Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement with a dehumidifying device for Dehumidifying a wiping part of a damp mop with a drive device which the wiping part and the dehumidifying device are movable relative to one another.
- damp mop is used to describe all the cleaning devices that a have absorbent wiping part, which is soaked with a cleaning liquid and in moist condition over the surfaces or objects to be cleaned can.
- the cleaning liquid is generally water, optionally with Additives, used. However, this does not exclude the use of other liquids.
- Known embodiments for wet wipers are, for example, mops and Wiping pads that have a frayed or flat wiping part that at the end of one Stem is attached. Such damp mops are usually used together with a Container used to hold the cleaning liquid.
- the Cleaning container mostly a manual dehumidifier, with which Wiping part can be pressed out or wrung out.
- this object is achieved with an arrangement of the type mentioned at the beginning solved in that the drive device has an element with a rough Surface shape is upstream, which is relative to that in the direction of movement of the wiping part Wiping part is movable, with a frictional movement on the wiping part by the element is exercisable.
- the element additionally used according to the invention bears due to its Surface shape to mechanically edit the surface of the wiping part, so that dirt particles are released from it. Among dirt particles are too Understand hair, lint and the like.
- the element is particularly advantageous if it has a structured, in particular nubby, has a honeycomb or groove-shaped or brush-like surface shape.
- the element is a board, which is in an im essentially moved to the wiping part coplanar plane relative to the wiping cover.
- an oscillating movement of the element is suitable.
- At least one can also be used Provide roller that is at least substantially the same over its length Distance from a plane of rotation which is maintained by the wiping part is rotated.
- the roller also has a correspondingly structured structure Surface shape with which it pulls dirt particles from the wiping part.
- rollers that run in opposite directions turn towards each other. This will prevent dirt particles from getting through either Instead of being detached, rollers are massaged into the wiping part again. This significantly increases the cleaning effect.
- the rollers are based on the Direction of movement of the wiping part, on both sides of the dehumidifier arranged. This means that the wiping part is first roughened by a first roller is, while this is still taken up by the before the cleaning process Cleaning liquid is completely moistened.
- the second roller works the wiping part after it has been dehumidified by the dehumidifying device is so that such dirt particles are also released by the second roller, that are still left in the wiping part after most of the liquid is out the wiping part has flowed out.
- a container can advantageously be inserted into which the element at least partially immersed to remove cleaning liquid from the container record it afterwards, for example due to a rotational movement in the case the roller, or by suction in the case of a board-shaped element, onto the Applies the surface of the wiping part in order to massage it mechanically there, so that then contaminated liquid emerges from the wiping part.
- a device for Inclusion of dirt-bearing material carried out of the wiping part by the element Liquid arranged.
- the contaminated liquid preferably drips through a drip sieve and gives above the drip sieve or a filter arrangement or one Sedimentation device, as is known for example from DE 100 65 369.3. already the coarser mechanical particles, so that pre-cleaned liquid then in the pool enters after it has released the greatest contaminants. Also in A pump for dispensing liquid onto the wiping part can be placed in the basin or provide in the container or directly on the element.
- a partition is in the basin available through which a first section for storing the cleaning liquid for the container and a second section which receives the dirty liquid are separable from each other.
- the cleaning liquid becomes rough pumped from the basin into the container by a pump so that it can move into this the cleaning element is transferred to the wiping part.
- the basin has a surface surrounding and on the drip sieve this adjacent cover through which the dirty liquid enters the basin flows.
- the wiping part which consists of a holder and a wiping cover consists in enabling the drive assembly, if these are as Pressing arrangement is formed, two rollers are provided, of which at least one is resiliently mounted against the surface of the wiping part.
- a sensor is provided through which the Drive arrangement and / or the element can be activated when the wiping part predefined location position reached.
- the pump via the Sensor in particular using a timer, can be switched on and off.
- the work process provided according to the invention can be used of a mop cover into the following sub-steps: First, the mop cover moistened so that water-soluble dirt partially or completely from the mop cover is washed up. This step is optional and can also be omitted.
- the dirty water is then preferably passed through a filter.
- the The mop cover is dehumidified again after the dirty water flows out, so that it receives a preset residual moisture.
- the fibers of the Wiping cover can be re-erected using an erecting roller.
- the element takes the cleaning solution, i. H. the washer fluid, for example a tub that has an overflow.
- the cleaning liquid is poured into the tub pumped a pump.
- the amount of cleaning liquid is measured so that there is a minimum amount of cleaning fluid in the tub, d. H. the pool, can collect.
- the mechanical element in the form of a board or a roller has the function of a Washboard.
- a good interaction occurs over the rough surface of the element between the element and the mop cover to be cleaned. This is especially true if the element has a groove structure that functions as a washboard is comparable.
- the cleaning roller rotates at a relative speed to Mop, for example, turns in the opposite direction to the movement of the Mops.
- the mop is removed from the press-out unit with its mop cover transported through the entire device.
- the rotating one transports Cleaning roller on the one hand cleaning solution to the mop cover, for example from the pelvis onto it, and on the other hand releases the mechanical movement the dirt from the mop cover on the cleaning roller.
- An electronic control switches the one or the electric drives for the pump, the cleaning element, in particular the Cleaning roller, and the pressure unit on or off.
- the arrangement can preferably also be operated by means of a rechargeable battery, so that it to be used regardless of the mains voltage.
- a humidification device can also be arranged downstream of the element, for example spraying on the mop cover with a cleaning liquid Nozzle arrangement to additionally support the cleaning process.
- a cleaning liquid Nozzle arrangement to additionally support the cleaning process.
- the cleaning roller or the cleaning rollers be operated oscillating. In this case, they swing in one to the surface of the Mop cover vertical plane and swing against the mop cover.
- the roller can also be designed as a brush. In this case, however, it should be noted that lint, hair and the like, strongly adhering dirt collects from the brush at least at certain intervals, which must be removed again.
- a brush in the sense of the invention is also understood to mean a belt driven in a rotating or oscillating manner. In such a case, the belt is guided over two rollers or over a plurality of rollers, so that there is good pressure between the belt and the mop cover.
- the belt can also be designed to oscillate, for which it is sufficient if one of the rollers over which the belt runs moves in an oscillating manner. In principle, the oscillating movement of the element can also be circular. This increases the cleaning effect of the element.
- Materials can be used as the material for the cleaning roller or the cleaning belt various types can be used, for example metal, plastics or Elastomers.
- Polyamide for example, serves as plastic.
- the tub or basin preferably contains an area for sedimentation of Dirt.
- the tub can be removed from the arrangement for cleaning.
- other conveyors are also fundamentally available Conveying the cleaning liquid to the nozzle or to the basin is conceivable.
- Conveying the cleaning liquid to the nozzle or to the basin is conceivable.
- gear pumps peristaltic pumps, diaphragm pumps, feed pumps, etc.
- unpressurized conveying of liquids is possible, as long as no nozzle is used, cleaning is only done with a cleaning roller.
- the cleaning liquid with the help of ladles arranged on a belt or applied to the mop cover or the roller by means of a screw conveyor is itself designed as a scoop roller.
- the sieve can preferably be removed for cleaning.
- a Be attached device that indicates that this may be multi-stage trained sieve must be cleaned.
- the sieve preferably comprises a multi-stage filter system.
- a necessary cleaning process can be colored by a easily recognizable buoyancy can be made visible, above the filter or Screen surface is arranged.
- the buoyancy body becomes due to the clogging of the filter and the associated rise in the water level. It dives according to the water level in the filter, the buoyancy on one from the outside is good visible lens or a transparent element and shows the user that the sieve or filter has to be cleaned.
- the washout device is vertical arranged.
- a motor is located above it driven squeezing device.
- This has two rollers, at least of which one is motor-driven, while at least the other or alternatively both Rollers are resiliently mounted so that when you insert the mop down swing away while returning to a preset position. Corresponding they also swing away when the mop is removed after the cleaning process is finished.
- the possibly double-sided mop is manually between the Cleaning structure, which preferably has a washboard shape and structure, pushed.
- the spring-loaded, swiveling roller which is also called Squeeze roller is called, pushed away by the mop, so that of the Squeezing device at most a small frictional force is exerted on the mop.
- the mop After reaching a predetermined position, the mop is removed from the Cleaning structure transported by means of the squeezing device.
- This is an engine switched on via a sensor signal, which the other roller or alternatively both Drives drives to remove the mop from the To facilitate washing out, as well as the mop to a preset To dehumidify residual moisture.
- the motor is preferably controlled by a sensor signal switched on so that the motor then drives the roller or both rollers.
- the sensor signal also controls the switching on and off, for example via an electric timer, a pump that pumps water out of the water for a certain time Basin, in which this cleaning process takes place, in a second basin, the Wastewater picks up, pumps through a nozzle.
- this causes an overflow the cleaning liquid from the cleaning tank into the dirty water tank as well as a directed flow from the nozzle, which in the area of the Cleaning basin is arranged to the overflow over which the water from the Cleaning basin is conveyed into the dirty water basin.
