Abstract

The invention relates to a bogie for rail vehicles that is especially useful for high wheel loads. The cross-bar (8) of said bogie is supported by the two wheel-set axles (6, 7) on which the wheels (2-5) are rotatably mounted by means of two springs. The wheel sets are guided by guide leaves (15, 16) in the longitudinal and the lateral direction and/or by articulated rods (11-14) that are preferably mounted in the direction of the rails.

Description

The invention relates to a bogie, preferably for high axle loads, with flying on loose wheels not supported with rotating axles.

A bogie of this type is known from DE-OS 43 20 789 A1, in which each wheel own wheel carrier is stored; the wheel carriers are each across two spring leaf links, which run across run to the direction of the rail, to one essentially in the direction of the rail extending chassis carrier connected. The spring leaf links guide and spring the wheel carriers; at the same time, they transmit the wheel loads. To perform their suspension tasks the transferable wheel loads are very limited, so that the known bogie only for very light vehicles can be used. Furthermore, the bogie is for everyone Wheel provided its own wheel carrier. To ensure that the axes from left and right wheel aligned, comparatively complex mounting devices are necessary, the difficult to assemble and later maintain the bogie.

Another bogie of this type is known from DE-GM 7 121 742, the wheel sets with has wheels firmly seated on the axle of the wheelset, but which are for use at higher ones Speeds due to the fixed speed coupling of both wheels through the Wheelset axles are only suitable to a limited extent, unless they are also complex Damping elements attached. The vertical load is via leaf springs, pendulums and axle bearing housings transferred to the wheelset. This version of the vertical suspension is multi-part and heavy. Due to the arrangement of the axle bearing housing inclined towards the horizontal The wheelbase of one side changes depending on the vertical load on the each side works. The wheelbase increases on the more heavily loaded side, on the relieved side it becomes smaller. This leads to uneven loading of the in the transverse direction Freight car to non-parallel wheelsets in the track with the consequence of increased wear Wheel and rail.

A bogie of this type is also known from DE patent application P 55 088. Also this bogie has wheelsets with wheels that are firmly seated on the axle of the wheelset already described above - are only conditionally suitable for higher speeds. The Vertical load is caused by a complicated suspension via leaf springs, coil springs Pressure plates and spring hanger brackets, which hang on pendulums on the axle bearing housing transfer the wheelset. This type of vertical suspension allows unhindered Change in length of the leaf spring during compression, but it is extremely multi-parted, heavy and consuming. The wheelsets are guided in the transverse direction through the wheelset bearing housings and - with larger axle forces - via a special bearing in the middle of the axle and and attached to their bearing housing V-shaped supports, which are articulated via a hollow axis on Bogie frames are arranged. The rotating wheelset axle requires separate Wheelset bearing housings for the inclusion of the wheelset bearing an additional storage in the Center of the wheelset, on the bearing housing of which the elements for transverse guidance of the wheelset are arranged are. As a result, the wheelset guidance is also multi-part, heavy and complex. Furthermore the bearing located in the center of the wheelset is difficult to access for relubrication work. in the In the event of a bearing replacement, the entire wheel set must even be removed from the bogie be completely disassembled.

From GB-A-2 091 660 a bogie according to the preamble of claim 1 is known. Whose wheels are firmly connected to the wheelset axle, which at their ends in Axle bearings is rotatably mounted. Each axle bearing is over a parallel, rod-shaped Coupling member connected to the crossbar. This arrangement of two Coupling links per wheelset is unable to provide adequate managers both to be applied in the longitudinal direction of the rail as well as transversely to it. A significant part of the Lateral and longitudinal guiding forces must be absorbed by the spring leaves, what however, to an atypical load on the spring leaves and thus to their premature Failure must lead.

The invention has for its object a bogie of this type, in particular a bogie-compatible bogie for high loads, with a lower manufacturing and To create maintenance that the disadvantages of the aforementioned state of Technology does not have and in particular a perfect management of the wheel sets against Longitudinal and transverse forces only through the coupling links, without participation the springs.

The object is achieved by a bogie according to the features of Claim 1 solved. Advantageous refinements result from the subclaims.

  • An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
  • 1 is a schematic side view of a bogie with a portion of the body,
  • 2 shows the top view of the bogie according to FIG. 1,
  • 3 shows the top view of the bogie according to FIG. 1 with a modified arrangement of the coupling elements,

  • Fig. 5 shows an embodiment for the spring support on the axle and
  • Fig. 6 shows another embodiment for the spring support on the axle set.
On the wheelset axles 6 and 7, the wheels 2, 3, 4 and 5 are independently rotatably supported, whereby the bearing can be arranged in the wheel hub, so that separate wheelset bearing housings are not necessary.

The guide transverse to the rail direction is in the embodiment according to FIG. 2 by the leaf links 15 and 16 taken on the wheelset axles 6 and 7 on the one hand and the crossbar 8 are articulated on the other hand. The axles 6 and 7 are in the direction of the rails from the leaf links 15 and 16 and the articulated rods 11, 12, 13 and 14 performed, wherein the joints are preferably ball joints, spherical joints or rubber-metal parts with the same effect. By one essentially parallel arrangement of the rods 11, 12 and 13, 14, the wheelset axes 6,7 move relative to the crossbar 8 only in the vertical direction and about axes in the are essentially parallel to the rails. In contrast, the rods 11 and 12 are so arranged that their axes intersect at point A - the axes of rods 13 and 14 intersect accordingly in point B - (Fig. 3), the axle set 6 can additionally turn around the vertical axis that passes through point A. Accordingly can the wheelset axis 7 rotate about the vertical axis through the point B passes. By arranging the coupling links on two different levels parallel to the rail surface, they also form a support for the axles 6 and 7, which prevents their rotation around the wheel axles.

The separation of suspension and management tasks enables an optimal design of the respective components for their intended use. In particular, the springs 9 and 10 can can be designed for high wheel loads. Your connection to the axles 6 and 7 can because of the fact that the axles 6 and 7 with respect to the rails in essential transverse axis to the wheels 2, 3, 4, and 5 are rotationally fixed, in simple Be designed so that the leaf springs 9 and 10 their length during compression can change freely (Fig. 5). The continuous axles 6 and 7 ensure that the axes of rotation of the left and right wheels of a wheelset axis are exactly aligned with each other does not change even during later maintenance work.
