Description

  • Es ist bekannt, daß sich die Blindholzleisten des Sperrholzes an den Sperrholzoberflächen trotz Absperrfurnier abzeichnen und eine unebene Fläche hervorrufen. Um diesen Überstand zu beseitigen, hat man die Blindholzleisten parallel zur Oberfläche an beiden Seiten zu 2/3 eingesägt, jedoch ohne zu vollem Erfolg zu kommen. Es bleibt immer so viel festes Holz stehen, daß bei dem Trocknungsprozeß der Blindholzleisten im fertigen Sperrholz die Oberflächen beeinflußt werden. Durch die Erfindung wird dieser Nachteil in einfacher Weise beseitigt. Sie besteht darin, daß die Blindholzleiste beiderseitige mittels gezahnter Räder o. dgl. hergestellte, der Zahnform entsprechende Einpressungen aufweist, die sich fast über die ganze Leistenhöhe erstrecken. Die Blindholzleiste wird also zwischen gezahnten Rädern zum Teil zusammengepreßt, wodurch das innere Zellengewebe der Blindholzleiste zum größten Teil zerstört wird.
  • Bei (lern Trocknungsprozeß im fertigen Sperrholz werden die noch lebensfähigen Zellen der Blindholzleiste die durch die Pressung zerstörten Zellen auseinanderreißen. Es entstehen so Hohlräume in der Blindholzleiste. Das E1ntrOCknenJ)lelbt in der Blindliolzleiste, ohne das Außenmaß derselben verändern zu können. Das Absperrfurnier kann jetzt leicht den restlichen Kräften der Blindholzleisten bei dem Trocknungsprozeß standhalten. Durch diese Behandlung der Blindliolzleiste ist es möglich, eine dauernde ebene Sperrholzfläche zu erhalten.

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Blindholzleiste für Sperrholz. gekennzeichnet durch beiderseitige, mittels gezahnter Räder o. dgl. hergestellte, der Zahnform entsprechende Einpressungen, die sich fast über die ganze Leistenhölle erstrecken.
