Claims (14)
- Verteilermast für Betonpumpen, mit einem Unterbau (14,14',14"), mit einem auf dem Unterbau um eine vertikale Achse drehbaren Lagerbock (32), mit einem Armpaket (16), bestehend aus mehreren, paarweise gegeneinander verschwenkbaren, eine Betonleitung (22) tragenden Mastarmen (34,34',34"), deren erster Mastarm (34) an einem Drehgelenk (36) des Lagerbocks (32) angelenkt ist, und mit einem vorzugsweise hydraulisch betätigbaren Antriebsmechanismus (38), der ein um eine vertikale Achse drehbares Antriebsritzel (42) für den Drehantrieb des Lagerbocks (32) aufweist, wobei der mit dem Armpaket (16) verbundene Lagerbock (32) mit dem im Unterbau (I4,14',14") angeordneten Antriebsritzel (42) lösbar kuppelbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsritzel (42) einen über den Unterbau überstehenden koaxialen Paßzapfen (44) und mindestens ein exzentrisch angeordnetes Drehmitnehmerelement (48) aufweist, und daß der Lagerbock (32) eine zum Paßzapfen (44) komplementäre, auf diesen lösbar aufsteckbare Aufnahmebüchse (46) sowie mindestens eine lösbar mit dem Drehmitnehmerelement (48) kuppelbare Mitnahmepartie (50) aufweist.
- Verteilermast nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmechanismus (38) mit dem Antriebsritzel (42) kämmende Zahnstangen (40) aufweist.
- Verteilermast nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Paßzapfen (44) eine Zentralbohrung für den Durchtritt der Betonleitung (22) aufweist.
- Verteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Drehmitnehmerelement (48) an einem radial über den Paßzapfen (44) überstehenden, vorzugsweise plattenförmigen Ausleger angeordnet ist.
- Verteilermast nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Drehmitnehmerelement (48) als zum Paßzapfen (44) achsparalleler, über den Ausleger überstehender Kupplungszapfen ausgebildet ist, der in eine komplementäre Mitnahmebohrung in der lagerbockseitigen Mitnahmepartie (50) einführbar und dort vorzugsweise gegen ein Herausziehen sicherbar ist.
- Verteilermast nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Drehmitnehmerelement (48) als im Ausleger angeordnete, zum Paßzapfen (44) achsparallele Bohrung ausgebildet ist, in die ein komplementärer, lagerbockseitiger Mitnahmezapfen einführbar und dort vorzugsweise gegen ein Herausziehen sicherbar ist.
- Verteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmebüchse (46) mit nach unten weisender Öffnung starr in den Lagerbock (32) eingesetzt, vorzugsweise eingeschweißt ist.
- Verteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerbock (32) einen vorzugsweise auf der Seite der Büchsenöffnung radial überstehenden, vorzugsweise plattenförmigen, die Mitnahmepartie (50) bildenden Ausleger aufweist, der beim Kupplungsvorgang auf dem unterbauseitigen Ausleger abstützbar ist.
- Verteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Paßzapfen (44) einen stirnseitigen Einführkonus (60) aufweist.
- Verteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmebüchse (46) einen stirnseitigen Einführkonus aufweist.
- Verteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Drehmitnehmerelement (48) oder die mindestens eine Mitnahmepartie (50) einen Einführkonus (62) für das jeweilige Komplementärteil aufweist.
- Verteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei einander bezüglich des Paßzapfens (44) diametral gegenüberliegende Drehmitnehmerelemente (48) vorgesehen sind.
- Verteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterbauseitigen Drehmitnehmerelemente (48) und die lagerbockseitigen Mitnahmepartien (50) formschlüssig, vorzugsweise mittels Stiften (52) miteinander kuppelbar sind.
- Verwendung des Verteilermasts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 als Wechselmast für mobile und stationäre Unterbauten (14,14',14").
