Claims (7)
- Lackierwerk zum Temperieren von Beschichtungsmedien in einem Auftragswerk innerhalb einer Druckmaschine, bestehend aus einem Bogentransportsystem (1), einem Formzylinder (2) zum Auftragen des Beschichtungsmediums auf einen Bedruckstoff, einer Auftragwalze zum Auftragen des Beschichtungsmediums auf den Formzylinder (2) bzw. eine darauf angeordnete Druckform, einem Dosiersystem zur Festlegung der Menge des auf die Auftragwalze übertragenen Beschichtungsmediums, und einem System zur Zufuhr eines Beschichtungsmediums zu dem Auftragswerk, wobei Mittel zur Erfassung der Temperatur des Beschichtungsmediums und Mittel zur Beeinflussung der Temperatur des Beschichtungsmediums im Bereich der Transportwege des Beschichtungsmediums vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lackierwerk ein System zur dosierten Zufuhr von Beschichtungsmedium zum Formzylinder (2) beinhaltet, das entweder eine Auftragwalze und eine daran angestellte Dosierwalze zur Dosierung, wobei beide Walzen ein Spaltreservoir zur Aufnahme von Beschichtungsmedium bilden, oder eine Rasterwalze (3) als Auftragwalze und ein daran angestelltes Kammerrakel (4) aufweist, wobei das Kammerrakel (4) als Reservoir zur Aufnahme von Beschichtungsmedium dient, dass einem oder mehreren der mit dem Beschichtungsmedium in Berührung kommenden Elemente Formzylinder (2), Auftragwalze, Rasterwalze (3), Dosierwalze oder Kammerrakel (4) zur Dosierung oder zum dosierten Transport von Beschichtungsmedium eine Einrichtung (A; B; C) zur Wärmezu- oder -abfuhr zugeordnet ist, derart, dass die Temperatur des zu übertragenden Beschichtungsmediums bei der Dosierung oder im dosierten Zustand unmittelbar vor dem Auftragen auf den Bedruckstoff gezielt beeinflussbar ist. - Lackierwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (A; B; C) zur Wärmezu- oder -abfuhr innerhalb wenigstens eines der das Beschichtungsmedium führenden Elemente angeordnet ist. - Lackierwerk nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (A; B; C) zur Wärmezu- oder -abfuhr innerhalb wenigstens eines der das Beschichtungsmedium führenden Elemente in Form von Strömungskanälen, die mit einem Temperiermittel durchströmbar sind, angeordnet ist. - Lackierwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (A; B; C) zur Wärmezu- oder -abfuhr wenigstens einem der das Beschichtungsmedium führenden Elemente von außen zugeordnet ist. - Lackierwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (A; B; C) zur Wärmezu- oder -abfuhr wenigstens einem der das Beschichtungsmedium führenden Elemente von außen in Form einer Strahlung oder einer temperierten Medienströmung, vorzugsweise in Form von Luft, zugeordnet ist. - Lackierwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Einrichtungen (A; B; C) zur Wärmezu- oder -abfuhr wenigstens je ein Sensor zur Erfassung der.Temperatur des Beschichtungsmediums zugeordnet ist. - Lackierwerk nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Einrichtungen (A; B; C) zur Wärmezu- oder -abfuhr wenigstens ein Sensor zur Erfassung der Temperatur des das Beschichtungsmedium führenden Elementes zugeordnet ist.
