BESCHREIBUNG
Bekannt und beliebt sind in gesundheitsbewussten Kreisen Schuhe, die Fussbetteinlagen aufweisen, welche stark genoppt sind und deren Noppen durch ihre jeweilige Länge der Form der Fusssohle nachgeführt sind. Die Noppen bilden dadurch ein sohlengerechtes Fussbett und massieren beim Tragen der Schuhe die Reflexzonen der Füsse. Bekannt sind einerseits Sandalen, bestehend aus einer Holzsohle mit aufgeschraubtem oder aufgenietetem Lederoberteil, auf deren Holzsohlen genoppte Fussbetteinlagen aus Kunststoff aufgeleimt sind. Andererseits sind seit neuerer Zeit auch Modelle bekannt, die vollständig aus Kunststoff bestehen und dadurch den Vorteil bieten, dass sie leicht waschbar sind, selbst in der Waschmaschine.
Durch die Ausgestaltung der genoppten Fussbetteinlagen erweisen sich diese als eigentliche Schmutzfänger, weswegen einer regelmässigen und gründlichen Reinigung solcher Gesundheitsschuhe aus hygienischen Gründen eine grosse Bedeutung zukommt. Will man diese Waschbarkeit gewährleisten, so wird dadurch auf dem bisherigen Stand der Technik die Wahl des Schuhmaterials stark eingeschränkt. Zum Beispiel kann gerade das klassische Material Leder nicht verwendet werden.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die Waschbarkeit der reflexzonenmassierenden Fussbetteinlage und Schuhsohle bei gleichzeitiger freier Wahl und Gestaltung des Schuhobermaterials zu gewährleisten. Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Schuhwerk mit einer mit der Schuhsohle festverbundenen, mit Noppen versehenen, reflexzonenmassierenden Fussbetteinlage mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.
Das ganze Obermaterial des Schuhwerks ist also von der Schuhsohle trennbar ausgeführt. Ist eine Reinigung der genoppten Einlagesohle fällig, so wird das Obermaterial mit wenigen Handgriffen von der Schuhsohle entfernt, wonach dieselbe von Hand oder mit der Waschmaschine unter Zuhilfenahme geeigneter Waschmittel gereinigt werden kann. Der Vorteil ist darin zu sehen, dass optimale, auch scharfe Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden können, die das Obermaterial der Schuhe sonst angreifen würden. Nach erfolgter Reinigung werden die Sohlen getrocknet und das Obermaterial kann anschliessend wieder an die Sohlen angebracht werden.
Man verfügt also über Schuhe mit hygienisch einwandfrei pflegbaren, genoppten Fussbetteinlagen, die sich als gesundheitsfördernd erwiesen haben, und ist trotzdem nicht mehr an ein Obermaterial aus Kunststoff (Gummi) gebunden.
Diese gewonnene Freiheit in der Wahl und Gestaltung des Obermaterials gestattet es, Modelle anzubieten, die sich dem bekannten, oft etwas streng wirkenden Image des Gesundheitschuhs entziehen und deshalb weitere Käuferschichten ansprechen. Bisher sind ausschliesslich offene Schuhe mit solchen genoppten, reflexzonenmassierenden Fussbetteinlagen verbreitet. Besonders Herren bevorzugen aber geschlossene oder zumindest vorne geschlossene Modelle. Zudem legen viele Leute wert auf Schuhe mit einem formschönen Design und aus feinem Material gefertigt, vor allem Leder. Alle diese Wünsche können erfüllt werden durch die vorliegende Erfindung. Ästhetik, Gesundheit, Qualität und Tragkomfort werden dabei vereint.
Speziell für Leute mit Berufen, bei denen man viel stehen und gehen muss, sind halboffene Schuhe der vorgeschlagenen Art vorteilhaft. Für das Tragen in Betrieben in denen halb offene Schuhe aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht erlaubt sind, können auch Modelle mit einem Fersenband oder vollständig geschlossene Modelle angeboten werden.
Die Befestigung des Obermaterials an der Schuhsohle erfolgt wie in den Ansprüchen dargelegt zum Beispiel mittels einer geeigneten Anzahl Druckknöpfen, die vorteilhaft an der Seitenfläche der Schuhsohle angebracht sind und ihr Gegenstück am Obermaterial haben. Diese Befestigung kann auch mittels Formschlusselementen, die aus ineinandergreifenden, sich gegenseitig verklemmenden bestehen, erreicht werden. Diese Kunststoffteile können dabei bandförmig gestaltet sein und auf die beiden aneinander zu befestigenden Teile des Schuhwerks aufkaschiert, aufgeschweisst oder aufgenäht sein.
Eine andere Möglichkeit bieten sogenannte Klettverschlüsse, wie sie heute besonders bei Sportschuhen verbreitet sind. Der eine Teil des Klettverschlusses ist dabei in Bandform an der Seitenfläche der Schuhsohle angebracht, während das Gegenstück des Verschlusses entsprechend am Obermaterial befestigt ist, was bei Lederobermaterial durch nähen erfolgen kann. Der Klettverschluss ist besonders schnell zu öffnen und zu schliessen und bietet zudem noch den Vorteil, dass das Obermaterial durch das Anbringen in der Höhe der Form des Fusses entsprechend variiert werden kann. Besonders bei Schwellungen des Fusses oder bei einem verbundenen Fuss gewährt diese Einstellmöglichkeit willkommene Erleichterung.
Reissverschlüsse bilden eine weitere Möglichkeit, das Obermaterial lösbar mit der Schuhsohle zu verbinden.
In den Zeichnungen werden einige Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt und in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert.

In Figur 1 ist ein Beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes vollständig dargestellt. Deutlich unterscheidbar ist einerseits das Obermaterial 1 des Schuhs mit dem Fersenband 10 und die Schuhsohle 2, die fest mit der Fussbetteinlage 3 verbunden ist. Die Fussbetteinlage 3 selbst weist auf ihrer Oberseite zahlreiche elastische Noppen 4 auf. Rund um die Seitenfläche des vorderen Teils der Schuhsohle sind Druckknöpfe 5 angebracht, auf welche das Obermaterial 1 aufknöpfbar ist.
Die Druckknöpfe 5 sind dabei in geeigneten Abständen an gebracht, so dass einerseits die Verbindung genügend stark ist und das An- und Wegknöpfen einfach vonstatten geht.
In Figur 2 sieht man einen Querschnitt durch ein anderes Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Erkennbar sind hier ausser den bereits oben genannten Teilen speziell die Querschnitte der Formschlusselemente, die hier bandförmig ausgestaltet sind und an der Seitenfläche der Schuhsohle und dem unteren Rand des Obermaterials angebracht sind, einmal in geöffnetem und auf der anderen Seite in geschlossenem Zustand. Figur 3 schliesslich zeigt ausschnittsweise die Seite eines erfindungsgemässen Schuhes mit einem Reissverschluss 7 als Verbindung zwischen Obermaterial 1 und Schuhsohle 2. Dabei ist die eine Verschlussgliedreihe am Obermaterial 1, die andere an der Schuhsohle 2 be befestigt
In Figur 4 ist die Anordnung der Bänder 9 eines Klettverschlusses 8 bei einem entsprechenden Schuhmodell dargestellt.
Das Obermaterial ist dabei an einer Stelle losgelöst von der Schuhsohle 2 dargestellt.
DESCRIPTION
In health-conscious circles, shoes are known and popular that have footbed inserts that are heavily nubbed and whose knobs follow the shape of the sole of the foot through their respective lengths. The knobs form a footbed that is suitable for the sole and massage the reflex zones of the feet when the shoes are worn. On the one hand, sandals are known, consisting of a wooden sole with a screwed-on or riveted leather upper, on the wooden soles of which nubbed plastic footbed inserts are glued. On the other hand, models that are made entirely of plastic and have the advantage that they are easy to wash, even in the washing machine, have recently been known.
Due to the design of the nubbed insoles, they prove to be actual dirt traps, which is why regular and thorough cleaning of such health shoes is of great importance for hygienic reasons. If you want to ensure this washability, the choice of shoe material is severely limited in the prior art. For example, the classic material leather cannot be used.
The object of the present invention is to ensure the washability of the reflex zone massaging footbed insert and shoe sole while at the same time freely selecting and designing the shoe upper material. This object is achieved by footwear with a footbed insert firmly connected to the sole of the shoe, provided with nubs, with reflex zone massaging, with the characterizing features of patent claim 1.
The entire upper material of the footwear is designed to be separable from the shoe sole. If the nubbed insole needs to be cleaned, the outer material is removed from the shoe sole in a few simple steps, after which it can be cleaned by hand or with the washing machine with the aid of suitable detergents. The advantage can be seen in the fact that optimal, also harsh cleaning agents can be used that would otherwise attack the upper of the shoes. After cleaning, the soles are dried and the upper can then be attached to the soles again.
So you have shoes with neatly insulated footbed insoles that can be maintained hygienically, which have proven to be health-promoting, and are still no longer bound to an upper made of plastic (rubber).
This gained freedom in the choice and design of the upper material makes it possible to offer models that defy the well-known, often somewhat strict-looking image of the health shoe and therefore appeal to other groups of buyers. So far, only open shoes with such nubbed, reflex zone massaging insoles have been used. Men especially prefer closed or at least closed models at the front. In addition, many people value shoes with a shapely design and made of fine material, especially leather. All of these desires can be met by the present invention. Aesthetics, health, quality and comfort are combined.
Half-open shoes of the proposed type are particularly advantageous for people with jobs where you have to stand and walk a lot. For wearing in companies where half-open shoes are not allowed for safety reasons, models with a heel strap or completely closed models can also be offered.
The upper material is attached to the shoe sole as set out in the claims, for example by means of a suitable number of push buttons which are advantageously attached to the side surface of the shoe sole and have their counterpart on the upper material. This attachment can also be achieved by means of interlocking elements, which consist of interlocking, mutually jamming elements. These plastic parts can be designed in the form of a band and laminated, welded or sewn onto the two parts of the footwear to be fastened to one another.
Another option is provided by so-called Velcro fasteners, as are particularly common today in sports shoes. One part of the Velcro fastener is attached in tape form to the side surface of the shoe sole, while the counterpart of the fastener is correspondingly attached to the upper, which can be done by sewing leather upper. The Velcro fastener is particularly quick to open and close and also has the advantage that the upper material can be varied by attaching it to the shape of the foot. This adjustment option provides welcome relief, especially in the case of swelling of the foot or a bandaged foot.
Zippers are another way to detachably connect the upper to the sole of the shoe.

An example of the subject matter of the invention is shown in full in FIG. On the one hand, the upper material 1 of the shoe with the heel strap 10 and the shoe sole 2, which is firmly connected to the footbed insert 3, can be clearly distinguished. The footbed insert 3 itself has numerous elastic knobs 4 on its upper side. Around the side surface of the front part of the shoe sole, push buttons 5 are attached, onto which the upper material 1 can be buttoned.
The push buttons 5 are placed at suitable intervals, so that on the one hand the connection is sufficiently strong and the on and off buttoning is easy.
FIG. 2 shows a cross section through another embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. In addition to the parts already mentioned above, the cross-sections of the form-locking elements, which are designed here in the form of a band and are attached to the side surface of the shoe sole and the lower edge of the upper, can be seen here, once in the open state and on the other side in the closed state. Figure 3 finally shows a section of the side of a shoe according to the invention with a zipper 7 as a connection between the upper material 1 and the shoe sole 2. One row of fastener elements is attached to the upper material 1, the other to the shoe sole 2
