Claims (12)
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) mit zumindest zwei im wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite des Schienenfahrzeuges (1) verlaufenden Hauptquerträgern (2), an denen Fußbodenprofile (3) befestigt sind, die sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsrichtung des Schienenfahrzeuges (1) erstrecken, wobei die Hauptquerträger (2) je einen Untergurt (4) und zumindest einen Obergurt (5) sowie dazwischen verlaufende Stege (6a, b, c) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Stege (6a, b, c) von dem Untergurt (4) des jeweiligen Hauptquerträgers (2) zumindest teilweise bis zur Unterseite (3a) der Fußbodenprofile (3) ausgeführt und mit diesen verbunden sind, wobei der zumindest eine Obergurt (5) des jeweiligen Hauptquerträgers (2) mit den Fußbodenprofilen (3) an deren Oberseite verbunden ist. - Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (6) mit der Unterseite der Fußbodenprofile (3) verschweißt sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüchen 1 bis 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (6) an ihren Berührungsflächen mit der Unterseite (3a) der Fußbodenprofile (3) eine Verbreiterung (7) aufweisen.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zumindest eine Obergurt (5) mit der Oberseite (3b) der Fußbodenprofile (3) verschweißt ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Hauptquerträger (2) zwei Obergurte (5a, b) aufweist, die in einem vorgegebenen Abstand voneinander mit der Oberseite (3b) der Fußbodenprofile (3) verschweißt sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Steg (6b) unter dem zwischen den Obergurten (5a, b) liegenden Bereich vorgesehen ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußbodenprofile (3) einen dreieckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material des Hauptquerträgers (2) Aluminium ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Fußbodenprofile (3) Aluminium ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (6a, b, c) und der Untergurt (4) aus einem Stück gefertigt sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptquerträger (2) als Aluminiumguss ausgeführt ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptquerträger (2) aus Aluminium-Großprofilen hergestellt ist.
