Claims (7)
- Machine (1) for bending strand-shaped material (7), such as tubes, rods, profiles or metal wire, comprising a machine bed (2) which has parallel guides (4) which, in a displaceable manner, has a carriage (5) for feeding and rotating and also for clamping a workpiece (7) and for positioning it at a precise angle, and comprising a bending head (14) which is equipped with a shaft (15) arranged in a fixed position, and this shaft, at both ends (16), accommodates bending forms (17, 18) having correspondingly pivotable bending arms (19, 20), and the bending head (14) is accommodated by a horizontally arranged shaft (42) and can be positioned in a controlled manner about the axis (Y) of the horizontally arranged shaft (42), characterized in that the machine bed (2) of the machine (1) has a T shape, and a cross strut (3) of the T-shaped component has parallel guides (10, 11) on its top side and on its bottom side, these guides (10, 11) accommodating a carriage (12) which is traversable in a controlled manner, this carriage (12) accommodating the bending head (14).
- Machine for bending strand-shaped material according to Patent Claim 1, characterized in that the cross strut (3) of the machine bed (2), on the front side, has a vertically running wall section (8) which merges into an inclined wall section (9), which extends forwards in an inclined manner, in that the wall (8) has a precision guide (10), and a precision guide (11) is provided at the bottom end of the inclined wall (9), and in that the space defined by the walls (8, 9) accommodates a carriage (12) which is displaceable along the precision guides (10, 11).
- Machine for bending strand-shaped material according to Patent Claim 1, characterized in that the carriage (12) is operatively connected to a recirculating ball screw, and the recirculating ball screw is driven by a controllable motor (41).
- Machine for bending strand-shaped material according to Patent Claim 1, characterized in that a mounting body (13) is operatively connected to the carriage (12), and this mounting body (13), via a horizontally arranged shaft (42), accommodates a bending head (14) which can be located (i) in its position.
- Machine for bending strand-shaped material according to Patent Claim 1, characterized in that the horizontally arranged shaft (42) is operatively connected to a gear rim (43) which is arranged in the mounting body (13), and the gear rim (43) can be driven via a controllable motor (44), the motor being arranged in the interior of the traversable carriage (12).
- Machine for bending strand-shaped material according to Patent Claim 1, characterized in that the mounting shaft (15) has projecting ends (16) which accommodate the bending-form groups (17, 18).
- Machine for bending strand-shaped material according to Patent Claim 1, characterized in that the shaft (15) accommodates a rotatable gear rim (45) which is operatively connected to bending arms (19, 20), and the gear rim (45) is driven by a controllable motor.
