Definitions
- the invention relates to a placing boom for concrete pumps with a bearing block rotatable on a substructure about a vertical axis, with an arm assembly consisting of a plurality of mast arms which can be pivoted in pairs and bear a concrete line, the first mast arm of which is articulated on a swivel joint of the bearing block, and with one preferably hydraulically actuated drive mechanism which has a drive pinion, preferably rotatable about racks, about a vertical axis for the rotary drive of the bearing block.
- Concrete placing booms of this type are mounted on mobile or stationary substructures and connected with their concrete line to the pressure connection of a concrete pump.
- the drive pinion is usually rigidly connected to the bearing block, preferably welded to it in a non-detachable manner.
- the placing boom with its drive pinion is first inserted into the drive mechanism and then screwed to the substructure.
- a lot of care is required to ensure that the teeth of the drive pinion and the racks are not damaged. For this reason, assembly is usually carried out at the factory.
- many construction sites cannot be operated with concrete pumps due to their size or lack of space. Stationary substructures on which the distribution mast is placed are required there. It would therefore be advantageous if the placing boom could simply be removed from a concrete pump and placed on a stationary boom.
- the object of the invention is to construct a distribution boom for concrete pumps which can be easily mounted on different substructures.
- the features specified in claim 1 are proposed.
- Advantageous refinements and developments of the invention result from the dependent claims.
- the solution according to the invention is based on the idea that the components belonging to the drive mechanism of the placing boom are completely integrated in the substructure, so that a simple mast change is possible.
- the bearing block connected to the arm assembly can be detachably coupled to the drive pinion arranged in the substructure.
- the drive pinion has a coaxial fitting pin protruding beyond the substructure and at least one eccentrically arranged rotating driver element, while the bearing block has a receiving bush complementary to the fitting pin, which can be detachably plugged onto it, and at least one driving part which can be detachably coupled to the rotating driver element.
- the at least one rotary driver element is expediently arranged on a preferably plate-shaped arm projecting radially beyond the fitting pin. It can be designed for the fitting pin, axially parallel over the bracket projecting coupling pin which can be inserted into a complementary driving hole in the bearing block and is preferably secured there against being pulled out.
- the at least one rotary driver element can also be designed as a bore arranged in the arm and axially parallel to the fitting pin, into which a complementary driving pin of the bearing block can be inserted and preferably secured there against being pulled out.
- the substructure-side rotary driver elements and the bearing block-side entrainment parts are advantageously form-fitting, preferably can be coupled to one another by means of pins.
- An advantageous development of the invention provides that the receptacle with the opening facing down is rigidly inserted into the bearing block, preferably welded in.
- the bearing block expediently has a preferably plate-shaped arm, which protrudes radially on the side of the bush opening and forms the entrainment part, and which can be placed on the base arm on the substructure during the coupling process.
- two rotating driver elements are provided diametrically opposite one another with respect to the fitting pin.
- the fitting pin, the receiving bushing and / or the at least one rotary driver element can have an insertion cone for the respective complementary part.
- the placing boom according to the invention is preferably used as an interchangeable tower for mobile and stationary substructures.
- FIG. 1 shows a side view of a mobile substructure and two stationary substructures for a distribution boom designed as an interchangeable mast;
- FIG. 2 shows a section of the arm assembly and the substructure of the distribution boom in a diagrammatic representation during assembly
- FIG. 3 shows a diagrammatic, partially sectioned exploded view of the drive mechanism of a distribution mast on the substructure side.
- the placing boom shown in the drawing is intended for mobile or stationary concrete pumps.
- the mobile concrete pump 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a substructure 14 arranged on a chassis 12 for receiving the arm assembly 16.
- the feed pump 18 with material feed container 20 is mounted on the chassis 12, the feed line of which is connected to the concrete line 22 of the placing boom.
- the stationary concrete pumps 24, 26 additionally shown in FIG. 1 have a tubular column 28 or a lattice frame 30, which carry the respective stationary substructure 14 ′, 14 ′′ of the distribution boom on their upper part.
- the placing boom has a bearing block 32 which can be rotated about a vertical axis on the substructure 14, 14 ', 14 "and an arm assembly 34.
- the arm assembly consists of a plurality of mast arms 34, 34', 34" which can be pivoted in pairs and support the concrete line 22, whose first mast arm 34 is articulated on the bearing block 32 via a swivel joint 36 with a horizontal axis.
- the preferably hydraulically actuable drive mechanism 38 for the rotary drive of the bearing block 32 is arranged entirely in the substructure 14, 14 ', 14 ". It has a drive pinion 42 arranged in the substructure and rotatable about a vertical axis by means of two racks 40, which is connected to the bearing.
- the drive pinion 42 is rigidly connected to a coaxial fitting pin 44 projecting beyond the substructure 14, 14 ', 14 ", while the bearing block 32 has a downwardly open one which is complementary to the fitting pin 44 the fitting pin has detachable receptacle 46.
- the drive pinion 42 is rigidly connected to two eccentrically arranged rotary driver elements 48, which are designed as driver pins in the exemplary embodiment shown.
- the bearing block 32 has two eccentrically projecting entrainment portions 50 which are equipped with bores 51 which can be coupled to the entrainment pins 48.
- the fitting pin 44 and the driving pin 48 each have an insertion cone 60, 62.
- the fitting pin 44 and the receiving bushing 56 serve to absorb the tilting moment of the distributor mast, while the driving pin 48 and the complementary driving bores 50 transmit the torque generated by the drive mechanism 38 to the mast.
- the invention relates to a placing boom for mobile and stationary concrete pumps.
- the placing boom has a substructure 14, 14 ', 14 ", a bearing block 32 which can be rotated about a vertical axis on the substructure, and an arm assembly 16 comprising a plurality of mast arms 34, 34', 34" which can be pivoted relative to one another, the first mast arm 34 is articulated on a pivot joint 36 of the bearing block 32.
- a drive mechanism 38 is provided which has a drive pinion 42, preferably rotatable about racks 40 about a vertical axis, for the rotary drive of the bearing block 32.
- the bearing block 32 connected to the arm assembly 16 can be detachably coupled to the drive pinion 42 arranged in the substructure.
