Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufkleben eines Labels auf einen Datenträger, insbesondere auf einen optischen Datenträger, wie eine Compact Disc oder eine DVD,
mit einem Labelträger (16) zum definierten Halten des aufzuklebenden Labels (12), der zum Aufkleben des Labels (12) in einen Aufbewahrungsbehälter (30) für den Datenträger (14) einsetzbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Labelträger (16) eine Halteöffnung (20) aufweist, mit der der Labelträger (16) im Aufbewahrungsbehälter (30) an einem Halteelement (36), das üblicherweise zum Halten des Datenträgers (14) dient, befestigbar ist, und
dass am Labelträger (16) konzentrisch zu dessen Halteöffnung (20) ein Zentrierelement (18, 28) vorgesehen ist, an dem das Label (12) beim Auflegen auf den Labelträger (16) relativ zur Halteöffnung (20) zentrierbar ist und durch das das Halteelement (36) des Aufbewahrungsbehälters (30) bei an diesem befestigten Labelträger (16) derart ragt, dass der Datenträger (14) am Halteelement (36) relativ zur Halteöffnung (20) des Labelträgers (16) zu zentrieren ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentrierelement (18) lösbar am Labelträger (16) befestigt und gegen mindestens ein weiteres Zentrierelement (28) mit zum ersten Zentrierelement (18) abweichenden Außenabmessungen austauschbar ist, welches gleichfalls lösbar am Labelträger (16) befestigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum lösbaren Befestigen der Zentrierelemente (18, 28) konzentrisch um die Halteöffnung (20) am Labelträger (16) eine erste Klebefläche (22) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentrierelement (18, 28) eine Dicke aufweist, die geringfügig größer ist als die Dicke des aufzuklebenden Labels (12).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innendurchmesser der runden Innenöffnung (26) des ringförmigen Zentrierelementes (18, 28) zumindest annähernd dem Innendurchmesser der runden Halteöffnung (20) im Labelträger (16) entspricht und dass das ringförmige Zentrierelement (18) mit seiner Innenöffnung (26) konzentrisch zur Halteöffnung (20) des Labelträgers (16) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Labelträger (16) auf seiner Auflagefläche für das Label (12) mit einer Klebefläche (24) zum kurzzeitigen Halten des Labels (12) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Labelträger (16) eine kreisförmige Scheibe ist, deren Außendurchmesser geringfügig größer ist als der Außendurchmesser des aufzuklebenden Labels (12), wobei die runde Halteöffnung (20) konzentrisch in dem kreisförmigen Labelträger (16) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (36) im Aufbewahrungsbehälter (30) aus mehreren um eine gemeinsame Achse herum angeordneten, in Richtung der Achse verlaufenden, federnden, einstückig mit dem Aufbewahrungsbehälter (30) ausgebildeten Klemmelementen (38) gebildet ist, welche vom Aufbewahrungsbehälters (30) in gleicher Richtung abstehen, und dass der Labelträger (16) gemeinsam mit dem Zentrierelement (18, 28) zum Halten im Aufbewahrungsbehälter (30) an den Klemmelementen (38) zu klemmen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufbewahrungsbehälter für den Datenträger (14) eine Jewel-Box (30) ist.
- Verfahren zum Aufkleben eines Labels auf einen Datenträger, insbesondere auf einen optischen Datenträger, wie eine Compact Disc oder eine DVD, bei dem
ein Labelträger (16) zum zeitweisen Halten des aufzuklebenden Labels (12) in einen Aufnahmebehälter (30) für den Datenträger (14) ausgerichtet zu einem im Aufnahmebehälter (30) vorgesehenen Halteelement (36) eingesetzt wird,
das aufzuklebende Label (12) zentriert auf dem Labelträger (16) positioniert wird und
der Datenträger (14) auf das Halteelement (36) aufgesetzt und anschließend das Label (12) mit der unbeschrifteten Seite des Datenträgers (14) verklebt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Labelträger (16) eine Halteöffnung (20) aufweist, mit der der Labelträger (16) an dem Halteelement (36) für den Datenträger (14) im Aufbewahrungsbehälter (30) befestigt wird,
dass am Labelträger (16) konzentrisch zur Halteöffnung (20) ein Zentrierelement (18, 28) vorgesehen wird, durch das das Halteelement (36) nach dem Befestigen des Labelträgers (16) ragt und an dem das Label (12) beim Auflegen auf den Labelträger (16) relativ zur Halteöffnung (20) ausgerichtet wird, und
dass der Datenträger (14) mit seiner zu beklebenden Seite dem Label (12) zugewandt auf den Labelträger (16) aufgesetzt und an dem durch den Labelträger (16) und das Zentrierelement (18) ragenden Halteelement (36) relativ zur Halteöffnung (20) ausgerichtet wird, wobei das Label (12) mit dem Datenträger (14) zumindest abschnittsweise verklebt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Datenträger (14) beim Aufsetzen auf das Halteelement (36) an den Seitenrändern gehalten und zum Aufkleben des auf dem Labelträger (16) positionierten Labels (12) im Zentrum gegen den Labelträger (16) gedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Datenträger (14) nach dem Aufkleben des Labels (12) aus dem Aufbewahrungsbehälter (30) entnommen und auf einer planen Oberfläche (52) mit seiner beklebten Seite nach oben gelegt wird und dass anschließend das Label (12) von innen nach außen gleichmäßig angedrückt wird.
