Claims (21)
- Duschkabine, mit einer Duschwanne (23), wenigstens einem feststehenden Wandteil (12) und einer Tür (13), wobei die Duschwanne (23) vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, wie Polymethylmethacrylat (PMMA) mit anorganischem Füllstoff, insbesondere Quarz, mit Hilfe einer Matrize gegossen ist, sowie der feststehende Wandteil (12) und die Tür (13) vorzugsweise aus Glas oder durchsichtigem Kunststoff bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Bereich einer mit Fliesen (26) belegten Gebäudewand (25) zu montierende Oberseite (18) des Wannenrandes (28) eine so geringe Breite hat, dass die Oberflächen (64) der Fliesen (26) stufenlos in die Innenfläche (63) des Wannenrandes (28) übergehen können.
- Duschkabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wannenrand (28) im Bereich des feststehenden Wandteils (12) auf seiner Oberseite (18) ein an die Form der Unterseite (24) des feststehenden Wandteils (12) angepasstes rinnenartiges Profil (57) aufweist.
- Duschkabine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Unterseite (24) des feststehenden Wandteils (12) als auch das rinnenartige Profil (57) zueinander passend leicht gekrümmt sind.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfläche (62) des feststehenden Wandteils (12) stufenlos in die Innenfläche (63) des Wannenrandes (28) der Duschwanne (12) übergeht.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem dem Grund des rinnenartigen Profils (57) ein Abdichtmittel, wie Silikonkitt oder ein Dichtungsprofil aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, vorgesehen ist.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem unteren Rand (65) der auf der Gebäudewand (25) vorgesehenen Fliesen (26) und dem Wannenrand (28) ein Abdichtungsmittel (29), z. B. in Form von Silikonkitt oder ein Dichtungsprofil aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, vorgesehen ist.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite (18) des Wannenrandes (28) einstiegsseitig über ihre Länge gesehen eine bogenförmig konkav gekrümmte Einsenkung (30) aufweist.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Rand (31) der Tür (13) auf eine tiefste Stelle hin schräg und/oder gekrümmt abfällt, vorzugsweise über seine Länge gesehen bogenförmig konvex gekrümmt ist, insbesondere entsprechend der Krümmung der Einsenkung (30) des Wannenrandes (28).
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einstiegsseitige Wannenrand (28) eine von außen nach innen abfallende Fläche (32) aufweist.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Rand (31) der geschlossenen Tür (13) derart an eine Innenkante (34) des einstiegsseitigen Wannenrandes (28) anliegt, dass die Innenfläche (66) der Tür (13) entweder mit der Innenfläche (63) des einstiegsseitigen Wannenrandes (28) fluchtet oder geringfügig nach innen versetzt ist.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Rand (31) der Tür (13) nach innen unten abgeschrägt ist.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenfläche (63) des einstiegsseitigen Wannenrandes (28) mit der Bodenfläche (33) der Duschwanne (23) einen Winkel von 90° oder weniger bildet.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feststehende Wandteil 812) mittels eines Bügels (2) gehalten ist, welcher einerseits an der Gebäudewand (25) befestigbar ist und andererseits wenigstens eine Klemme (6) zum Aufstecken auf den oberen Rand (67) des feststehenden Wandteils (12) trägt.
- Duschkabine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemme (6) einen sich von einer engsten Stelle aus beidseitig aufweitenden Klemmschlitz (68) für die Aufnahme des oberen Randes (67) des feststehenden Wandteils (12) aufweist, und eine Klemm- und Justierwirkung durch Verschwenken der Klemme (6) um ihre senkrechte Achse geübt wird.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feststehende Wandteil (12) an seiner Innenfläche (62) von einem Bügel (3) abgestützt ist, welcher einerseits an der Gebäudewand (25) befestigbar ist und andererseits wenigstens ein vorzugsweise etwa in der Mitte des Wandteils (12) angreifendes Stütz- und Verstellelement (7) aufweist.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier der Tür (13) von einer vertikalen Scharnierstange (5) gebildet ist, welche an ihrem unteren Ende an oder in dem Wannenrand (28) drehbar gelagert ist und deren oberes Ende mit einem an der Gebäudewand (25) befestigbaren Scharnierbügel (4) drehbar in Verbindung steht.
- Duschkabine nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharnierstange (5) und der Scharnierbügel (4, 49) als Rohr ausgebildet sind und über einen Scharnierstift (45) miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Duschkabine nach einem de Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (13) mit einem Hebe/Senkmechanismus ausgestattet ist.
- Duschkabine nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebe/Senkmechanismus zwei über Schrägflächen (69, 70) aufeinanderliegende, gegeneinander um die Drehachse (56) oder Scharnierstange (5) verdrehbare Scharnierscheiben (52, 53) aufweist, wobei die untere Scharnierscheibe (53) festliegt und die obere Scharnierscheibe (52) mit der Tür (13) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenfläche (33) der Duschwanne (23) zum Ablauf (17) hin geneigt ist.
- Duschkabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtprofile (14 bis 16) ein Auge (59) und zwei sich daran im Abstand voneinander anschließende Halteschenkel (60) aufweisen, wobei vorzugsweise das Auge (59) beidseits der Scheitellinie (61) zwei Dichtrippen (58) aufweist.
