Anhand der Fig. 5 bis 7 wird das Einschiessen der Druckprodukte 5 in den Förderkanal 25 sowie der Transport in diesen Förderkanal 25 anhand der Vorrichtung 1 näher erläutert. Der Ablauf gilt aber grundsätzlich auch für die Vorrichtung 2.
Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Druckprodukten (5) in einen Förderkanal (25), in dem die Druckprodukte (5) mit Mitnehmern (29) eines Förderorgans (28) in Abständen transportiert werden, mit Mitteln (19, 20; 40) zum Vorbeschleunigen der zugeführten Druckprodukte (5) in der Transportrichtung des Förderkanals (25), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die génannten Mittel (19, 20; 40) die Druckprodukte (5) jeweils im wesentlichen linear fördern und schräg zur Transportrichtung dem wenigstens eine Führungswand (26) aufweisenden Förderkanal (25) zuführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (5) mittels Förderbändern (19, 20; 40) dem Förderkanal (25) schräg zugeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderkanal einen horizontalen oder quer zur Transportrichtung bzw. zur Führungswand (26) hin geneigten Boden aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (5) zwischen zwei Förderbändern (19, 20; 40) dem Förderkanal zugeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das der Zuführwinkel α 20 bis 40°, vorzugsweise etwa 30° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb der Mittel (19, 20) in einen Anleger (50), insbesondere einen Trommelanleger integriert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (19, 20) durch schräge Rollen (16) angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schrägen Rollen (16) im Abstand zueinander auf jeweils einem gestellfesten Rohr (9) des Anlegers (50) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (9) koaxial zur Welle (6) einer die Druckprodukte von einem Stapel abziehenden Greiferscheibe (7) des Anlegers (50) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um die beiden schrägen Rollen (16) jeweils wenigstens teilweise umlaufende, die Druckprodukte (5) transportierende Bänder (19, 20) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungswand (26) wenigstens teilweise durch ein um senkrechte Achsen umlaufendes Band (26') gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohre (9) auf der Welle (6) der Greiferscheibe (7) abgestützt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greiferscheibe (7) zwischen den beiden schrägen Rollen (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schrägen Rollen (16) durch wenigstens eine Führungsstange (12) angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schrägen Rollen (16) in einem Winkel von 20 bis 40° geneigt auf der Antriebsachse (6) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (6) des Anlegers (50) parallel zur Transportrichtung des Förderkanals (25) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (5) im Förderkanal (25) mit vergleichsweise breiten, insbesondere abgewinkelten Mitnehmern (29) transportiert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mitnehmer (29) an Platten (30) einer Plattenkette (28) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (40) zum Vorbeschleunigen der Druckprodukte (5) separat angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (40) zum Vorbeschleunigen der Druckprodukte (5) so angetrieben sind, dass die Druckprodukte (5) mit erhöhter Geschwindigkeit in den Förderkanal (25) eingeführt und vor dem Aufprall an einer gegenüberliegenden Führungswand (26) verzögert werden.
