Description

Technisches Gebiet
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Nadelbandwebmaschine zur Herstellung eines Bandgewebes gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 sowie ein derartiges Bandgewebe gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruches 8.
Stand der Technik
Eine Nadelbandwebmaschine und ein mit dieser hergestelltes Bandgewebe sind aus der CH-A-598 382 bekannt. Durch die an der Eintrags- wie an der Austragsseite vorhandene Wirknadel ergibt sich einerseits ein komplizierter Aufbau der Nadelbandwebmaschine und andererseits wird das Bandgewebe bei der Herstellung sehr starken Belastungen ausgesetzt, die ein Verziehen des Bandgewebes ermöglichen. Die Herstellung des Bandgewebes ist erschwert und nur bei geringer Leistung möglich.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Nadelbandwebmaschine und ein Bandgewebe der eingangs genannten Art weiter zu verbessern.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss gelöst durch:
  • a) die Nadelbandwebmaschine des Anspruches 1;
  • b) das Bandgewebe gemäss Anspruch 8.
  • Dadurch, dass die Wirknadeln für die Eintragseite und die Austragseite um die gleiche Drehachse verschwenkbar sind, ergibt sich ein einfacher und insbesondere an beiden Bandseiten ein symmetrischer Aufbau, der eine auf beiden Bandseiten gleiche Abbindung begünstigt, somit ein Verziehen des Bandgewebes verhindert.
    Dadurch, dass die Nadelbandwebmäschine auf der Eintragseite der Schusseintragnadel eine zweite Wirknadel zur Vermaschung aufweist, kann eine Bandgewebe hergestellt werden, das an beiden Kanten, das heisst der Eintragseite der Schusseintragnadel in das Webfach und an der Austragseite der Schusseintragnadel aus dem Webfach ein wenigstens annähernd gleiches Aussehen aufweist. Die technisch überflüssige Vermaschung an der Eintragseite der Schussfadenschlaufe in das Webfach vermittelt dem Betrachter den Eindruck, dass beide Bandkanten des Bandgewebes gleich sind. Dies führt zunächst zumindest zu einer optischen Verbesserung des Bandgewebes. Durch die Vermaschungen an beiden Bandkanten des Bandgewebes ergibt sich aber auch ein beidseits identischer oder zumindest sehr ähnlicher Aufbau des Bandgewebes, wodurch die physikalischen Eigenschaften des Bandgewebes verbessert sind. So wird beispielsweise ein Verziehen des Bandgewebes insbesondere unter Belastung verhindert. Die Widerstandsfähigkeit beider Bandkanten und damit deren Verschleissanfälligkeit sind praktisch gleich. Insbesondere hat man festgestellt, dass durch das Vermaschen der Bandkanten die nachteiligen Eigenschaften der Umkehrstellen monofiler Schussfäden vermieden werden. Die harten sägezahnartigen Bandkanten, welche durch die Umkehrstellen monofiler Schussfäden gebildet werden, werden durch die Vermaschung entschärft, so dass den Gefahren von Sachbeschädigungen und/oder Verletzungen von Personen weitgehend beseitigt sind.
    Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Nadelbandwebmaschine sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen 2 bis 7 und des Bandgewebes in den abhängigen Ansprüchen 9 bis 11 beschrieben.
    Die Vermaschung an der Eintragseite des Webfaches kann gleich oder verschieden zur Vermaschung an der Austragseite sein. Für die Vermaschung ergeben sich zahlreiche Ausführungsbeispiele wie beispielsweise die in KIPP, a.a.O., Seiten 84 bis 94 beschriebenen Müller-Websysteme I bis V. Die Kett-, Schuss- und Vermaschungsfäden können aus den verschiedensten Materialien bestehen und die verschiedensten Ausbildungen und Dimensionen aufweisen. Besondere Vorteile ergeben sich bei einem Bandgewebe mit einem Schussfaden aus einem monofilen Faden und Vermaschungsfäden aus multifilen Fäden.
    Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
    Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher beschrieben, dabei zeigen:

    Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
    Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen in schematischer Darstellung den Webbereich einer Nadelbandwebmaschine, wobei nur die für die Erfindung wesentlichen Teile dargestellt sind. Eine Fachbildevorrichtung 2 enthält mustermässig gesteuerte Litzen 4, welche Kettfäden 6 entsprechend einem Musterprogramm zu einem Webfach 8 öffnen. Eine um eine Achse 10 schwingbare Schusseintragnadel 12 trägt eine Schussfadenschlaufe 14 eines multifilen oder monofilen Schussfadens 16 an einer Eintragseite 18 in das Webfach 8 ein. An der Austragseite 20 steht die Schusseintragnadel 12 und damit die Schussfadenschlaufe 14 aus dem Webfach 8 vor und wird dort mittels einer Vermaschung 22 abgebunden.
    Im Beispiel der Figuren 1 bis 3 wird die Vermaschung gebildet durch einen multifilen Vermaschungsfaden 24, der über einen Fadenführer 25 zugeführt und mittels einer ersten Wirknadel 26 durch die Schussfadenschlaufe 14 gezogen und mit einer Schlaufe 28 aus dem Vermaschungsfaden 24 mit sich selbst vermascht wird. Dieses Vermaschungssystem ist als Müller-Websystem II in KIPP, a.a.O., Seite 86 beschrieben. Auf der Eintragseite 18 ist eine weitere Vermaschung 30 vorhanden, die analog der Vermaschung 22 der Austragseite 20 ausgebildet ist. Die Vermaschung 30 wird gebildet durch einen über einen Fadenführer 32 zugeführten multifilen Vermaschungsfaden 34, der mittels einer zweiten Wirknadel 36 durch eine Verbindungsstelle 38 zwischen benachbarten Schussfadenschlaufen 14 durchgezogen und mit sich selbst vermascht wird.
    Die Wirknadeln 26,36 sind jeweils an Schwingen 40,42 angeordnet, die an koaxialen, um eine Drehachse 47 schwenkbaren Wellen 44,46 befestigt und phasenverschoben angetrieben sind. Die Phasenverschiebung kann 90° bis 270° betragen. Eine Phasenverschiebung von 180° ist bevorzugt entsprechend der um 180° versetzten Lage der Schusseintragnadel 12 an der Eintragseite 18 beziehungsweise der Austragseite 20.
    Die Nadelbandwebmaschine enthält weiter ein Webblatt 48, welches die in das Webfach 8 eingetragene Schussfadenschlaufe 14 an der Anschlagkante 50 des Bandgewebes 52 anschlägt. Eine der Anschlagkante 50 nachgeordnete Bandführung 54 reicht maximal über die ganze Breite des herzustellenden Bandgewebes 52. Die Bandführung 54 sorgt für eine einwandfreie Führung des hergestellten Bandgewebes 52 nach der Anschlagkante 50. Diese Führung wird unterstützt durch beidseits der Bandführung 54 angeordnete, das heisst der Eintragseite 18 beziehungsweise der Austragseite 20 zugeordnete Maschenabschlagbleche 56,58.
    Die Figur 4 zeigt ein zweites Bandgewebe 52a, bei dem der Schussfaden 16a mittels der Schusseintragnadel 12 wie im Beispiel der Figur 3 in das aus den Kettfäden 6 gebildete Webfach eingebracht wird. Sowohl an der Austragseite 20 wie an der Eintragseite 18 wird der Schussfaden 16a mittels der jeweiligen ersten Wirknadel 26 beziehungsweise der zweiten Wirknadel 36 mit sich selbst verschlauft. Dementsprechend werden die Kopfteile 60 der Schussfadenschlaufen 14a bei der Vermaschung 22a auf der Austragseite 20 mit sich selbst vermascht. Analog werden die Verbindungs-stellen 38a zwischen benachbarten Schussfadenschlaufen 14a mittels der zweiten Wirknadel 36 auf der Eintragseite 18 mit sich selbst vermascht wie aus Figur 4 hervorgeht. Es handelt sich hierbei um das Müller-Websystem I in KIPP, a.a.O., Seite 85.
    Die Figur 5 zeigt ein drittes Bandgewebe 52b, bei dem die mittels der Schusseintragnadel 12 in das Webfach eingebrachte Schussfadenschlaufe 14b sowohl auf der Eintragseite 18 wie auf der Austragseite 20 jeweils mit Vermaschungen 30b und 22b versehen sind, die aus den Vermaschungsfäden 34a,24a und dem Schussfaden 16b gebildet sind, die also parallel miteinander vermascht sind. Es handelt sich hier um das Müller-Websystem III in KIPP, .a.a.O., Seite 86.
    Die Figur 6 zeigt ein viertes Bandgewebe 52c, bei dem wiederum ein vorzugsweise monofiler Schussfaden 16c in Form einer Schussfadenschlaufe 14c mittels der Schusseintragnadel 12 in das Webfach 8 eingebracht wird. Auf der Eintragseite 18 wie auf der Austragseite 20 wird die Vermaschung 30c,22c jeweils aus einem multifilen Vermaschungsfaden 34b und 24b gebildet, die jeweils durch die Verbindungsstellen 38b benachbarter Schussfadenschlaufen 14c beziehungsweise die Kopfteile 60 der Schussfadenschlaufen geführt sind, wobei diese Vermaschungsfäden 24b,34b mittels der ersten und der zweiten Wirknadel 26,36 einerseits mit sich selbst und andererseits mittels eines zusätzlichen zweiten Vermaschungsfadens 62,64 vermascht werden. Es handelt sich dabei um das Müller-Websystem V in KIPP, a.a.O., Seite 87. Fadenführer 66 und Fadenleger 68 dienen zur Vorlage der verschiedenen Vermaschungsfäden, damit diese von den Wirknadeln 26 und 36 erfasst werden können. Die Fadenführer 66 können von Schäften oder Litzentragschienen 78a,78b,78c der Fachbildevorrichtung 2 angetrieben oder mittels eines separaten Antriebes gesteuert sein.
    Die Figur 7 zeigt ein fünftes Bandgewebe 52d, bei dem eine Schusseintragnadel 12a nicht nur eine Schussfadenschlaufe 14d eines monofilen Schussfadens 16d einbringt, sondern mit einer weiteren Öse 70 versehen ist, um gleichzeitig und parallel zur Schussfadenschlaufe 14d eine Schlaufe 72 eines multifilen Vermaschungsfadens 34c in das Webfach einzutragen. Dieser Vermaschungsfaden 34c wird auf der Eintragseite 18 mittels der zweiten Wirknadel 36 mit sich selbst vermascht. Hierzu werden die Verbindungsstellen 74 benachbarter Schlaufen 72 des Vermaschungsfadens 34c ausserhalb der Verbindungsstelle 38c benachbarter Schussfadenschlaufen 14d miteinander vermascht. Diese Vermaschung 30d liegt also ausserhalb über den Verbindungsstellen 38c der Schussfadenschlaufen 14d an der Eintragseite 18. Auf der Austragseite 20 wird die Vermaschung 22d durch den Vermaschungsfaden 24c gebildet, der gleichzeitig jeweils durch den Kopfteil 60 der Schussfadenschlaufe 14d und den Kopfteil 76 der Schlaufe 72 des Vermaschungsfadens 34c gezogen und mit sich selbst vermascht wird.
    In den Ausführungsbeispielen sind die Wirknadeln vorzugsweise Zungennadeln, es können aber auch andere Wirknadeln wie insbesondere Schiebernadeln zum Einsatz kommen.
    Es sind noch zahlreiche andere Ausführungsvarianten denkbar, insbesondere müssen die Vermaschungen auf der Eintragseite nicht identisch sein mit den Vermaschungen der Austragseite sondern es können unterschiedliche Systeme auf beiden Seiten zur Anwendung gelangen. Dabei können die Schussfäden multifil sein, vorzugsweise sind sie aber monofil. Hingegen sind die Vermaschungsfäden in der Regel multifile Fäden, die sich aufgrund ihrer Flexibilität besser den Vermaschungsmustern anpassen können.

    Claims (11)

    1. Nadelbandwebmaschine zur Herstellung eines Bandgewebes, mit einer ein Webfach (8) bildenden Fachbildevorrichtung (2) und mit einer Schusseintragnadel (12,12a) für mindestens eine Schussfadenschlaufe (14,14a,14b,14c,14d) und mit einer auf der der Eintragseite (18) der Schusseintragnadel (12,12a) abgewandten Austragseite (20) des Webfaches (8) angeordneten Wirknadel (26) zum Sichern der Schussfadenschlaufe (14,14a,14b,14c,14d) und wobei auf der Eintragseite (18) der Schusseintragnadel (12,12a) eine weitere, zweite Wirknadel (36) zur Vermaschung (30,30a,30b, 30c,30d) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wirknadeln für die Eintragseite (18) und die Austragseite(20) um die gleiche Drehachse (47) verschwenkbar angeordnet sind.
    2. Nadelbandwebmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Vermaschungsfaden (34c) als Schlaufe (72) parallel mit der Schussfadenschlaufe (14d) in das Webfach (8) einbringbar ist.
    3. Nadelbandwebmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schusseintragnadel (12a) eine weitere Führungsöse (70) für den als Schlaufe (72) einzutragenden Vermaschungsfaden (34c) aufweist.
    4. Nadelbandwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der zu vermaschenden Fäden mittels eines mit der Fachbildevorrichtung (78a,78b,78c), vorzugsweise mit einem Schaft der Fachbildevorrichtung verbundenen Fadenführer führbar ist.
    5. Nadelbandwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wirknadeln (26,36) der Eintragseite (18) und der Austragseite (20) 90° bis 270°, vorzugsweise 180° phasenverschoben arbeitend angeordnet sind.
    6. Nadelbandwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Wirknadel (26,36) ein Maschenabschlagblech (56,58) zugeordnet ist.
    7. Nadelbandwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine der Anschlagkante (50) zugeordnete Bandführung (54) aufweist, die maximal über die ganze Breite des herzustellenden Bandgewebes (52,52a,52b,52c,52d) reicht.
    8. Bandgewebe, hergestellt mit einer Nadelbandwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, welches in Kettfäden (6) eingewebte Schussfadenschlaufen (14,14a,14b,14c,14d) aufweist, die über die ganze Breite des Bandgewebes (52, 52a,52b,52c,52d) verlaufen und an der Eintragseite (18) und an der abgewandten Austragseite (20) mittels Vermaschung (22,22a,22b,22c,22d,30,30a,30b,30c,30d) mit sich selbst und/oder durch mindestens einen Vermaschungsfaden (34,34a,34b,34c,64) abgebunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schussfaden (16,16a,16b,16c,16d) ein monofiler Faden ist und die vermaschten Fäden (24,24a,24b,24c, 34,34a,34b,34c,62,64) multifile Fäden sind.
    9. Bandgewebe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vermaschung (30,30b,30c,30d) auf der Eintragseite (18) durch einen zusätzlichen Vermaschungsfaden (34,34a,34b, 34c) zwischen den Verbindungsstellen (38,38b,38c) benachbarten Schussfadenschlaufen (14,14b,14c,14d) gebildet ist.
    10. Bandgewebe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auf der Eintragseite (18) einen weiteren Vermaschungsfaden (64) aufweist, der mit dem ersten Vermaschungsfaden (34b) vermascht ist.
    11. Bandgewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Vermaschungsfaden (34c) als Schlaufe (72) parallel mit der Schussfadenschlaufe (14d) im Webfach (8) angeordnet und auf der Austragseite (20) vermascht ist.
