Description
Claims (18)
- Procédé de frisage de fibres ou de fils textiles dans une boíte à friser pourvue d'une enceinte de compactage (1) comportant des rouleaux (2) d'entraínement coopérant avec des racles (3) et une enceinte (5) de préfixage et de guidage des fils frisés (6), caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste essentiellement à faire passer les fils (4) dans une première zone de compactage d'une boíte à friser, pour l'obtention d'une frisure régulière (6), puis à réaliser, dans une deuxième zone (5) présentant un espace libre (5') délimité sur au moins un côté du ruban de fil, un préfixage de la frisure régulière (6) obtenue, ainsi qu'un guidage de cette dernière, jusqu'à la sortie de la boíte à friser, par l'intermédiaire du fluide de préfixage.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le réglage et la formation initiale de la frisure sont réalisés par retenue de l'extrémité des fibres ou fils engagés dans la boíte à friser, en aval de l'enceinte de compactage (1).
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le préfixage de la frisure régulière (6) obtenue, ainsi que le guidage de cette dernière, jusqu'à la sortie de la boíte à friser, sont réalisés par l'intermédiaire du fluide de préfixage qui agit sur au moins une partie de la section du ruban frisé obtenu, dans un espace libre de la chambre de préfixage et de guidage.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant la revendication 1, se présentant sous forme d'une boíte à friser pourvue d'une enceinte de compactage (1) comportant des rouleaux (2) d'entraínement coopérant avec des racles (3) et une enceinte (5) de préfixage et de guidage des fils frisés (6), caractérisé en ce que la section de l'enceinte (1) de compactage est réglable et en ce que l'enceinte (5) de préfixage et de guidage présente une section supérieure à celle du ruban de fils frisés (6) obtenus, le ou les espaces supplémentaires délimités autour dudit ruban (6) étant en relation avec les moyens de délivrance du fluide de fixage.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte de compactage (1), qui est constituée par des rouleaux d'entraínement (2) et par des racles (3), est réglable dans sa section par prévision de moyens (7 et 8) permettant, d'une part, un rapprochement mutuel des racles (3) et, d'autre part, un déplacement de la section d'entrée des racles (3) en direction ou à écartement des rouleaux d'entraínement (2).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réglage (7) permettant le rapprochement mutuel des racles (3) est sous forme d'un élément fileté à pas inverse ou sous forme d'une paire de vérins commandés en synchronisme ou d'une tringlerie articulée rapprochant et écartant les racles (3).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (8), qui est destiné à réaliser le déplacement de l'entrée des racles en direction des rouleaux d'entraínement (2) ou en sens opposé de ces rouleaux d'entraínement (2), est, soit sous forme d'un entraínement à vis et écrou agissant sur un moyen de guidage et de support commun au racle (3), soit d'entraínements individuels et synchronisés des racles.
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le réglage en écartement des racles (3) et le réglage de ces dernières par rapport aux rouleaux d'entraínement (2) sont effectués par un élément de commande centralisé synchronisant les deux mouvements de réglage.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte de compactage (1) débouche sur l'enceinte (5) de préfixage et de guidage de la frisure régulière (6) obtenue, qui présente une section transversale intérieure supérieure à celle de ladite frisure (6) et qui est pourvue sur ses faces internes de moyens de délivrance du fluide de fixage, sous forme de buses ou analogues.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la section interne de l'enceinte (5) est agencée de manière à délimiter sur au moins un côté du ruban de fils frisés (6) obtenus un espace libre (5'), de géométrie quelconque.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la section interne de l'enceinte (5) est du type à polygone régulier ou irrégulier et délimite un espace (5') seulement d'un côté du ruban de fil frisé (6) ou sur deux côtés de ce ruban.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la section interne de l'enceinte (5) présente une conformation telle que des espaces (5') de hauteur légèrement inférieure à la hauteur du ruban de fils frisés (6) sont délimités de part et d'autre dudit ruban (6) pour s'appuyer par leurs bords contre les coins de ce dernier.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la section du ruban de fils frisés est réglable en hauteur par prévision, au niveau des racles (3), de moyens de guidage déplaçables à coulissement entre lesdits racles, dans le sens de leur axe vertical.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu, en outre, à l'extrémité de l'enceinte de préfixage et de guidage (5) opposée à celle reliée à l'enceinte de compactage (1), d'un moyen (10) de retenue des fibres ou fils, au début d'une opération de frisage.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (10) est constitué sous forme d'un clapet monté devant la sortie de ladite enceinte (5) et pouvant être actionné par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de motorisation, dont le déclenchement à l'ouverture et à la fermeture est préférentiellement réalisé par l'intermédiaire d'un automate programmable et/ou par une commande à impulsion manuelle.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les parois supérieure et inférieure de l'enceinte de préfixage et de guidage (5) sont équipées d'un moyen intégré de chauffage, électrique ou à circulation de fluide chaud.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, en outre, au moins une portion de paroi de l'enceinte (5) de préfixage et de guidage en matériau transparent.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la paroi transparente est pourvue, en outre, d'un moyen optique de surveillance du produit obtenu coopérant avec un dispositif électronique de comparaison.
