Definitions
- the invention relates to a plate with the features of the introductory part Part of claim 1.
- These plate materials are usually one or more layers constructed and usually have a symmetrical structure of material, Structure and strength.
- Plates each of which is thin but stable have cover layers made of hardwood, plywood or similar material and have a thicker middle layer made of softwood.
- Plates are also known in which the individual layers have Grooves or holes are formed and then also perforated or slotted cover plates can be glued.
- Single-layer solid wood panels are also known in their manufacture the middle layers made of strips of solid wood consist of planed at right angles along the longitudinal edges be glued in width.
- Known impact protection plates can be grouped into three main groups.
- the first group includes baffle walls that consist of vibrating, strip-shaped Substructures exist over which load distribution layers made of wood materials, on which the latter a top covering, e.g. a top layer made of refined wood or Linoleum is attached (DE 35 12 371 A and DE 37 29 163A).
- the second group includes baffles where one layer is off compliant material, such as foam rubber or the like, with load-distributing Plates is covered, being on the load-distributing Plates a top covering is arranged (EP 0 455 616 A and DE 39 25 742 A).
- the third group of baffles includes those that one Underlay made of an elastic material, such as rubber or the like have a soft top layer, e.g. made of linoleum or from a carpet, as it is especially for use with Baffle walls is known, is arranged.
- the invention is based on the object, a plate that as elastic impact protection plate and / or acoustic plate can be used, to provide a thin and in the case of a Impact soft-acting top layer can be used, whereby strong shock loads without damaging the top layer or the Upper covering securely in the components behind or below can be derived.
- the plate according to the invention can be in the area of an impact due to their structure, particularly small deflection troughs Realize, as they have so far only with baffle walls with soft top coverings from carpet or the like were possible, although the outer Layer made of wood or linoleum, for example.
- middle layer of the plate according to the invention dips the top layer without great inertia and the impact energy is effective absorbed before injuries can occur.
- this is on their side facing the room with openings, that reach either inside or through the entire plate.
- Plate and the flexible surface can be the invention Panel due to its good sound absorbing properties can also be used as an acoustic panel.
- the plate according to the invention at the same time as a sound absorbing panel (acoustic panel) and shock-absorbing plate (impact protection plate) which results in significant savings in design costs can be achieved by gyms or multipurpose halls.
- the plate according to the invention can by Arrange cavities in the middle layer in combination with Openings on the visible side of the panel by choosing a specific one Ratio of the perforated area to the volume of the voids in the central position a Helmholtz resonator integrated in the plate is provided be effective for sound absorption. You can do this by changing the size of the cavity is the frequency band of the resonance frequency can be selected without changing the outer appearance of the plate. This can often express the wishes of the builders or planners Be taken into account.
- Helmholtz resonators make it possible to excite one enclosed air volume in combination with a suitable one Size of the mouth opening, which is slit or hole-shaped or also can be formed as a row of holes, the resonance behavior of the Train natural vibrations in a very narrow band.
- the invention provides an inexpensive, easy to assemble panel (acoustic panel) available despite the different resonator frequencies with the same visible Can integrate surface into walls or ceilings.
- a plate according to the invention can in the middle Location recesses of various sizes and structures are provided be in their type and size by covering them with a continuous Top plate are no longer visible. This will also be the case Problem of different sized mouth openings solved, because the Recesses in the middle layer of the upper layer are covered.
- the training according to the invention has a simple and Way the possibility in the view completely identical absorber to build with different resonance frequencies.
- the panel according to the invention as an acoustic panel without problems mobile absorber or used as a rotatable absorber element be arranged in the desired position only when required.
- the plate according to the invention thus build inexpensive manufactured absorbers that a precise adjustment of the sound absorption within the plate enable. So it is possible to partially the plate of the invention train as a resonator and a part with holes as Perforated plate transducer design, which makes the excellent Low-tone absorption properties of the plate according to the invention the high-frequency absorption behavior of the perforated plate transducers Have broadband absorbers combined.
- baffles with a wooden surface consists in the integration of doors and similar components. Due to the irregular component sizes, the actual elasticity of the finished cladding deviate significantly from the target values. The reason for this is that there are known baffle walls all assembly parameters due to the relatively large distances between the Elastic straps significantly affect the actual behavior when Absorption of impacts or blows on the surfaces of the baffle walls impact.
- the plate can be manufactured industrially as an impact protection plate, whereby all assembly-related changes to the elasticity modules be excluded. Due to the small-scale design, for example Elements of the middle layer will be one in all respects constant elasticity guaranteed.
- the baffle construction to be used as a visible surface can also be installed over all built-in parts without special Arrangements for the planking of, for example, doors or inspection openings are necessary.
- An advantage of the plate according to the invention in a preferred embodiment is also because the record is a self-contained impact protection plate, which as a wall plate or Base plate can be used. So all additional expenses, the baffle walls known from the assembly Wood materials occur, are eliminated. This results on the one hand a significant reduction in assembly times and the associated Costs. In addition, assembly errors that previously exist are prevented often lead to dangerous hard spots in wall cladding to have.
- Impact protection plate in the plate according to the invention provided recesses within the plate body, preferably in the area of the middle layer thereof, can be used in the invention
- Impact protection plate the elasticity and immersion behavior and furthermore the ball reflection and the immersion trough by simple Means / measures can be set to the desired value. So can e.g. by forming several staggered Slits of power reduction set to the desired value become.
- the force reduction increases with longer slots.
- the Immersion behavior of the plate can, for example, to the desired Value can be set by placing several slots on top of each other become.
- the plate according to the invention as an impact protection plate in a Baffle is used, an embodiment has proven itself in the top plate layer (visible or top layer) thin and the slots in the middle layer are asymmetrical are arranged and lie at a short distance from the top layer, so that the plate can swing as freely as possible.
- the middle layer deforms such that the Bridges in the area of the slots are compressed and flat lying on top of each other the load on the back plate and if necessary in an existing underlay (fleece or similar) or a substructure can derive without the plate of the invention is damaged.
- the middle layer of the invention Impact protection plate made of one or more layers of wooden bars, the recesses, for example, arranged offset or slots are formed.
- the wooden sticks are individually or bonded together with the top layer, so that there is a in the direction of the plate thickness, i.e. normal to the plate level, movable Structure results.
- the plate thus formed is on the back larger distances can be connected to another plate spanned between existing substructure elements become.
- the larger on the back of the plate Has cross sections.
- the attachment of plates according to the invention can be done in a simple manner Manner, e.g. by screwing the plate on the back, on a surface or by other carpentry-related measures.
- the room side it is also advantageous for the room side to connect facing surfaces so that at Impact load in the joint area also the surface of the neighboring one Plate vibrates and thus no dangerous level differently immersed plates results.
- the plate according to the invention When using the plate according to the invention as a floor, e.g. in Sports halls, it is advantageous to form the middle layer To let wooden bars of adjacent elements interlock so that there is an offset joint of the individual plates, which is a very good anchoring of the top plate. Training this interlocking of the wooden bars forming the middle layer can again easily and inexpensively achieved with controlled CNC spindle milling that allow the wooden bars of the middle layer like this mill out so that the bar width can be varied so that at each of the plate ends for the insertion of the protruding middle position of the springs of adjacent plates.
- solid wood boards are divided into strips, received on the Longitudinal recesses after gluing the individual Chopsticks give the favorable technical properties of the plate.
- One of the advantageous embodiments of the invention is that it with the millings in the middle layer of the plate is possible the trapped air cushion also improve thermal insulation to reach.
- the recesses in the middle layer of the plate result a reduction in the plate weight and thus an essential one Simplification of work during assembly, e.g. as wall and ceiling cladding.
