Claims (9)
- Einrichtung zur Abstützung und Führung des Stoßbalkens im Untergestell eines Güterwagens, bei dem der Stoßbalken in der Längsmitte des Untergestells längsverschiebbar gelagert ist und an seinen Enden jeweils eine Zug- und Stoßeinrichtung trägt und der Stoßbalken seitlich aus zwei parallel verlaufenden Doppel-T-Trägern gebildet ist, die untereinander durch quer verlaufende Streben beabstandet sind, wobei im Untergestell auswechselbare Elemente zum Stützen und Führen des Stoßbalkens angeordnet sind, die in den durch den Einsatz von Doppel-T-Trägern gebildeten Ausnehmungen zu beiden Seiten des Stoßbalkens eingreifen, und wobei die Stütz- und Führungselemente als Gleitlager oder als Wälzlager ausgebildet sind und gleichartige Lager paarweise in einer Querschnittsebene angeordnet sind und die paarweise Anordnung der Gleitlager oder Wälzlager über die Länge des Stoßbalkens beabstandet ausgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütz- und Führungselemente als plattenförmige Klammern (9) ausgebildet sind, die C-förmig ausgebildete Aussparungen (10) aufweisen, wobei die Klammern (9) paarweise symmetrisch zur Längsachse des Untergestells (1) an dessen Querträger (4) oder Hilfsträgern derart fixiert sind, dass sie mit ihren Aussparungen (10) in den Raum für die Aufnahme des Stoßbalkens (2) hineinragen und dabei der der Klammer (9) zugewiesene Bereich des Untergurtes des Doppel-T-Trägers (7) von der Aussparung (10) aufgenommen wird.
- Einrichtung zur Abstützung und Führung des Stoßbalkens im Untergestell eines Güterwagens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klammern (9) in Bezug auf den Untergurt des Doppel-T-Trägers (7) des in Normallage ausgerichteten Stoßbalkens (2) vor dem Fixieren der Klammer (9) an dem Querträger (4) oder Hilfsträger in der Ebene des Querträgers (4) oder Hilfsträgers einstellbar sind.
- Einrichtung zur Abstützung und Führung des Stoßbalkens im Untergestell eines Güterwagens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seiten der Aussparung (10) der Klammer (9) mit Gleitstükken (11) ausgestattet sind, die mit dem von der Klammer (9) umfassten Bereich des Untergurtes des Doppel-T-Trägers (7) korrespondieren.
- Einrichtung zur Abstützung und Führung des Stoßbalkens im Untergestell eines Güterwagens nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im von der Klammer (9) umfassten Bereich des Untergurtes des Doppel-T-Trägers (7) den Gleitstücken 11 gegenüberliegende Gleitstücke (12) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung zur Abstützung und Führung des Stoßbalkens im Untergestell eines Güterwagens nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitstück (11) aus zwei zusammengefügten Gleitstückteilen (14) gebildet ist, die beidseitig die Klammer (9) im Bereich der Aussparung (10) einfassen, die Aussparung 10 durchdringen und eine C-förmig Ausnehmung aufweisen, in der der Untergurt des Doppel-T-Trägers 7 des Stoßbalkens (2) geführt ist.
- Einrichtung zur Abstützung und Führung des Stoßbalkens im Untergestell eines Güterwagens nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitstückteile (14) mittels lösbarer Befestigungsmittel (15) miteinander und an der Klammer (9) befestigt sind.
- Einrichtung zur Abstützung und Führung des Stoßbalkens im Untergestell eines Güterwagens nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Gleitstücke (11), (12) bzw. die Gleitstückteile (14) aus dem Werkstoff Polyamid bestehen.
- Einrichtung zur Abstützung und Führung des Stoßbalkens im Untergestell eines Güterwagens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seiten der Aussparung (10) der Klammer (9) mit Rollen (13) derart ausgestattet sind, dass sie der Oberseite, der Unterseite und der Stirnseite des von der Aussparung (10) aufgenommenen Bereiches des Untergurtes des Doppel-T-Trägers (7) gegenüberstehen.
- Einrichtung zur Abstützung und Führung des Stoßbalkens im Untergestell eines Güterwagens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klammern (9) paarweise symmetrisch zur Längsachse derart angeordnet sind, daß deren Aussparungen (10) den nach Innen gerichteten Bereich des Untergurtes des Doppel-T-Trägers (7) aufnehmen und die Klammern (9) mit ihrer Rückseite zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
