Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ARMAçãO DE LAMINAçãO COM CILINDROS DE APOIO E/OU CILINDROS DE TRABALHOS CRUZADOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a uma armação para laminação com cilindros de apoio e cilindros de trabalho para a laminação de chapas e fitas, na qual os cilindros de trabalho superiores e inferiores podem ser deslocados junto com os cilindros de apoio coordenados a eles, por meio de deslocamento horizontal aos pares, em sentido contrário das peças de montagem que apóiam cada um dos cilindros dentro das janelas de montantes para fora do plano vertical comum, para posições nas quais se cruzam os planos verticais que passam através dos eixos de cilindros dos cilindros de trabalho e de apoio. Nesse caso, cada par de cilindros (2a, 3a ou 2b, 3b) formado a partir do cilindro de apoio e de trabalho superior ou inferior com suas peças de montagem de cilindro (21) é recebido em um dos dois cassetes (4a, 4b) que se estendem horizontalmente para dentro das janelas de montantes (6) nos dois lados do montante de cilindros (1) e é conduzido nele, podendo se deslocar vertical e/ou horizontalmente. Os cassetes (4a, 4b) podem girar em sentido contrário em torno de um eixo (S) vertical central comum, o qual é formado por suportes de pino de centragem (10, 11) superiores e inferiores previstos na travessa transversal do montante e no cassete (4a ou 4b) e cada cassete (4a, 4b) na área das janelas de montantes (6) se apóia através de suportes oscilantes (8) apoiados por cardã em suas duas extremidades (em 9), verticalmente contra o quadro de armação para laminação (1).
