Abstract
Description
Bei der DE 33 27 433 C2 sind den Arbeitswalzen zum Stützen gegen die Versetzungsrichtung Stützvorrichtungen mit hydrostatischen Stützelementen zugeordnet, die mit hydrostatischen, den zu stützenden Flächen zugewandten Drucktaschen versehen sind und parallel zur Längsachse der jeweils zu stützenden Arbeitswalze angeordnet und steuerbar ausgebildet sind. Die Stützwalzen sind hierbei als Durchbiegungseinstellwalze mit einem um einen Träger mittels Stützelementen abgestützten Walzenmantel ausgeführt. Die Arbeitswalzen sind mit den diesen zugeordneten Stützvorrichtungen im Walzgerüst parallel zur Walzgutbahn horizontal verschiebbar.
Die Hydraulikzylinder 6 sowie die Zylinder 9 zum Ausbalancieren für die obere Stützwalze sind in Zylinderblöcken 7 befestigt.
Die Stützwalzeneinbaustücke 2 werden in den Gleitsteinen 10 und Schleißplatten 11 gehalten. Die Gleitsteine werden vertikal in den Schleißplatten 12 und 13 geführt.
Claims (3)
- Walzgerüst für bahnförmiges Walzgut, insbesondere zum reversierenden Walzen, mit zwei Arbeitswalzen, zwischen denen das Walzgut geführt wird und mit jeder dieser Arbeitswalzen zugeordneten Stützwalzen, wobei sowohl die Stützwalzen wie auch die Arbeitswalzen jeweils in Einbaustücken gelagert sind und den Stützwalzen Biegeblöcke zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegeblöcke (5) mit den Stützwalzeneinbaustücken (2) verbunden sind und dass die in den Einbaustücken (4) gelagerten Arbeitswalzen (3) durch an den Stützwalzeneinbaustücken (2) angelenkte Verstellmittel (6) zusammen mit den Biegeblöcken (5) achsparallel um die Stützwalzenachsen schwenkbar sind. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verstellmittel (6) hydraulisch, pneumatisch, mechanisch oder elektrisch angetrieben sind. - Walzgerüst nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Verstellmitteln (6) Wegmessgeber zugeordnet sind.
