Claims (16)
- Handbetätigtes transportables Umreifungsgerät zur Umreifung eines Packgutes mit einem Umreifungsband, das
eine Grundplatte aufweist, die mit einer Auflagefläche zur Anordnung auf einem Packgut versehen ist,
ferner eine Verschliesseinrichtung aufweist, die Verschliesseinrichtung mit einem schwenkbaren Matrizenträger versehen ist, der um eine im Bereich eines vorderen Endes der Grundplatte vorgesehene erste Lagerstelle von einer Offenendlage in eine Verschliessendlage und umgekehrt in Bezug auf die Grundplatte schwenkbar ist, wobei an dem Matrizenträger eine Matrize angeordnet ist, die durch die Schwenkbewegung des Matrizenträgers in Richtung auf einen in der Grundplatte angeordneten Stempel absenkbar ist, hierzu ein um eine zweite Lagerstelle schwenkbarer Verschliesserhebel vorgesehen ist, dessen Schwenkbewegung über ein Übertragungselement in einem Kraftübertragungs-Kontaktbereich des Matrizenträgers auf diesen übertragbar ist,
das an dem Matrizenträger ein Trennmittel aufweist, mit dem das Band durchtrennbar ist,
sowie mit einer Spanneinrichtung versehen ist, mit der auf das Umreifungsband eine Bandspannung aufbringbar ist, wobei die Spanneinrichtung einen Spannhebel aufweist, mit dem ein auf einer Spannwelle angeordnetes Spannrad betätigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest in der Verschliessendlage ein Kontaktbereich des Übertragungselementes (20, 120) mit dem Matrizenträger (3) in Bezug auf eine Richtung, die zumindest im wesentlichen parallel zur Ausrichtung (62, 162) des Bandes zwischen der Verschliesseinrichtung und dem Spannrad (38) verläuft, in etwa auf Höhe des Trennmittels oder hinter dem Trennmittel angeordnet ist. - Handbetätigtes Umreifungsgerät gemäss dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1, bei dem das Spannrad (38) an einer Wippe (30) schwenkbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schwenkachse (36) der Wippe (30) und eine Drehachse (24) des Verschliesserhebels zumindest im wesentlichen miteinander fluchten.
- Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungselement (20, 120) und die Wippe (30) auf einer gemeinsamen Welle (27, 127) angeordnet sind.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungselement (20, 120) bezüglich der Drehachse (24) des Verschliesserhebels (26, 126) exzentrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich während der Überführung des Verschliesserhebels (26,126) von der Offenendlage in die Verschliessendlage der Ort der Kontaktstelle des Übertragungselementes auf dem Matrizenträger (3, 103), oder auf einem zweiten Übertragungselement (105), das zwischen dem Übertragungselement (20, 120) und dem Matrizenträger (3, 103) vorgesehen ist, verändert.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Normale (N) einer Auflagefläche (1b) der Grundplatte (1), welche eine Drehachse (24) der Lagerstelle des Verschliesserhebels (26) schneidet, und eine Normale (N) auf dem Matrizenträger, oder auf einem zweiten Übertragungselement, im jeweils momentanen Kraftübertragungs-Kontaktbereichs des Übertragungselementes mit dem Matrizenträger, oder mit dem zweiten Übertragungselement, einen negativen Winkel (β) einschliesst, wobei der Verschliesserhebel zur Überführung von seiner Offenendlage in seine Verschliessendlage im Gegenuhrzeigersinn zu drehen ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (β) während der Überführung des Verschliesserhebels (26) von der Offenendlage in die Verschliessendlage grösser wird.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Richtung einer vom Übertragungselement (20, 120) auf den Matrizenträger (3, 103) oder auf ein zwischen dem Übertragungselement (20, 120) und dem Matrizenträger (3, 103) angeordnetes zweites Übertragungselement, übertragene Kraft im Bereich des Trennmittels oder dahinter die Grundplatte schneidet.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem vom Spannhebel zum Spannrad verlaufenden Kraftfluss eine Axialkupplung vorgesehen ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei in und ausser Eingriff bringbare Kupplungsteile der Axialkupplung jeweils geometrisch vorbestimmte Segmente aufweisen, mit denen in einer Drehrichtung ein Formschluss und in einer entgegengesetzten Drehrichtung ein Freilauf erzielbar ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Segmente beider Kupplungsteile zur Erzeugung des Formschlusses mit Flankenflächen (51) versehen sind, die zumindest näherungsweise parallel zur Spannachse ausgerichtet sind.
- Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Flankenflächen (51) der beiden Kupplungsteile jeweils paarweise flächig in Anlage bringbar sind.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zumindest einige der Segmente auf einer zumindest in etwa kreisringförmigen axialen Fläche befinden, die um die Spannwelle herum oder an der Spannwelle selbst angeordnet ist, und die axiale Fläche mit der Spannwelle drehfest verbunden ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an zwei in ausser Eingriff bringbaren Elementen der Axialkupplung jeweils eine Hirthverzahnung vorgesehen ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Element der Axialkupplung entlang der Spannachse längsverschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längsverschiebbare Element gegen eine Druckfeder anliegt.
