Claims (18)

  1. Verfahren zum Kräuseln von Textilfasern oder ―fäden in einem Kräuselkasten, der mit einem Verdichtungsraum (1), der mit Rakeln (3) zusammenwirkende Antriebsrollen (2) aufweist, und einem Raum (5) zur Vorfixierung und zur Führung der gekräuselten Fäden (6) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren im wesentlichen darin besteht, die Fäden (4) eine erste, zur Verdichtung dienende Zone des Kräuselkastens passieren zu lassen, um eine regelmäßige Kräuselung (6) zu erhalten, und dann in einer zweiten Zone (5), die einen Zwischenraum (5') aufweist, der zumindest auf einer Seite von einem Fadenband begrenzt wird, eine Vorfixierung der erhaltenen regelmäßigen Kräuselung (6) sowie eine Führung derselben bis zum Auslass des Kräuselkastens mittels eines Vorfixierungsfluids durchzuführen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regelung und die initiale Bildung der Kräuselung durch ein Zurückhalten des Endes der in den Kräuselkasten eingeleiteten Fasern oder Fäden stromabwärts des Verdichtungsraums (1) durchgeführt werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorfixierung der erhaltenen regelmäßigen Kräuselung (6) sowie die Führung derselben bis zum Auslass des Kräuselkastens mittels des Vorfixierungsfluids erfolgt, das in einem freien Zwischenraum der Vorfixierungs- und Führungskammer auf zumindest einen Teil des Querschnitts des erhaltenen gekräuselten Bandes einwirkt.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, die in Form eines Kräuselkastens vorliegt, der mit einem Verdichtungsraum (1), der mit Rakeln (3) zusammenwirkende Antriebsrollen (2) aufweist, und einem Raum (5) zur Vorfixierung und zur Führung der gekräuselten Fäden (6) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des Raums (1) zur Verdichtung einstellbar/regelbar ist und dass der Raum (5) zur Vorfixierung und zur Führung einen Querschnitt aufweist, der größer ist als jener des erhaltenen Bandes von gekräuselten Fäden (6), wobei der oder die zusätzlichen Zwischenräume, die um das Band (6) herum abgegrenzt sind, in Beziehung mit den Mitteln zum Liefern des Fixierungsfluids stehen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdichtungsraum (1), der durch Antriebsrollen (2) und durch Rakeln (3) gebildet ist, in seinem Querschnitt durch das Vorsehen von Mitteln (7 und 8) einstellbar/regelbar ist, die einerseits eine gegenseitige Annäherung der Rakeln (3) und andererseits eine Verschiebung des Einlassabschnitts der Rakeln (3) in Richtung hin zu oder weg von den Antriebsrollen (2) erlaubt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die gegenseitige Annäherung der Rakeln (3) erlaubende Einstell-/Regelungsmittel (7) in Form eines Gewindeelements mit umgekehrter Steigung oder eines Paares von gleichzeitig betätigten Verstellspindeln oder eines Gelenkgestänges, das die Rakeln (3) aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegt, vorgesehen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (8), das zur Durchführung der Verschiebung des Einlasses der Rakeln in Richtung der Antriebsrollen (2) oder in Gegenrichtung dieser Antriebsrollen (2) entweder in Form von Schraube und Mutter, die auf ein für die Rakel (3) gemeinsames Führungs- und Haltemittel einwirken, oder von individuellen und synchronisierten Rakelantrieben vorgesehen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellung/Regelung des Abstands der Rakeln (3) und die Einstellung/Regelung derselben in Bezug auf die Antriebsrollen (2) durch ein zentralisiertes Antriebselement erfolgt, das die beiden Einstellungs-/Regelungsbewegungen synchronisiert.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdichtungsraum (1) in den Raum (5) zur Vorfixierung und Führung der erhaltenen regelmäßigen Kräuselung (6) mündet, der einen Innenquerschnitt aufweist, der größer ist als jener der Kräuselung (6), und der an seinen Innenflächen mit Mitteln zum Liefern des Fixierungsfluids in Form von Düsen oder dergleichen versehen ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenquerschnitt des Raums (5) derart ausgebildet ist, dass zumindest auf einer Seite des Bandes von erhaltenen gekräuselten Fäden (6) ein freier Zwischenraum (5') mit einer beliebigen Geometrie abgegrenzt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenquerschnitt des Raums (5) dem Typ eines regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen Vielecks entspricht und einen Zwischenraum (5') nur auf einer Seite des Bandes von gekräuselten Fäden (6) oder auf beiden Seiten dieses Bandes begrenzt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenquerschnitt des Raums (5) eine Konfiguration derart aufweist, dass Zwischenräume (5') mit einer Höhe, die geringfügig kleiner ist als die Höhe des Bandes von gekräuselten Fäden (6), beiderseits des Bandes (6) abgegrenzt sind, um sich mit ihren Rädern an den Ecken des letzteren abzustützen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des Bandes von gekräuselten Fäden in der Höhe einstellbar/regelbar ist, indem in Höhe der Rakeln (3) Führungsmittel vorgesehen sind, die in Richtung ihrer vertikalen Achse zwischen den Rakeln verschiebbar sind.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Ende des Vorfixierungs- und Führungsraums (5), das dem mit dem Verdichtungsraum (1) verbundenen Ende gegenüberliegt, des weiteren ein Mittel (10) zum Zurückhalten der Fasern oder Fäden zu Beginn eines Kräuselungsvorgangs vorgesehen ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (10) in Form einer Klappe ausgebildet ist, die vor dem Auslass des Raums (5) montiert ist und mittels einer Motorisierungsvorrichtung, deren Ansteuerung zum Öffnen und zum Schließen mittels eines programmierbaren Automaten und/oder einer manuellen Antriebssteuerung erfolgt, betätigt werden kann.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere und die untere Wand des Vorfixierungs- und Führungsraums (5) mit einem integrierten Mittel zum elektrischen Beheizen oder zum Beheizen durch die Zirkulation eines heißen Fluids versehen sind.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner wenigstens ein Wandabschnitt des Vorfixierungs- und Führungsraums (5) aus transparentem Material vorgesehen ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die transparente Wand femer mit einem optischen Mittel zur Überwachung des erhaltenen Produkts versehen ist, das mit einer elektronischen Vergleichsvorrichtung zusammenwirkt.
