Claims (36)
- Ausstellvorrichtung für einen Kipp-Flügel, insbesondere Dreh-Kipp-Flügel eines Fensters, einer Tür oder dergleichen, mit einer Verriegelungseinrichtung und einem am Blendrahmen befestigbaren Basisteil, an dem eine mittels einer motorischen Antriebsvorrichtung betätigbare Ausstellschere gelagert ist, die ein Verbindungsglied zum Fensterflügel aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsglied (14;54) ein Treibstangenelement-Verbindungselement ist, wobei mittels der motorischen Antriebsvorrichtung (12) die Verriegelungseinrichtung (69) in eine Verriegelungs- und in eine Entriegelungsstellung bringbar ist und wobei das Treibstangenelement-Verbindungselement (14;54) bei sich in Schließstellung befindender Ausstellschere (13;53) und bei sich in Verriegelungsstellung befindender Verriegelungseinrichtung (69) mit einem Treibstangenelement (51) automatisiert verbindbar und automatisiert von diesem trennbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Treibstangenelement-Verbindungselement (14;54) ein Treibstangenzapfen-Verbindungselement ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Treibstangenelement-Verbindungselement (14;54) ein Treibstangen-Verriegelungszapfen-Verbindungselement ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (14;54) ein Verriegelungszapfen-Fangelement ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Öffnen und Schließen des Verbindungselements (14;54) von der Ausstellschere (13;53) abhängig ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellung der Ausstellschere (13;53) in Längsrichtung (15;66,67) des Basisteils (11) erfolgt.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basisteil (11) mindestens einen Längsschlitz (16) aufweist, in welchem zur Scherenverlagerung mindestens ein Scherenbolzen (17) längsverschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (14) einen Fanghaken (18) aufweist, der entgegen einer elastischen Federrückstellkraft eines Federelements (19) in eine Öffnungsstellung bewegbar ist und zum schaltbaren Schließen beziehungsweise Öffnen eines randoffenen Treibstangenelement-Aufnahmesitzes (20) dient.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (54) einen Fanghaken (48) aufweist, der mittels einer elastischen Federkraft eines vorgespannten Federelements (55) in eine Öffnungsstellung bewegbar ist und zum schaltbaren Schließen beziehungsweise Öffnen eines randoffenen Treibstangenelement-Aufnahmesitzes (50) dient.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (55) mittels einer Verschiebebewegung in Längsrichtung (15) der sich in Scherenschließstellung befindenden Ausstellschere (13) in Bezug auf das Basisteil (11) vorspannbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (55) einen zu deren Vorspannung dienenden Federarm (56) aufweist, der mit einem Zapfen (59) des Basisteils (11) bei sich in Schließstellung befindender Ausstellschere (13) in Anlagekontakt bringbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fanghaken (18;48) eine mit dem Treibstangenelement (51) in Wirkkontakt bringbare Hinterschneidung (21;52) aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung des Verbindungselements (14) in einer Öffnungs- oder Schließstellung mittels eines Anlagekontakts zwischen einem Teil des Verbindungselements (14), insbesondere einem Verbindungselement-Vorsprung (22) und einer Anschlagkante (23) gesteuert ist.
- Ausstellungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagkante (23) Teil der Ausstellschere (13), insbesondere eines Vorsprungs (24) eines Anschlagelements (25) der Ausstellschere (13), ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (25) ein schräg zur Richtung (15) der Scherenverlagerung verlaufenden Längsschlitz (26) aufweist, welcher mit einem Steuerbolzen (27) des Basisteils (11) derart in Wirkverbindung steht, dass bei einer in Scherenschließstellung erfolgenden Scherenverlagerung das Anschlagelement (25) in eine das Verbindungsglied (14) öffnende Betriebsstellung geschwenkt werden kann.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstellschere (13) einen Ausstellarm (28) aufweist, der mittels eines ersten Scherenbolzens (29) in einem ersten Längsschlitz (30) des Basisteils (11) längsverschiebbar und um die Scherenbolzenachse drehbar gelagert ist, und einen Haltearm (31) aufweist, der mittels eines zweiten Scherenbolzens (32) in einem Führungsschlitz (33) des Basisteils (11) verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei der Führungsschlitz (33) einen geradlinigen Längsschlitz (34) zur Scherenverlagerung und einen Kreisbogenschlitz (35) zu einer Ausstellarmverschwenkung aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltearm (31) mittels eines dritten Scherenbolzens (36) am Basisteil (11) in einem zweiten Längsschlitz (37) gelagert ist, wobei der dritte Scherenbolzen (36) zusätzlich zur längsverschiebbaren Drehlagerung des Anschlagelements (25) dient und zwischen dem zweiten Scherenbolzen (32) und dem ersten Scherenbolzen (29) liegt.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltearm (31) mit einem Stützarm (38) drehbar wirkverbunden ist, der in dem ersten Längsschlitz (30) des Basisteils (11) längsverschiebbar drehgelagert ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausstellarm (28) einen an einem Ende (39) offenen Halteschlitz (40) aufweist, in welchen in Schließstellung der Ausstellschere (13) ein Haltebolzen (41) des Basisteils (11) längsverschiebbar einfährt.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteschlitz (40) einen kurvenförmigen Übergangsbereich (42) und einen geradlinigen Längsverschiebebereich (43) aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstellschere (13) ein im ersten Längsschlitz (30) längsverschiebbar gelagertes Anschlusselement (44) aufweist zur Herstellung einer Wirkverbindung mit der motorischen Antriebsvorrichtung (12).
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlusselement (44) ein aus dem ersten Längsschlitz (30) hervorstehender Anschlussbolzen ist, der zusätzlich zur längsverschiebbaren Drehlagerung des Stützarms (38) im ersten Längsschlitz (30) dient.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausstellarm (28) einen Schließstellungs-Anschlag (45) für das Verbindungsglied (14) aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (19) eine Schenkelfeder ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Längsschlitz (30) und der zweite Längsschlitz (37) geradlinig verlaufen und in Längsrichtung (15) fluchtend zueinander liegen.

- Fenstereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung in Bezug auf die Treibstange ortsfest ist.
- Fenstereinrichtung mit einer Ausstellvorrichtung für einen Kipp-Flügel, insbesondere Dreh-Kipp-Flügel eines Fensters, einer Tür oder dergleichen, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Verriegelungseinrichtung und einem am Blendrahmen befestigbaren Basisteil, an dem eine mittels einer motorischen Antriebsvorrichtung betätigbare Ausstellschere gelagert ist, die ein Verbindungsglied zum Fensterflügel aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsglied (14;54) ein Treibstangenelement-Verbindungselement ist, wobei mittels der motorischen Antriebsvorrichtung (12) die Verriegelungseinrichtung (69) in eine Verriegelungs- und in eine Entriegelungsstellung bringbar ist, wobei das Verbindungsglied (14;54) Teil eines Ausstellarms (28;58) ist und beim motorischen Ver- und Entriegeln sowie Kippen mit einem Treibstangenelement (51) verbunden ist, wobei das Verbindungssystem in Bezug auf die Treibstange mindestens einen Ver- und Entriegelungsanschlag (74) aufweist.
- Verfahren zum motorischen und manuellen Kippen eines Flügels eines Fensters, einer Tür oder dergleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim motorischen Kippen der Flügel (72) an einem Treibstangenelement (51), insbesondere Treibstangen-Verriegelungszapfen, gehalten wird und dass dieses Halten für ein manuelles Kippen des Flügels (72) mittels der Antriebsvorrichtung (12) automatisiert gelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erzeugen und Lösen der Halteverbindung zwischen der Ausstellschere (13) und dem Treibstangenelement (51) automatisiert mittels einer Reversierbewegung der Ausstellschere (13) erfolgt.
