Claims (5)

  1. Spiralkompressor (120) mit einem elektrischen Element (122) und einem Spiralkompressorelement (123), das durch eine Drehwelle (126) des elektrischen Elementes (122) angetrieben wird, die in einem hermetischen Gehäuse (121) aufgenommen sind, einem Schmiermittel (b), das in dem hermetischen Gehäuse (121) aufgenommen ist, und einem Schmierbereich (138), der an einem Ende der Drehwelle (126) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Schmiermittel (b) von dem Schmierbereich (138) an jeweilige Gleitbereiche über eine Ölförderpassage (144) geliefert wird, die in der Drehwelle (126) vorgesehen ist, und für den Wiedergebrauch zirkuliert, wobei: ein Öleinspritzmechanismus (151) aus einer Öldüse (153) zum Einspritzen von Öl und einem Ventil (156) zum Öffnen/Schließen eines Ölförderpassageneinlasses (155) der Öldüse (153) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öleinspritzmechanismus (151) in der Nähe einer Verbindungspassage (161) zwischen einem ersten Saugeinlass (160) zum Einlassen eines Kühlgases in das Spiralkompressorelement (123) von der Außenseite des hermetischen Gehäuses (121) und einem zweiten Einsaugeinlass (162), der in einer Position gegenüber des ersten Saugeinlasses (160) vorgesehen ist und in Kommunikation mit dem ersten Saugeinlass (160) durch die Kommunikationspassage (161) steht, vorgesehen ist, so dass das Ventil (156), das die Elastizität einer Feder (154) ausnutzt, den Ölförderpassageneinlass (155) öffnet, um das Schmiermittel (b), das in dem hermetischen Gehäuse (121) gehalten wird, in die Kommunikationspassage (161) einzuspritzen, falls der Unterschied zwischen dem Druck in dem hermetischen Gehäuse (121), der auf die Rückfläche des Ventils (156) wirkt, und dem Druck in der Kommunikationspassage, der auf den Auslass der Öldüse (153) wirkt, klein ist, während das Ventil den Ölförderpassageneinlass schließt, um das Einspritzen des Schmiermittels zu beenden, falls die Druckdifferenz groß ist.
  2. Spiralkompressor (120) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Einspritzbetrag des Schmiermittels (b) auf 0,1 bis 3 % für das Eliminationsvolumen pro Zeiteinheit eingestellt ist.
  3. Spiralkompressor (120) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Ventil (156) den Ölförderpassageneinlass (155) öffnet, um das Schmiermittel (b) einzuspritzen, falls die Druckdifferenz geringer ist als in einem Bereich von 4 · 105 bis 8 · 105 N/m2 (4 bis 8 kgf/cm2).
  4. Spiralkompressor (120) nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, wobei ein Schmiersystem in dem Schmierbereich einen Druckunterschied oder Ölpumpe nutzt.
  5. Spiralkompressor (120) nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, wobei der Öleinspritzmechanismus (151) in der Nähe der Kommunikationspassage vorgesehen ist, die sich von einer Linie, die die Mitte der Drehwelle (126) und die Mitte des ersten Saugeinlasses verbindet, bis zu einer Linie erstreckt, die 90 Grad entfernt von der Drehwelle (126) in Richtung auf den zweiten Saugeinlass gezeichnet ist, wobei diese Linie als Basislinie verwendet wird.
