Claims (5)
- Türbeschlag zur Außenbetätigung einer Tür, insbesondere einer Fahrzeugtür,
mit einem manuell erfassbaren Griff (15) auf der Außenseite (34) einer Türaußenverkleidung (35), der um eine im wesentlichen parallel oder geneigt zum Griffverlauf angeordnete Lagerachse (40) klappbeweglich ist,
mit einem auf der Innenseite (36) der Türaußenverkleidung (35) befestigten Träger (25), an dem die Lagerachse (40) des Griffs (15) gelagert ist,
mit zwei zwischen dem Griff (15) und dem Träger (25) verlaufenden Winkelhebeln, die aus zwei paarweise miteinander kuppelbaren Hebelarmen (11, 21; 12, 22) bestehen,
wobei der eine, als- Griffarm anzusehende, Hebelarm (11, 12) fest an jedem der beiden Griffenden sitzt und der andere, als Lagerarm anzusehende, Hebelarm (21, 22) an der Lagerachse (40) vormontiert ist und eine Baueinheit (20) mit dem Träger (25) und der Lagerachse (40) bildet,
und gegebenenfalls mit einer neben dem einen Ende (13) des Griffs (15) am Träger (25) befestigten Abdeckung (33), die bedarfsweise Funktionsteile beinhaltet, wie Schließzylinder (31) oder Tastschalter,
wobei die beiden Griffarme (11, 12) bei der Montage des Beschlags von der Türaußenseite (34) aus durch zwei Öffnungen (37, 38) in der Türaußenverkleidung (35) hindurchgefädelt und türinnenseitig mit den zugehörigen Lagerarmen (21, 22) nacheinander gekuppelt werden
und zwar zunächst die Kupplungsmittel (41, 42) des von der Abdeckung (33) entfernten vorderen Winkelhebels (11, 21) und dann die Kupplungsmittel (51, 52) des der Abdeckung benachbarten hinteren Winkelhebels (12, 22)
und die Eingriffslage der Kupplungsmittel (51, 52) am hinteren Winkelhebel (12, 22) durch eine Schraube (60) gesichert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ineinanderfügen der Kupplungsmittel (41, 42; 51, 52) zwischen dem Griff- und Lagerarm sowohl beim vorderen (11, 21) als auch beim hinteren Winkelhebel (12, 22) in der gleichen Kupplungsebene (50) erfolgt, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Türebene verläuft,
dass die Kupplungsmittel vom vorderen Winkelhebel (11, 21) aus zwei in dieser Kupplungsebene (50) liegenden, in Griffsverlaufsrichtung weisenden Schubgliedern (41, 42) bestehen,
die aber im Eingriffsfall eine Drehung (46) des Griffs (15) in der Kupplungsebene (50) um eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Kupplungsebene (50) verlaufende Drehachse (45) gestatten,
und dass die Kupplungsmittel des anderen, hinteren Winkelhebels (12, 22) aus zwei im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Türebene ineinandersteckbaren Steckgliedern (51, 52) gebildet sind, deren Einstecklage durch die Schraube (60) gesichert ist. - Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Sicherung der Einstecklage der Steckglieder (51, 52) dienende Schraube (60), als- Sicherungsschraube anzusehende, im Lagerarm (22) des hinteren Winkelhebels verschraubbar ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der trägerseitigen Baueinheit (20) die an der Lagerachse (40) befindlichen Lagerarme (21, 22) im Sinne einer Anklappbewegung des Griffs (15) an die Türaußenverkleidung (35) federbelastet (49) sind.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das am vorderen Griffarm (11) sitzende Schubglied ein plattenförmiger Schieber (41) mit einer seitlichen Gabelung (43) ist,
während das komplementäre Glied am trägerseitigen Lagerarm (21) eine im wesentlichen in Längsrichtung des Griffs (15) weisende Schubaufnahme (42) ist, die von einem die Aufnahme durchquerenden Bolzen (44) begrenzt ist,
und dass nach dem Ineinanderschieben der Schieber (41) mit seinem Gabelungsgrund den Bolzen (44) der Schubaufnahme (42) umgreift und ein Drehlager (45) für ein gezieltes Ineinanderstecken (46) der Steckglieder zwischen dem hinteren Griffarm (22) und dem türseitigen Lagerarm (12) erzeugt. - Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das am hinteren Griffarm (12) sitzende Steckglied ein profilierter Dorn (51) ist,
während das Gegensteckglied am trägerseitigen Lagerarm (22) eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Türebene offene Steckaufnahme (52) ist,
und dass die Sicherungsschraube (60) im Lagerarm (22) verschraubbar ist und im Sicherungsfall in die Steckaufnahme (52) eingreift.
