Claims (10)
- Kokillenteiler zum Einbau in eine Brammenkokille (1) mit zum seitlichen Verstellen ausgebildeten Schmalseitenteilen (5) zwecks wahlweisem Gießen mehrerer Stränge mit veränderbaren Strangbreiten, umfassend ein zur Kokille (1) ortsfest zu deren Breitseitenplatten (2) einbaubares Gehäuse (3) und beidseitig in Breitenrichtung der Kokille einstellbare Verstellorgane (4) mit an ihren Enden vorhandenen Tragplatten (5) und an diesen angeordneten schmalseitigen Wärmetauscherplatten (6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellorgane (4) mittels in das Gehäuse (3) integrierter Antriebsmittel (10) über Getriebe sowie über Antriebswellen (13) durch außenliegende Motoren antreibbar sind und eine Verstellung während des Gießens oder in Gießpausen ermöglichen, und dass alle Verstellorgane (4) mit einer Tragplatte (5) unabhängig voneinander mit separaten Antriebsmitteln ausgerüstet sind. - Kokillenteiler nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragplatten zur Aufnahme vertikaler Lasten bzw. Kräfte im oberen Bereich der Kokille (1) mit quer stehenden Führungsbolzen (7) ausgerüstet und diese in im oberen Bereich der Kokillen-Breitseitenplatten (2) eingelassene Führungsnuten (8) eingreifbar geführt sind. - Kokillenteiler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass paarweise übereinanderliegende Verstellorgane (4) einer Seite des Gehäuses (3) durch gemeinsame Antriebsmittel (10) antreibbar und bspw. durch gestaffelt unterschiedliche Getriebestufen derart gekoppelt sind, dass eine passende Schrumpfkonizität der Schmalseiten-Wärmetauscherplatten (6) nach Maßgabe ihres Verstellweges erreicht wird. - Kokillenteiler nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei außermittigem Einbau des Gehäuses (3) zwischen den Breitseitenplatten (2) der Bereich der gleichzeitig vergießbaren Strangformate bei gegebenem Bauraum und unsymmetrischem Aufbau der Kokille (1) vergrößert ist. - Kokillenteiler nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragplatte (5) einer oder beider Gehäuseseiten zur Verlängerung der Verstellorgane bis zur Wärmetauscherplatte (6) ausgespart ist, wobei deren Aussparungen vorzugsweise als Tieflochbohrungen (19) ausgeführt sind. - Kokillenteiler nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (3) mit den Verstellorganen (4) mittig oder außermittig zwischen den Breitseitenplatten (2) der Kokille (1) angeordnet ist. - Kokillenteiler nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Verstellorganen (4) zur Kompensation des mechanischen Spiels der Verstellbewegung entgegengerichtet wirkende Kraftelemente zugeordnet sind bzw. die Spindel (9) mit einer nachstellbaren Spindelmutter ausgerüstet ist. - Kokillenteiler nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
gekennzeichnet durch,
eine teleskopische Ausbildung der Spindeln (9). - Kokillenteiler nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
gekennzeichnet durch,
die Ausbildung der Spindeln (9) mit unterschiedlichen Steigungen. - Kokillenteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine durchlaufende Spindel (9) für beide Tragplatten (5).
