Description
Um die Verschiebung zu erleichtern und die Verschiebekräfte momentfrei in die Einbaustücke einleiten zu können ist nach einem anderen Merkmal der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß die Verbindung des Hebelarmes mit dem Einbaustück über Rollen erfolgt, die am Ende des Hebels drehgelagert angeordnet sind und sich am Einbaustück abstützen.

Claims (9)
- Walzgerüst mit Stütz- und Arbeitswalzen (3a, 3b, 2a, 2b) zum Walzen von Blechen und Bändern, bei dem die oberen und unteren Arbeitswalzen (2a, 2b) zusammen mit den ihnen zugeordneten Stützwalzen (3a, 3b) curch paarweises gegensinniges horizontales Verschieben der jede Walze innerhalb der Ständerfenster (6) lagernden Einbaustücke (21) aus der gemeinsamen Vertikalebene heraus in Stellungen verschiebbar sind, in der sich die durch die Walzenachsen der Arbeits- und Stützwalzen (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) verlaufenden Vertikalebenen kreuzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes aus oberer bzw. unterer Stütz- und Arbeitswalze gebildete Walzenpaar (2a, 3a bzw. 2b, 3b) mit seinen Walzeneinbaustücken (21) in einer von zwei sich horizontal in die beidseitigen Ständerfenster (6) des Walzenständers (1) hinein erstreckenden Kassetten (4a, 4b) aufgenommen und darin vertikal und/oder horizontal verstellbar geführt ist, daß die Kassetten (4a, 4b) gegensinnig um eine gemeinsame zentrale vertikale Achse (S) verschwenkbar sind, die durch an der Ständerquertraverse und an der Kassette (4a bzw. 4b) vorgesehene obere und untere Zentrierzapfenlagerungen (10, 11) gebildet ist, und daß sich jede Kassette (4a, 4b) im Bereich der Ständerfenster (6) über an ihren beiden Enden kardanisch (bei 9) gelagerte Pendelstützen (8) vertikal gegen den Walzgerüstrahmen (1) abstützt. - Walzgerüst zum Walzen von Blechen und Bändern, bei dem die Arbeitswalzen (2a, 2b) durch gegensinniges horizontales Verschieben der jede Walze innerhalb der Ständerfenster (6) lagernden Einbaustücke (21) aus der gemeinsamen Vertikalebene heraus in Stellungen verschiebbar sind, in der sich die durch die Walzenachsen der Arbeitswalzen (2a, 2b) verlaufenden Vertikalebenen kreuzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Arbeitswalze (2a, 2b) mit ihren Walzeneinbaustücken (21) in einer von zwei sich horizontal in die beidseitigen Ständerfenster (6) des Walzenständers (1) hinein erstreckenden Kassetten (4a, 4b) aufgenommen und darin vertikal und/oder horizontal verstellbar geführt ist, daß die Kassetten (4a, 4b) gegensinnig um eine gemeinsame zentrale vertikale Achse (S) verschwenkbar sind, die durch an der Ständerquertraverse und an der Kassette (4a bzw. 4b) vorgesehene obere und untere Zentrierzapfenlagerungen (10, 11) gebildet ist, und daß sich jede Kassette (4a, 4b) im Bereich der Ständerfenster (6) über an ihren beiden Enden kardanisch (bei 9) gelagerte Pendelstützen (8) vertikal gegen den Walzgerüstrahmen (1) abstützt. - Walzgerüst mit einem Stützwalzenpaar (3a, 3b) und von diesem abgestützten Arbeitswalzenpaar (2a, 2b) zum Walzen von Blechen und Bändern, bei dem die Walzen eines Walzenpaares durch paarweises gegensinniges horizontales Verschieben der jede Walze innerhalb der Ständerfenster (6) lagernden Einbaustücke (21) aus der gemeinsamen Vertikalebene heraus in Stellungen verschiebbar sind, in der sich die durch die Walzenachsen der Walzen dieses Walzenpaares verlaufenden Vertikalebenen kreuzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Stützwalze (3a, 3b) jeweils mit ihren Walzeneinbaustücken in einer von zwei sich horizontal in die beidseitigen Ständerfenster (6) des Walzenständers (1) hinein erstreckenden Kassetten (4a, 4b) aufgenommen und darin vertikal und/oder horizontal verstellbar geführt ist, daß die Kassetten (4a, 4b) gegensinnig um eine gemeinsame zentrale vertikale Achse (S) verschwenkbar sind, die durch an der Ständerquertraverse und an der Kassette (4a bzw. 4b) vorgesehene obere und untere Zentrierzapfenlagerungen (10, 11) gebildet ist, und daß sich jede Kassette (4a, 4b) im Bereich der Ständerfenster (6) über an ihren beiden Enden kardanisch (bei 9) gelagerte Pendelstützen (8) vertikal gegen den Walzgerüstrahmen (1) abstützt. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Verschwenken der Kassetten (4a, 4b) im wesentlichen horizontal wirkende Kraftantriebe (17) vorgesehen sind, die einerseits am Walzenständer (1) und andererseits an der jeweiligen Kassette (4a bzw. 4b) angreifen. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kassetten (4a, 4b) hydraulisch gegen die oberen und unteren Pendelstützen (8) ausbalancierbar (12) sind. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hydraulikzylinder (16) zur Anstellung des in der oberen (4a) oder der unteren Kassette (4b) vertikal verstellbar gelagerten Walzenpaares (2a, 3a bzw. 2b, 3b) gemeinsam mit den dazugehörenden Servoventilen sowie die Ausbalancierungs- und Biegezylinder für die Walzen innerhalb der Kassette (4a oder 4b) eingebaut sind. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Arbeitswalze (2a, 2b) in Axialrichtung über ein zweiarmiges Hebelsystem (5) verschiebbar ist, dessen Schwenkpunkt (19) an der Kassette (4a bzw. 4b) angeordnet ist, dessen einer Hebelarm mit einen an der Kassette abgestützten Kraftmittelantrieb (20) verbunden ist und dessen anderer Hebelarm mit dem Einbaustück (21) der Arbeitswalze (2a bzw. 2b) kraft- oder formschlüssig verbunden ist. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung des Hebelarmes mit dem Einbaustück (21) über Rollen (22) erfolgt, die am Ende des Hebels drehgelagert angeordnet sind und sich am Einbaustück (21) abstützen. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 7 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebelarme im Bereich der Einbaustücke (21) quer zur Verschieberichtung der Arbeitwalzen (4a, 4b) wegschwenkbar sind, um den Ausbau der Arbeitswalzen (2a, 2b) zu ermöglichen.
