Claims (10)
- Umreifungsgerät zur Umreifung eines Packgutes mit einem Umreifungsband, das
eine Grundplatte (2) aufweist, die mit einer Auflagefläche (2a) zur Anordnung auf einem Packgut versehen ist, ,
eine Spanneinrichtung aufweist, mit der auf das Umreifungsband eine Bandspannung aufbringbar ist, die Spanneinrichtung hierzu mit einem betätigbaren Spannwerkzeug versehen ist, das mit dem Band in Kontakt bringbar ist, wobei das Spannwerkzeug mit zumindest einem Befestigungsmittel am Umreifungsgerät lösbar befestigt ist,
eine Verschliesseinrichtung aufweist, die Verschliesseinrichtung mit einem ein- oder mehrteiligen Verschliesswerkzeug versehen ist, mit dem sich durch Kontakt mit dem Band zwei Bandlagen dauerhaft miteinander verbinden lassen, wobei das Verschliesswerkzeug mit zumindest einem lösbaren weiteren Befestigungsmittel am Umreifungsgerät angebracht ist,
das Umreifungsgerät ferner mit einem Trennmittel versehen ist, mit dem das Band durchtrennbar ist, das Trennmittel hierzu ein mit dem Band in Kontakt bringbares Messer (21) aufweist, wobei zumindest ein Teil des Trennmittels mit zumindest einem weiteren lösbaren Befestigungsmittel am Umreifungsgerät lösbar angebracht ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas zumindest eine Befestigungsmittel für das Spannwerkzeug der Spanneinrichtung,das zumindest eine weitere Befestigungsmittel für das Verschliesswerkzeug der Verschliesseinrichtung, sowiedas zumindest eine weitere Befestigungsmittel für den zumindest einen Teil des Trennmittels Schrauben (4,9,10,17,18,24,25,26,39) sind und eine Gestaltung aufweisen, durch die eine Betätigung dieser Befestigungsmittel mit nur einem Schraubenzieher (54) möglich ist. - Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich Befestigungsmittel von zumindest Teilen des Verschliesswerkzeuges und des Spannwerkzeuges mit demselben Schraubenzieher (54) betätigen lassen.
- Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich Befestigungsmittel von zumindest Teilen der Verschliesseinrichtung und der Trenneinrichtung mit demselben Schraubenzieher (54)betätigen lassen.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschliesseinrichtung die Erzeugung eines zusatzmittelfreien Verschlusses von zwei Bandlagen erlaubt und hierzu das Verschliesswerkzeug als ersten Teil eine Matrize (15) und als zweiten Teil einen Stempel (3) aufweist, zwischen denen zwei Bandlagen anordenbar und einkerbbar sind, wobei zumindest Befestigungsmittel von einem der beiden Verschliesswerkzeugteile und Befestigungsmittel des Spannwerkzeuges mit demselben Schraubenzieher (54) betätigbar sind.
- Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch Befestigungsmittel des zweiten Verschliesswerkzeugteils mit demselben Schraubenzieher (54) auswechselbar sind.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannwerkzeug - ein Spannrad (44) aufweist, dessen Befestigungsmittel ebenfalls mit demselben Schraubenzieher (54) betätigbar ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spanneinrichtung eine Zahnplatte (7) aufweist, ein weiteres Befestigungsmittel vorhanden ist, mit dem die Zahnplatte (7) am Umreifungsgerät lösbar befestigt ist, wobei das Befestigungsmittel für die Zahnplatte (7) ebenfalls mit demselben Schraubenzieher (54) betätigbar ist.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsmittel des Messers (21) mit demselben Schraubenzieher (54) betätigbar ist wie die anderen Befestigungsmittel.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Befestigungsmittel von verschleissenden und mit dem Band in Kontakt stehenden Bauteile des Umreifungsgerätes mit demselben Schraubenzieher (54) lös- und befestigbar sind.
- Umreifungsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit demselben Schraubenzieher (54) betätigbaren Befestigungsmittel am Umreifungsgerät von aussen zugänglich sind, ohne dass hierzu eine Demontage von anderen Bauteilen des Umreifungsgerätes erforderlich ist.
