- the inking unit consists of one Ink fountain with upstream ink fountain roller and one between the ink fountain roller and a downstream inking roller oscillating lifter roller.
- the lifter roller can be stopped, if in film operation between the ink fountain roller and an additional roller can be adjusted in the downstream inking roller is.
- a lifter inking unit is known from DE 37 06 602 C2. After that is the ink to be processed by an ink fountain roller as Ink feed roller to a first by means of an inking roller Inking roller (1st inking roller) transferable. Still is a inking roller train downstream of the first inking roller and has several inking rollers resting on a plate cylinder on. It is in the direction of rotation of the plate cylinder a first upstream inking roller with a downstream inking roller by an ink roller coupled.
- Ink distribution roller there is one in the inking roller above Ink distribution roller arranged, which on the one hand with the Ink supply (ink fountain roller, ink lifter roller and first Ink roller) and on the other hand with a first and a for this purpose, the second roll strand connected in parallel with the am Functional connection of the inking rollers on the plate cylinder is.
- FR 574 658 is also a lifter inking unit for one Printing machine known in the between the ink fountain roller and the downstream ink fountain roller with single drum roller oscillating inking roller is arranged.
- the downstream Inking roller is at least in constant frictional contact a first calender roll stored in a variable position assigned, with the ink transport to the roller train between the first calender roll and a downstream second Inking roller is periodically separable.
- the movement of the Lifter roller is connected with the movement of the calender rollers common curve control coupled.
- Unwanted vibrations are excited in the inking unit by the moving masses.
- a lifting stroke occurs due to the impact of the lifting roller on the first inking roller, which excites undesirable vibrations in the inking unit.
- Color density fluctuations in the inking unit caused by the ink lifter strip also occur, which are reduced by a large number of nip locations (large number of inking rollers in the roller train).
- the invention is based on the object, an inking unit for to create a printing press that has the disadvantages mentioned avoids that in particular a stable color guide in the Inking unit allowed and a simple structure in the inking roller train allowed.
- the inking unit according to the invention is that the simple construction according to the invention makes it possible to achieve a noticeable reduction in the number of rollers within the roller train. Another advantage is that there is no siphon in the inking unit. It is also advantageous that the ink is supplied without an inking roller and fluctuations in ink density are noticeably reduced. This means that stable ink guidance can be achieved even with a single drum roller with a small number of inking rollers.
- Another advantage is that the color flow in the Inking unit specially assigned to the first one of the ink supply Inking roller (1st or 2nd inking device) can be separated in time and at the same time that of the ink feed roller (e.g. the Ink fountain roller) transferred ink film on the outer surface this inking roller (1st or 2nd inking device) is leveled.

- the transfer roller 11 is preferably optional for the constant transfer of color in contact with the subordinate third inking roller or for periodic transfer of color as a calender roll, analogous to the calender roll 10, trained.
