Claims (17)

  1. Porte roulante, dont le panneau qui peut être enroulé en plusieurs couches, est constitué d'une pluralité de lamelles de porte recouvrant rigidement la largeur de l'ouverture de porte et pouvant se déplacer de préférence dans des pistes de guidage à peu près verticales, caractérisée en ce qu'à chaque lamelle (2) qui, à l'état enroulé, se trouve entre deux couches d'enroulement, est associé au moins un corps porteur présentant une paire de portées d'appui (11) constituée d'une portée interne d'appui (9) et d'une portée externe d'appui (10) espacées l'une de l'autre suffisamment pour qu'à l'état enroulé des lamelles, la portée interne (9) repose sur la portée externe (10) d'un corps porteur de la couche précédente de l'enroulement, tandis que la portée d'appui externe de la couche précédente s'appuie sur la portée d'appui interne d'un corps porteur de cette couche, le reste des lamelles demeurant libre.
  2. Porte roulante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les portées d'appui (9, 10) sont disposées aux extrémités latérales des lamelles (2) du panneau de porte (3), de préférence sur des éléments de liaison (4) qui forment le corps porteur et maintiennent latéralement la lamelle (2).
  3. Porte roulants selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de liaison sont reliés par des articulations pour former une chaîne.
  4. Porte roulante selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les portées d'appui (9, 10) sont réalisées courbées autour de l'axe d'enroulement (16) et/ou, perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement, sont convexes d'un côté et concaves de l'autre.
  5. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les lamelles (2) sont solidaires des éléments de liaison (4).
  6. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de liaison (4) présentent au moins un élément de guidage, tel qu'un galet de guidage (8).
  7. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que deux lamelles (2) voisines présentent un axe commun d'oscillation (13) qui est aligné avec l'axe (12) de l'articulation de chaîne et de préférence avec l'axe du galet de guidage (8).
  8. Porte roulant selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans le plan vertical correspondant à la projection horizontale des paires de portées d'appui (11) est prévu au moins un disque d'enroulement (5) dont la surface périphérique (14) a la forme d'une spirale dont la pente est dimensionnée de manière à correspondre à l'espacement des portées d'une paire de portées d'appui (11).
  9. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif équipé d'un ressort de traction (27) pour compenser le poids de la partie de la porte roulante qui n'est pas enroulée.
  10. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif avec une masse (28) qui exerce une force servant d'assistance pour accélérer la porte roulante ou pour la ralentir.
  11. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, et équipée d'un dispositif avec une masse exerçant sur le panneau de porte une force qui agit pour accélérer le panneau ou pour le ralentir, caractérisée en ce que la force modifie sa direction d'action pendant l'ouverture et la fermeture de la porte.
  12. Porte roulante selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif présente une masse et/ou un ressort, de préférence un ressort de traction pour produire la force.
  13. Porte roulante selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la masse et/ou le ressort est accouplé au panneau de porte par un moyen de traction, comme par exemple une chaîne ou une courroie, le moyen de traction passant dans une première phase du déplacement du panneau de porte sur un premier élément de renvoi puis dans une seconde phase de déplacement du panneau de porte sur un second élément de renvoi.
  14. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe d'enroulement (15) présente par rapport aux plans de guidage verticaux (18) définis par les pistes de guidage une distance correspondant au rayon d'enroulement instantané.
  15. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre d'enroulement est à une distance fixe d'un pignon (19) qui est engagé dans une chaîne tendue linéairement.
  16. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'entre deux lamelles (2) voisines se trouve un élément d'étanchéité constitué de préférence par un profilé en matière plastique.
  17. Porte roulante selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les pistes de guidage (7) sont constituées de manière à fléchir quand perpendiculairement au plan de panneau de porte s'exerce une force dépassant une certaine valeur.
