5a) angeschlossen ist.
