Claims (11)
- Schärf- bzw. Schleifgerät für eine Garnitur (14), mit einer Vielzahl von einzelnen Schleifelementen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Hubvorrichtung (26) vorgesehen ist, um einen Garniturträger (13) den Schleifelementen (42) zuzustellen.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Garniturträger (13) Wanderdeckel sind und die Hubvorrichtung (26) eine Lauffläche (31,32) aufweist, worüber die Deckel (13) laufen müssen, als sie ihrem Wanderpfad entlang bewegt werden.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine durch die Hubvorrichtung (26) bewirkte Zustellbewegung der Deckel (13) einstellbar bzw. veränderbar ist.
- Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubvorrichtung zwei Hebeelemente (28) umfasst, die sich senkrecht zwischen einer unteren Bereitschaftsposition und einer Arbeitsposition bewegen.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebeelemente mindestens einer Rampe (31) und einer waagrechten Stützfläche (32) aufweisen.
- Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anschlagfläche (70) vorgesehen ist zur Begrenzung der Eintauchtiefe der Garnitur (14) in die Schleifelemente (42).
- Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagfläche (70) in ihrem Abstand zu den Schleifelementen (42) einstellbar ist.
- Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifelementen auf ein Träger angeordnet sind.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger eine Walze ist.
- Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubvorrichtung (26) durch einen Pneumatikzylinder (29) bewegbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Schleifen der Garnitur (14) von Deckel (13) mit einer Vielzahl von einzelnen Schleifelementen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckelstäbe (13) zum schleifen der jeweiligen Garnitur aus dem Deckelpfad in eine Schleifstelle der Bürste durch ein Zustellvorrichtung (26) angehoben werden.
