Claims (7)
- Handbetätigtes Umreifungsgerät zur Umreifung eines Packgutes mit einem Umreifungsband, daseine Grundplatte (1) aufweist, die mit einer Auflagefläche zur Anordnung auf einem Packgut versehen ist,ferner eine Verschliesseinrichtung aufweist, mit der zwei Bandlagen dauerhaft miteinander verbindbar sind,das mit einer Spanneinrichtung versehen ist, mit der auf das Umreifungsband eine Bandspannung aufbringbar ist, wobei die Spanneinrichtung einen handbetätigten Spannhebel (39) aufweist, mit dem ein auf einer Spannwelle (43) angeordnetes Spannrad (38) betätigbar ist,ferner mit einem Trennmittel versehen ist, mit dem das Band durchtrennbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Segmente (45a, 45b) mit ihren Kupplungsteilen (44a, 44b) jeweils dreh- und verschiebefest verbunden sind. - Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit den Segmenten (45a, 45b) in einer Drehrichtung ein Formschluss und in einer entgegengesetzten Drehrichtung ein Freilauf erzielbar ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Segmente (45a, 45b) beider Kupplungsteile (44a, 44b) zur Erzeugung des Formschlusses mit Flankenflächen (51) versehen sind, die zumindest näherungsweise parallel zur Spannachse ausgerichtet sind.
- Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Flankenflächen (51) der beiden Kupplungsteile (44a, 44b) jeweils paarweise flächig in Anlage bringbar sind.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zumindest einige der Segmente (45a, 45b) auf einer zumindest in etwa kreisringförmigen axialen Fläche befinden, die um die Spannwelle (43) herum oder an der Spannwelle selbst angeordnet ist, und die axiale Fläche mit der Spannwelle drehfest verbunden ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Kupplungsteile (44a, 44b) die gleiche Anzahl an geometrisch identischen Segmenten (45a, 45b) aufweisen.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmente (45a, 45b) entsprechend einer Hirth-Verzahnung ausgebildet sind.
