Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Aufklebern (30) auf Speicherplatten (40), wie CDs oder CD-ROMs, unter Verwendung von ringförmigen oder mit einer mittigen Durchbrechung (41) versehenen beschriftbaren oder unbeschrifteten bzw. bedruckten oder unbedruckten Aufklebern,
welche Vorrichtung (100) aus einem Bodenteil (10) mit einem senkrechten ersten Aufnahmezapfen (15) für die Aufnahme, Halterung und Zentrierung der Speicherplatte (40) und aus einem mit dem Bodenteil (10) zur Deckung bringbaren Deckelteil (20) zur Aufnahme, Halterung und Zentrierung des Aufklebers (30) mit einer dem Bodenteil (10) zugewandten selbstklebenden Beschichtung (32) besteht, wobei im aufeinanderliegenden und zusammengepreßten Zustand des Deckelteils (20) und des Bodenteils (10) der Aufkleber (30) auf die Speicherplattenfläche gepreßt wird, gekennzeichet durch einen senkrechten, federnd an dem Deckelteil (20) gehaltenen, zweiten Aufnahmezapfen (25), wobei die beiden Aufnahmezapfen (15, 25) eine achsgleiche Position einnehmen und wobei der zweite Aufnahmezapfen beim Zusammenpressen zurückfedert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung (100) aus einem plattenförmigen oder schalenförmigen Bodenteil (10) mit einem senkrechten ersten Aufnahmezapfen (15) zum Aufstecken der mit einer mittigen Durchbrechung (41) versehenen Speicherplatte (40) und aus einem zur Deckung mit dem Bodenteil (10) bringbaren plattenförmigmen Deckelteil (20) mit einer an diesem federnd gehaltenen Zunge (27) mit einem innenseitig des Deckelteils (20) an dem freien Ende (27a) der Zunge (27) angeordneten zweiten Aufnahmezapfen (25) zum Aufstecken des Aufklebers (30) besteht, wobei im aufeinandergelegten und -gepreßten Zustand des Deckelteils (20) und des Bodenteils (10) deren beider Aufnahmezapfen (15, 25) miteinander fluchten und mit ihren freien Enden zur Anlage gebracht werden, wobei gleichzeitig der Aufnahmezapfen (25) durch die zurückfedernde Zunge (27) des Deckelteils (20) den Aufkleber (30) zur Übergabe auf den Aufnahmezapfen (15) an dem Bodenteil (10) freigibt, so daß der Aufkleber (30) mit seiner selbstklebenden Fläche auf der Speicherplatte (40) zu liegen kommt und an diese gepreßt wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bodenteil (10) und das Deckelteil (20) scharnierartig miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bodenteil (10) und das Deckelteil (20) aus einem Kunststoff bestehen und mittels eines Filmscharniers miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bodenteil (10) und das Deckelteil (20) aus etwa rechteckförmigen Formkörpern (11, 21) bestehen, die einendseitig (12a, 22a) scharnierartig miteinander verbunden sind und deren der scharnierartigen Verbindung abgekehrten Bereiche kreisbogenförmig (12, 22) verlaufend sind, wobei der dem Kreisbogen zugrundeliegende Radius dem Radius der Speicherplate (40) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die federnde Zunge (27) aus dem Material und der Wandfläche des Deckelteils (20) gebildet ist und einendseitig (27b) benachbart zur scharnierartigen Verbindung (30) des Bodenteils (10) mit dem Deckelteil (20) an diesem angeformt ist, wobei die Zunge (27) in ihrer Ausgangsstellung in einer in der Wandfläche des Deckelteils (20) ausgebildeten den Abmessungen und der Formgebung der Zunge (27) entsprechenden Durchbrechung (28) flächenbündig mit der Wandfläche des Deckelteils (20) liegend ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Deckelteil (20) und die Zunge (27) aus einem federnd-elastischen Material, wie Kunststoff mit einem Rückstellvermögen besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der einseitig mit einer selbstklebenden Beschichtung (32) und mit einer mittigen Durchbrechung (31) für den Aufnahmezapfen (25) der Zunge (27) des Deckelteils (20) versehene Aufkleber (30) in Form und Abmessung denen der Speicherplatte (40) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmezapfen (15, 25) des Bodenteils (10) und der Zunge (27) des Deckelteils (20) Abmessungen und eine Querschnittsform aufweisen. die denen des Aufklebers (30) und der Speicherplatte (40) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmezapfen (25) des Bodenteils (10) eine Länge aufweist, die mindestens der Summe aus der Stärke/Dicke der Speicherplatte (40) und des Aufklebers (30) entsprechen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Länge des Aufnahmezapfens (25) an dem Bodenteil (10) größer ist als die Summe aus der Stärke/Dicke der Speicherplatte (40) und des Aufklebers (30). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung (100) wie in den Fig. 1 bis 4 dargestellt ausgebildet ist.
