Erfindungsgemäß ist jedoch erkannt worden, daß es nicht erforderlich ist, die Kabel-Wechsel- und Zuführeinheit gemeinsam mit dem eigentlichen Verlegewerkzeug mittels der mehrachsigen Positioniereinheit zu positionieren. Erfindungsgemäß wird vielmehr die Kabel-Wechsel- und Zuführeinheit stationär angeordnet und nur das Verlegewerkzeug positioniert. Um einen ordnungsgemäßen Vorschub von der Kabel-Wechsel- und Zuführeinheit zum Verlegewerkzeug bzw. nach Beendigung des Verlegevorgangs zurück bei beliebigen Stellungen dieser beiden Teile der erfindungsgemäpen Vorrichtung zu gewährleisten, ist die Kabel-Wechsel- und Zuführeinheit mit dem Verlegewerkzeug über ein flexibles Rohr verbunden. In diesem Rohr wird ein Kabel von der Kabel-Wechsel- und Zuführeinheit zum Verlegewerkzeug und zurück gefördert. Hierdurch ist sichergestellt, daß sich das Kabel (6) nicht mehr im Zuführschlauch (3), sondern vollständig innerhalb der Kabel-Wechsel- und Zuführeinheit (2) befindet. Claims (6)
- Device for supplying and exchanging a plurality of cables, with a cable exchange and supply unit (2) which comprises fixed counterrollers (7) as guides for the individual cables (6) conveyed out of a cable store (12) and releasable clamping elements (10) associated with the individual cables as well as a movable drive unit (2.1) with a drive roller (4.1), and with a laying tool (1) which can be positioned by a multi-axis positioning unit and comprises a cutting unit (1.1), characterised in that the cable exchange and supply unit (2) is mounted stationarily and connected to the laying tool (1) by a flexible pipe (3), and in that between the cable store (12) and the cable exchange unit is provided an intermediate store for the cables (6) which have been cut off in the laying tool and returned to the cable exchange unit by means of the drive roller (4.1).
- Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the flexible pipe is a hose (3) which is flexible to different diameters of the advanced cables (6).
- Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the intermediate store is a store for randomly oriented material.
- Device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that between the cable store (12) and the cable exchange and supply unit (2) is provided a straightening unit (8).
- Device according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a monitoring unit (9) is provided for the advance of the cable in the cable exchange and supply unit (2).
- Device according to claim 5, characterised in that the monitoring unit (9) comprises two spaced-apart photoelectric barriers.
