Abstract
Description
Im Bereich des Führungselementes besitzt das erfindungsgemässe Schraubgerät einen senkrecht zur Setzrichtung verlaufenden Führungskanal für das Schraubenmagazin. Damit eine im wesentlichen koaxiale Ausrichtung des in dem Träger angeordneten Transportkanals gegenüber dem in dem Führungselement befindlichen Führungskanal erreicht werden kann, muss der Träger gegenüber der Trägeraufnahme entsprechend zentriert werden. Der Zentrierung des Trägers an dem Führungselement dient zweckmässigerweise wenigstens eine in Richtung Führungselement weisende Zentriernase des Trägers, die formschlüssig in eine Zentrierführung des Führungselementes ragt.

Claims (10)
- Schraubvorrichtung für ein Schraubgerät mit einem Gehäuse, zum Setzen von in einem streifenförmigen Schraubenmagazin (26) angeordneten Schrauben (28), wobei die Schraubvorrichtung einen Grundkörper (7) mit einer Steuerkurve (8), ein Führungselement (1), eine Trägeraufnahme (3), einen Schlitten (11), eine Transportklinke (14) und einen Träger (17) aufweist, der Grundkörper (7) lösbar mit dem Gehäuse des Schraubgerätes in Verbindung steht, das Führungselement (1) gegenüber dem Gehäuse des Schraubgerätes entgegen der Setzrichtung gegen die Kraft eines Federelementes versetzbar ist und mit der senkrecht zu einer Setzrichtung der Schrauben (18) erstreckende Trägeraufnahme (3) einstückig verbunden ist, der Schlitten (11) ein mit der Steuerkurve (8) des Grundkörpers (7) zusammenwirkendes Steuerelement besitzt und entlang der Trägeraufnahme (3) gegen die Kraft einer Feder (23) in einer vom Führungselement (1) abgewandten Richtung versetzbar ist, die Transportklinke (14) am Schlitten (11) schwenkbar angeordnet ist, der Träger (17) lösbar an der Trägeraufnahme (3) befestigt ist und einen der Aufnahme und der Führung des streifenförmigen Schraubenmagazins (26) dienenden Transportkanal (33) aufweist der sich zumindest teilweise senkrecht zur Setzrichtung erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigung des Trägers (17) an dem Führungselement (1) eine aus einer Befestigungsklinke (20) und einem Anschlag (4) gebildete, lösbare formschlüssige Verbindung dient.
- Schraubgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsklinke (20) an dem Träger (17) und der Anschlag (4) an der Trägeraufnahme (3) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zentrierung des Trägers (17) an dem Führungselement (1) wenigstens eine Zentriernase (16) des Trägers (17) dient, die formschlüssig mit einer Zentrierführung (5) des Führungselementes (1) zusammenwirkt.
- Schraubgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zentrierung des Trägers (17) an der Trägeraufnahme (3) ein in Richtung Führungselement (6) abragender Zentrierzapfen (29) des Trägers (17) dient, der in einen Zentrierbereich (30) der Trägeraufnahme (3) ragt.
- Schraubgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zentrierzapfen (29) in Richtung Führungselement (1) von einem Stift (19) überragt wird, der in einer von dem Führungselement (1) abgewandten Richtung gegen die Kraft einer Feder (23) versetzbar ist und mit einer Anschlagfläche (32) des Schlittens (11) zusammenwirkt.
- Schraubgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Stift (19) und der Anschlagfläche (32) ein Mitnehmer (31) der Transportklinke (14) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Transportarm (15) der Transportklinke (14) in einer parallel zur Setzrichtung und senkrecht zur Längserstreckung der Trägeraufnahme (3) erstreckenden Richtung durch einen seitlichen Schlitz (18) in dem Träger (17) in den Transportkanal (33) des Trägers (17) ragt.
- Schraubgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transportkanal (33) entgegen der Setzrichtung vor der Trägeraufnahme (3) angeordnet ist.
- Schraubgerät nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transportkanal (33) in Setzrichtung offen ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand des Transportkanals (33) von einer senkrecht zur Setzrichtung erstreckenden Ebene entgegen der Setzrichtung mit zunehmendem Abstand von dem Führungselement (1) zunimmt.
