Definitions
- the invention relates to a track switch with one on sliding chairs adjustable switch tongue, the sliding chairs with a central Lubrication device are connected.
- Common track switches have a switch tongue, which is on sliding chairs With the help of a drive device between two switch positions back and forth are producible.
- the sliding chairs are fastened on railway sleepers.
- US-A 4 109 584 describes a track switch which has a base element has first, a second and a third track. To adjust these three tracks two adjustment devices are provided.
- the actuator of the switch an oil pump coupled with each actuation of the actuator for the switch tongue lubrication material via pipes the sliding surface between the sliding chairs and the switch tongue presses and so the Lubrication automatically adapts to the respective need.
- the actuator If not operated for a long time, there is no lubrication. That can do you Represent deficiency.
- An automatic lubrication system for lubrication is known from DE 44 05 446 A1 of switches in track systems of rail vehicles known from a in addition to the track arranged in a suitable manner multi-line pump and a contact switch to determine the switch adjustment and one Control unit for triggering the lubrication process exists.
- the lubrication pump has a number of individually controllable, corresponding to the number of lubrication points Outlets that are individually connected to the lubrication points via lubrication lines are.
- An electric motor or its own oscillating drive is with the Switch adjustment mechanism can be coupled.
- the lubrication process is carried out at the electric motor driven pump triggered by a control unit that either add an adjustable number of adjustment movements or at Exceeding an adjustable power consumption of the electric motor Lubrication pump switches on and again when a full pump revolution has elapsed switches off, the switch adjustment via a special sensor, preferably a mechanical limit switch or an inductive one Nutrition initiator is determined. So there are adjustable outlets that are connected to the lubrication points. There is also a separate one there Electric motor or its own oscillating drive available with the Switch adjustment mechanism is connected.
- the control unit for triggering the Lubrication is intended to either a preset number of Perform adjustment movements or when a preset value is exceeded Power consumption of the electric motor to switch on the lubrication pump. Further is a special sensor is provided to determine the switch adjustment.
- This known lubrication system has a variety of interacting Components on what can affect the susceptible to interference.
- DE-AS 1 285 490 discloses a lubricating device for automatic operation Lubricate multiple lubrication points on railroad switches, for each Lubrication point a separate piston pump is provided and all piston pumps arranged in a common oil container at the bottom of the same and by one Actuator can be actuated mechanically with the switch actuator coupled and inserted into the oil tank above the oil level.
- This Known lubrication device is characterized in that the piston pumps in a horizontal tandem arrangement and equipped with twin pistons, and that the actuator rotated around a vertical axis when moving the switch Lever which has the upper end of a pivotable about a horizontal axis Swing arm moves, the lower end in a cutout of each twin piston intervenes.
- the invention has for its object a track switch of the beginning to create mentioned type, which is simple and in which an optimal Switch lubrication is guaranteed.
- This task is carried out with a track switch of the type mentioned according to the invention in that the central lubrication device for the defined repeated delivery of a certain amount of lubricant Has timing device, and that the central lubrication device Central pump device with a number of pump bodies, each are connected to an associated distribution device, each Distribution device has a number of lubricant outlets.
- a central lubrication device comes as an example for trucks Central lubrication for use.
- the inventor of the present proposal has recognized that such a suitably modified truck central lubrication at a Track switch can be applied.
- the central lubrication device With the help of the central lubrication device the sliding chairs of a turnout can automatically and optimally with the same Quality can be lubricated with minimal lubricant consumption.
- the central lubrication device has a defined repeated delivery of a certain amount of lubricant Time control device, which is used, for example, every fourteen hours Pump strokes to carry out the slide switches of the track switch with one to supply the right quantity of lubricant.
- Time control device in terms of the number of pump strokes and in terms of Time between the execution of a defined number of pump strokes also be set differently.
- the central lubrication device has a Central pump device with a number of pump bodies, each with an associated distribution device are connected, each Distribution device has a number of lubricant outlets.
- the Pump bodies can be the same or preferably different Schierffenjange be provided. So it is advantageous possible to divide the track switch into sections within which the Switch tongue certain, different routes in the Adjustment of the track switch. Areas of greater distances Switch tongues require a larger amount of lubricant than a smaller area Stretching out of the switch tongue. In this way, the Lubricant consumption can be further reduced with optimal lubrication.
- the pump bodies can have different sizes.
- each sliding chair can be on its top be formed with at least one lubrication groove that has a central Supply hole is connected.
- the respective central supply hole is included an associated output of the associated distribution device connected.
- FIG. 1 shows a section of a track switch 10 in a view from above direct connection to a track body 12, of which only two track sleepers 14 are shown. There are a number of track sleepers 16 from the track switch 10 shown, which differ in their length dimension from each other.
- the track switch 10 has stationary outer track rails 18 and between them a switch tongue 20.
- the outer track rails 18 are on sliding chairs 22 fixed.
- the switch tongue 20 has inner track rails 24, which on the Slide chairs 22 are adjustably mounted.
- the sliding chairs 22 of the track switch 10 are attached to the track sleepers 16.
- the sliding chairs 22 are connected to a central lubrication device 26 which in Figure 2 in a block diagram in combination with a cut drawn sliding chair 22 is shown schematically.
- a central lubrication device 26 which in Figure 2 in a block diagram in combination with a cut drawn sliding chair 22 is shown schematically.
- the associated outer track rail 18 is fixed and the associated inner slide rail 24 is provided adjustable. This Adjustment mobility is illustrated in FIG. 2 by the double arrow 30.
- the central lubrication device 26 has a time control device 32 which is used for defined repeated delivery of a certain amount of lubricant provided is.
- the central lubrication device 26 is operated using an external energy source energized. This energy supply is shown in FIG. 2 by arrow 34 indicated. This energy supply can be a normal electricity network act by an energy supplier. Another option is to use the Energy supply with the help of solar cells to achieve a self-sufficient Realize energy supply.
- the central lubrication device 26 has a central pump device 36 Pump bodies 38 on. Each pump body 38 is associated with one Distribution device 40 connected. Each distribution device 40 has a number Lubricant outlets 42. Each slide chair 22 has a central one Supply hole 44 formed with an associated lubricant outlet 42 is fluidly connected. That is in Figure 2 by arrow 46 indicated.
- the pump body 38 of the central lubrication device 26 are for defined Different lubricant flow rates are provided to cover longer distances the inner track rails 24 of the switch tongue 20 on the sliding chairs 22 with to supply a larger amount of lubricant than correspondingly smaller ones Distances.
- the sliding chairs 22 can thus in different lubrication areas be divided.
- FIG. 3 illustrates sections of a sliding chair 22 in the viewing direction from above, with the central supply hole 44 intersecting Lubrication grooves 48 is fluidly connected to the top 28 of each Sliding chairs 22 are designed to provide optimal lubrication between the inner track rails 24 of the switch tongue 20 and the sliding chairs 22 of the Track switch 10 to accomplish.
- the hinge grooves 48 can also be dispensed with become.
