Abstract

Un dispositif d'amenée et de remplacement d'une pluralité de câbles comprend une unité d'amenée et de remplacement des câbles pourvue de contre-poulies fixes de guidage de câbles individuels tirés d'un magasin de câbles, et d'éléments de serrage déverrouillables associés aux câbles individuels, ainsi que d'une unité mobile d'entraînement avec un rouleau d'entraînement. Le dispositif d'amenée et de remplacement d'une pluralité de câbles comprend en outre un outil de pose susceptible d'être positionné au moyen d'une unité de positionnement à axes multiples et une unité de sectionnement. L'unité de remplacement des câbles est fixe et est reliée à l'outil de pose par un tuyau flexible. Un magasin intermédiaire pour les câbles coupés par l'outil de pose et retournés à l'unité de remplacement de câbles au moyen du rouleau d'entraînement est disposé entre le magasin de câbles et l'unité de remplacement de câbles.

Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif d'amenée et de remplacement d'une pluralité de câbles, avec une unité (2) d'amenée et de remplacement de câbles, qui présente des poulies conjuguées (7) disposées stationnairement comme guides pour les câbles (6) individuellement transportés d'un magasin de câbles (12) et des éléments de serrage déverrouillables (10) associés aux câbles individuels, ainsi qu'une unité d'entraînement mobile (2.1) avec une poulie d'entraînement (4.1),
    et avec un outil de pose (1) pouvant être positionné par une unité de positionnement multiaxiale et présentant une unité de mise à longueur (1.1),
    caractérisé en ce que l'unité (2) d'amenée et de remplacement de câbles est disposée stationnairement et est reliée à l'outil de pose (1) par l'intermédiaire d'un tube flexible (3), et en ce qu'il est prévu, entre le magasin de câbles (12) et l'unité de remplacement de câbles, un magasin intermédiaire pour les câbles (6) mis à longueur dans l'outil de pose et renvoyés à l'unité de remplacement de câbles au moyen de la poulie d'entraînement (4.1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube flexible est un tuyau souple (3) qui est flexible pour différents diamètres des câbles (6) que l'on fait avancer.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le magasin intermédiaire est un magasin à rangement aléatoire.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité d'alignement (8) est prévue entre le magasin de câbles (12) et l'unité (2) d'amenée et de remplacement de câbles.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de surveillance (9) est prévue pour l'avancement du câble dans l'unité (2) d'amenée et de remplacement de câbles.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de surveillance (9) présente deux barrages photo-électriques distants l'un de l'autre.
