Claims (14)
- Belüftungssystem für Bekleidung, vorzugsweise wasserdichte und winddichte Sportbekleidung, bestehend aus vorzugsweise wasserdichtem oder winddichtem Gewebe, in welchem Lüftungsöffnungen vorgesehen sind, die durch schindelartige Überlappungen des Gewebes überdeckt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftöffnungen durch ein flexibles dreidimensional vernetztes Abstandshaltermaterial verschlossen sind. - Belüftungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexible dreidimensional vernetzte Abstandshaltermaterial aus einem Abstandsgewebe besteht.
- Belüftungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexible dreidimensional vernetzte Abstandshaltermaterial aus einer Schaumstoffschicht besteht.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexible dreidimensional vernetzte Abstandshaltermaterial aus einem Kunststoffaservlies besteht.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexible dreidimensional vernetzte Abstandshaltermaterial einen mit der Schichtdicke variierenden Porendurchmesser aufweist.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexible dreidimensional vernetzte Abstandshaltermaterial an seiner Außenfläche einen groben und an seiner Innenfläche einen feinen Porendurchmesser aufweist.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feinste Porendurchmesser des flexiblen dreidimensional vernetzten Abstandshaltermaterial eine Porengröße aufweist, aufgrund derer das Material mückendicht ist.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schindelartige Überlappung an ihrer Außenkante mit einer ersten Außenkante des streifenförmigen Abstandshaltermaterials vernäht ist und daß die zweite Außenkante des streifenförmigen Abstandshaltermaterials mit der Außenkante der durch die schindelartige Überlappung überdeckten Gewebelage vernäht ist.
- Belüftungssystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das streifenförmige Abstandshaltermaterial in eine schlitzartige Lüftungsöffnung in der durch die schindelartige Überlappung überdeckte Gewebelage eingesetzt ist.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die schindelartige Überlappung bildende Gewebelage entlang ihrer die Überlappung bildenden Außenkante an mehreren Punkten mit der darunter befindlichen Gewebelage mittels Riegelnähten punktuell vernäht ist.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nähte von der Innenseite her mit einem wasserdichten Klebeband überklebt oder verschweißt sind.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wasserdichte und/oder winddichte Gewebe aus Goretex® und Sympatex®, Memotex® oder einem anderen Gewebe besteht, das wasserdampfdurchlässig ist.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei und mehr Lüftungsöffnungen nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Belüftungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexible dreidimensional vernetzte Abstandshaltermaterial als flächiges, beispielsweise streifenförmiges, Element in die Bekleidungsoberfläche integriert ist und daß die dieses schindelartig überdeckende Überlappung aufklappbar bzw. rolloartig zusammenlegbar ist, so daß das Abstandshaltermaterial frei an der Bekleidungsoberfläche liegt.
