Claims (7)
- Maschine (1) zum Biegen von strangförmigem Material (7), wie Rohren, Stangen, Profilen oder Metalldraht mit einem Maschinenbett (2), das Parallelführungen (4) aufweist, die verschiebbar einen Wagen (5) zum Zuführen und Drehen sowie zum Spannen und winkelgenauem Positionieren eines Werkstückes (7) aufweist, sowie mit einem Biegekopf (14), der mit einer fest angordneten Welle (15) aufgerüstet ist, und diese Welle an beiden Enden (16) Biegeformen (17, 18) mit entsprechend schwenkbaren Biegearmen (19, 20) aufnimmt und der Biegekopf (14) von einer horizontal angeordneten Welle (42) aufgenommen ist, und gesteuert um die Achse (Y) der horizontal angeordneten Welle (42) positionierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maschinenbett (2) der Maschine (1) T-Form aufweist und eine Querstrebe (3) des T-förmigen Bauteils an seiner Oberseite und an seiner Unterseite parallele Führungen (10, 11) aufweist, die einen gesteuert verfahrbaren Wagen (12) aufnehmen, wobei dieser Wagen (12) den Biegekopf (14) aufnimmt.
- Maschine, zum Biegen von strangförmigem Material. (7), nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querstrebe (3) des Maschinenbettes (2) an der Vorderseite einen vertikal verlaufenden Wandabschnit (8) aufweist, der in einen geneigt angordneten Wandabschnitt (9) übergeht, der sich und nach vorne erstreckt, dass die Wand (8) eine Präzisionsführung (10) aufweist und am unteren Ende der geneigten Wand (9) eine Präizionsführung (11) vorgesehen ist, und dass der von den Wänden (8, 9) begrenzte Raum einen Wagen (12) aufnimmt, der entlang der Präzisionsführungen (10, 11) verschiebbar ist.
- Maschine, zum Biegen von strangförmigem Material, nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (12) mit einer Kugelumlaufspindel wirkverbunden ist und die Kugelumlaufspindel von einem steuerbaren Motor (41) angetrieben wird.
- Maschine, zum Biegen von strangförmigem Material, nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Wagen (12) ein Aufnahmekörper (13) wirkverbunden ist, der über eine horizontal angeordnete Welle (42) einen in seiner Lage positionierbaren (i) Biegekopf (14) aufnimmt.
- Maschine, zum Biegen von strangförmigem Material, nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontal angeordnete Welle (42) mit einem Zahnkranz (43) wirkverbunden ist, der im Aufnahmekörper (13) angeordnet ist und der Zahnkranz (43) über einen steuerbaren Motor (44) antreibbar ist, wobei der Motor im Inneren des verfahrbaren Wagens (12) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine, zum Biegen von strangförmigem Material, nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmewelle (15) abstehende Enden (16) aufweist, die Biegeformgruppen (17, 18) aufnehmen.
- Maschine, zum Biegen von strangförmigem Material, nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (15) einen drehbaren Zahnkranz (45) aufnimmt, der mit Biegearmen (19, 20) wirkverbunden ist und der Zahnkranz (45) von einem steuerbaren Motor (1) angetrieben ist.
