Claims (5)
- Compresseur à spirales (120) comprenant : un élément électrique (122) et un élément de compression à spirales (123) entraíné par un arbre rotatif (126) du dit élément électrique (122), qui sont logés dans un carter hermétique (121), un lubrifiant (b) contenu dans le dit carter hermétique (121) et un dispositif de lubrification (138) prévu sur une extrémité du dit arbre rotatif (126), le lubrifiant (b) étant fourni par le dit dispositif de lubrification (138) aux parties de glissement respectives, via un passage de distribution d'huile (144) prévu dans le dit arbre rotatif (126), et étant mis en circulation pour réutilisation, dans lequel est prévu un mécanisme d'injection d'huile (151) composé d'une buse d'huile (153) pour injecter de l'huile et d'une soupape (156) pour ouvrir / fermer une entrée de passage de distribution d'huile (155) de la dite buse d'huile (153), caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'injection d'huile (151) est prévu au voisinage d'un passage de communication (161) entre une première entrée d'aspiration (160) pour introduire un gaz frigorigène dans le dit élément de compression à spirales (123) à partir de l'extérieur du dit carter hermétique (121) et une deuxième entrée d'aspiration (162) qui est placée à une position à l'opposé de la dite première entrée d'aspiration (160) et mise en communication avec la dite première entrée d'aspiration (160) par le dit passage de communication (161), de sorte que la dite soupape (156), qui utilise l'élasticité d'un ressort (154), ouvre la dite entrée de passage de distribution d'huile (155) pour injecter le lubrifiant (b), contenu dans le dit carter hermétique (121), dans le dit passage de communication (161) si la différence entre la pression dans le dit carter hermétique (121), qui agit sur la surface arrière de la dite soupape (156), et la pression dans le dit passage de communication qui agit sur une sortie de la dite buse d'huile (153) est petite, tandis que la dite soupape ferme la dite entrée de passage de distribution d'huile pour arrêter l'injection du lubrifiant si la dite différence de pression est grande.
- Compresseur à spirales (120) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la quantité d'injection du lubrifiant (b) est fixée entre 0,1 et 3% pour le volume d'élimination par unité de temps.
- Compresseur à spirales (120) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la dite soupape (156) ouvre la dite entrée de passage de distribution d'huile (155) pour injecter le lubrifiant (b), si la dite différence de pression est inférieure à une plage de 4 x 105 à 8 x 105 N/m2 (4 à 8 kgf/cm2).
- Compresseur à spirales (120) selon les revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel un système de lubrification dans le dit dispositif de lubrification utilise une différence de pression ou une pompe à huile.
- Compresseur à spirales (120) selon les revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le dit mécanisme d'injection d'huile (151) est prévu au voisinage du dit passage de communication s'étendant d'une ligne qui relie le centre du dit arbre rotatif (126) et le centre de la première entrée d'aspiration, à une ligne tracée à 90° à partir du centre du dit arbre rotatif (126) et vers la dite deuxième entrée d'aspiration, en utilisant la dite ligne comme ligne de référence.
