Description
Claims (11)
- Drehgestell für Schienenfahrzeuge mit zwei quer zur Schienenrichtung verlaufenden, jeweils ein linkes und ein rechtes Rad (2, 3, 4, 5) tragenden Radsatzachsen (6, 7) und einem ebenfalls quer zur Schienenrichtung verlaufenden Querbalken (8), auf den sich der Wagenkasten abstützt und der sich selbst über zwei Federn (9, 10) auf die Radsatzachsen abstützt, wobei jede Radsatzachse mit Koppelgliedem geführt ist, die nach der Maßgabe angelenkt sind, dass vertikale Bewegungen der Radsatzachsen (6, 7) relativ zum Querbalken (8) und Drehungen der Radsatzachsen (6, 7) relativ zum Querbalken (8) um Achsen, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Schienenrichtung verlaufen, erfolgen können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Räder (2, 3, 4, 5) einer Radsatzachse (6, 7) voneinander unabhängig drehbar auf der jeweiligen Radsatzachse (6, 7) gelagert sind, dass die Radsatzachsen (6, 7) bezüglich einer zu den Schienen im wesentlichen quer verlaufenden Achse zu den Rädern (2, 3, 4, 5) drehfest sind, und dass jede der Radsatzachsen (6, 7) in Schienenrichtung und quer dazu mit mindesten drei Koppelgliedern geführt ist.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Radsatzachsen (6, 7) gegenüber dem Querbalken (8) durch zwei Stangen (11, 12, 13, 14) und einen Blattlenker (15, 16) geführt wird, wobei die Stangen, deren Achsen im wesentlichen parallel zur Schienenrichtung verlaufen, in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene angeordnet sind, und der Blattlenker, dessen Achse im wesentlichen schienenparallel verläuft, in einer anderen, im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene angeordnet ist.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Radsatzachsen (6, 7) gegenüber dem Querbalken (8) durch vier Stangen geführt wird, wobei zwei Stangen, deren Achsen im wesentlichen parallel zur Schienenrichtung verlaufen, in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene angeordnet sind, und die anderen beiden Stangen, die in einer anderen, im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene angeordnet sind, sich kreuzend zwischen Radsatzachse und Querbalken angeordnet sind.
- Drehgestell für Schienenfahrzeuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppelglieder nach der Maßgabe angelenkt sind, dass zusätzlich Drehungen der Radsatzachsen (6, 7) relativ zum Querbalken (8) um vertikale Achsen, die im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen, die in Drehgestellmitte im wesentlichen parallel zur Schienenrichtung liegt, erfolgen können.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Radsatzachsen (6, 7) gegenüber dem Querbalken (8) durch zwei Stangen (11, 12, 13, 14) und einem Blattlenker (15, 16) geführt ist, wobei die Stangen in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene angeordnet sind und ihre Achsen sich in einem Punkt schneiden, der auf einer Achse liegt, die durch die Drehgestellmitte im wesentlichen parallel zur Schienenrichtung verläuft, während der Blattlenker, dessen Achse im wesentlichen parallel zur Schienenrichtung verläuft, in einer anderen, im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene angeordnet ist.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei jeder Radsatzachse anstelle des Blattlenkers eine Stange angeordnet ist.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anstelle der Blattlenker (15, 16) Dreieckslenker (17, 18) angeordnet sind.
- Drehgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflager (19) der Federn (9, 10) an den Radsatzachsen (6, 7) drehbar gelagert sind und dass die Federenden der Federn (9, 10) auf den Auflagern gleiten können.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitbewegung über eine plane Fläche des Auflagers (19) erfolgt und die Kompensation der Drehbewegung über eine oder mehrere zylindrische Flächen des Auflagers (19) erfolgt.
- Drehgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federenden der Federn (9, 10) auf einer Gummimatte oder einem Gummi-Metallteil (20) aufliegen, die ihrerseits auf den Radsatzachsen (6, 7) aufliegen.
- Drehgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn (9, 10) am Querbalken um eine im wesentlichen horizontale Achse quer zur Schienenrichtung drehbar gelagert angebracht sind.
