Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shoe comprising a sole part and a top part connected along a part of the sole edge by a permanent connection, wherein the sole part and the top part are additionally connected together by means of a connecting means along a part of the sole edge.
  • a street shoe in which the upper part of the sole removed and can be easily replaced by another desired upper part.
  • the Upper part is designed in a conventional form, but is open at its sole facing the bottom and is provided with a releasable locking means with which it is connectable to the sole.
  • different tops can be used according to the respective weather conditions or according to the particular taste of the user.
  • CH 666 599 A5 discloses a shoe in which the upper part and the sole part are connected to each other by means of a releasable connection such as pushbuttons, zippers or Velcro fasteners.
  • This connection makes it possible to remove the upper part from the sole part for washing the sole part. This is necessary because the top of a material such as Leather is not suitable for being washed. After detachment of the upper part of the sole part, however, the shape of the upper part is retained and contributes considerably.
  • the loosening of sole part to upper part brings only a small space saving, with the risk that during packaging the upper part is crushed and the material suffers.
  • a shoe is known, consisting for example of a crepe paper, wherein the sole part and upper part are made of a blank and are connected to each other, for example in the toe area of the shoe. Upper part and lower part are now folded over each other and firmly connected by means of an adhesive connection.
  • the sole part and upper part are made of a blank and are connected to each other, for example in the toe area of the shoe.
  • Upper part and lower part are now folded over each other and firmly connected by means of an adhesive connection.
  • the shoe is made of crepe paper, the material can often suffer and break as a result of being squeezed several times.
  • these shoes are intended for single use only because the shoe should be disposed of for reasons of hygiene.
  • WO 01 / 49141A1 represents a shoe that can be adapted to different shoe sizes.
  • the upper part consists of a blank, with the side parts and the upper part of the shoe are placed around the foot and connected to each other at various points arranged points.
  • This upper part is connected by means of a releasable connection, such as a hook and loop fastener, with a sole part.
  • a releasable connection such as a hook and loop fastener
  • the object of the invention is to design a shoe of the type specified in such a way that it has the smallest possible space in the packaged state.
  • the solution according to the invention is that, starting from a shoe of the type specified, the connecting means is releasable, whereby the upper part is folded down in the sole plane with open connection means.
  • the invention achieves that with the connecting means open, the shoe is in one plane with all essential parts.
  • the space requirement is essentially only limited by the thickness of the sole part or the upper part, which can be kept very low. Nevertheless, the invention achieved that the shoe has the usual shape in use, that the shoe is easy to use and also envelops the foot in the desired manner.
  • the shoe according to the invention can be designed in various ways. While a slipper form is generally preferred, the invention is not limited thereto.
  • the shoe can also be formed semi-shaped, as a boot or as an ankle boot.
  • the connecting means for the shoe according to the invention may be a one- or two-piece zipper. But it can also consist of several zippers. It is also possible to use removable zippers, Velcro closures or the connection by means of button or push button connection. In this case, the button or push-button connection can be designed as a button or Druckknopkahe. In a further embodiment, a connecting means is provided as a loop connection.
  • the invention proposes that the sole part and the upper part consist essentially of the same material, preferably of felt.
  • other materials may also be used, for example leather, synthetic leather, fabric or the like.
  • the presented invention has the advantage that as flat as possible embodiment is achieved by the inventive design.
  • This flat as possible design should be particularly suitable for housing, for example, in travel luggage when traveling or the space-saving stowage in the shoe rack or shoe cabinet.
  • All previously known shoes the upper part of which can be separated from the lower part, set off to achieve certain savings in the use of shoes in that you can combine different tops with a lower part.
  • This space-saving storage in luggage or in domestic shoe cabinets or shelves is not given.
  • the connection of two parts of a shoe pair, but in particular only slippers are suitable, ultimately brings a certain space savings, ultimately, in this embodiment, the upper part of the lower part is not separated, and the space required compared to the inventive solution is considerably higher.
  • the present invention presented solution has the advantage that on the one hand in the packaged state, a very small footprint for storage or storage is needed, on the other hand, however, the utility value is fully given. This means that you have the opportunity to make both slippers and all other shoe shapes, whether loafers or boots or ankle boots.
  • Fig. 1 shows an integral blank 5 with the sole part 1 and the upper part 2.
  • the zipper 4 is indicated by a double line. In the open state, the lock of the zipper can be located at the point 7.
  • Fig. 2 shows the shoe, which is designed slipper-like, in the position of use.
  • the lock 7 is arranged on the outside and is in the position of use at the point which is denoted by 8 in FIG.
  • a shoe which also has a heel part 9.
  • FIG. 4 shows an ankle boot, which is basically similar to the low shoe according to FIG. 3.
  • the sole part has a shoulder 10 in the rear region on the underside.
  • FIG. 1 for example be modified so that each a zipper for the sole part 1 and the upper part 2 is provided.
  • the zippers are aushlindbar and in a mating pair, the lock is once each assigned to the sole part and once the top.
  • the two zippers of a pair in the unfolded state of the shoes together, in which case the two blanks or the like are superposed.
  • a bag is obtained which has an opening, whereby a further possibility of use is obtained.
